Claims (3)
- Vorrichtung zum Auftragen eines Beschichtungsmediums auf zumindest eine Teiloberfläche eines langgestreckten und in seiner Längsrichtung transportierten Werkstückes, bestehend aus einer mit Vakuum beaufschlagbaren Beschichtungskammer mit einer Einlaßmatritze und einer Auslaßmatritze, einem Beschichtungsrahmen und einer vor der Auslaßmatritze angeordneten Auslaufführung, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Beschichtungsrahmen als Flachdüse (10) ausgebildet und zwischen der Auslaufführung (8) und der Auslaßmatritze (6) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Beschichtungsrahmen mit der Auslaufführung (8) verbunden ist.
