Abstract

La présente invention concerne un guide-électrode ou un procédé d'usinage de pièces par électro-érosion. Le guide-électrode (1) qui est un guide prismatique composé de deux éléments (2, 3) et doté d'un dispositif de serrage (6), permet de guider une électrode (4) sans jeu, ce qui permet de produire des trous d'une précision de 1µm. Un dispositif de pivotement (10) destiné à faire pivoter le guide-électrode et un dispositif d'alignement (14) destiné au déplacement parallèle du guide-électrode (1), permettent de réaliser des trous coniques.
