Claims (10)
- Verfahren und eine Vorrichtung zum Entmagnetisieren von Gegenständen zwischen zwei einander gegenüberliegenden Spulen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Spulen Teil eines Serieschwingkreises sind und dass der Gegenstand während der Aufenthaltszeit von einer bestimmten Dauer im Bereich zwischen den beiden Spulen ortsfest ist und dass die Serieschwingkreise mittels eines Inverters stromgesteuert werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Sollstrom während einer Dauer von minimal 5 Perioden erhalten bleibt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Aufenthaltszeit mindestens annähernd 100 Perioden dauert.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Perioden der Serieschwingkreise mittels eines Inverters Stromgesteuert entlang einer Entmagnetisierungskurve gesteuert von einem Sollstrom auf einen Endstrom vermindert werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Entmagnetisierungskurve durch Stützen einzelner Schwingungen der Serieschwingkreise durch Stützen der Amplitude mittels Rechteckimpulsen durch den Inverter erreicht wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Endstrom vorwählbar ist und dass nach Beenden des Entmagnetisiervorganges die Serieschwingkreise mittels einer Nullpunktkorrektur spannungslos, stromlos und ladungslos gemacht wird.
- Vorrichtung zum Entmagnetisieren von Gegenständen mit einer Entmagnetisierungsstation, welche eine Spule umfasst, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwei voneinander beabstandete Spulen vorhanden sind, welche dazwischen eine homogene Feldzone bilden und welche Teil eines Serieschwingkreises sind, welcher mittels einem Inverter stromgesteuert ist, wobei die beiden Spulen in je einer Box einander gegenüberliegend beiderseits eines Transportbandes angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in Transportrichtung des Transportbandes mindestens eine Vorbehandlungsstation zum Entmagnetisieren von magnetisch harten Stellen im Gegenstand vorhanden ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Transport der Gegenstände auf dem Transportband getaktet im Start-Stop Betrieb erfolgt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie für die Durchführung des Verfahrens nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6 verwendet wird.
