Im übrigen kann die erfindungsgemäße Verbindung auch an geknickten Stäben oder Holzteilen vorgesehen sein.
Claims (7)
- Verbindung lastführender Holz- bzw. Brettschichtholzteile (1) von Ingenieurholzbauten mit Metall- bzw. Stahlankern (3), wobei ein Abschnitt des Metall- bzw. Stahlankers in eine dem Querschnitt des Abschnittes angepasste Ausnehmung oder Aussparung (2) des Holz- bzw. Brettschichtholzteiles eingesetzt und mittels Dübel (4) formschlüssig befestigt ist, die eine im wesentlichen der Dicke des Holz- bzw. Brettschichtholzteiles entsprechende Länge aufweisen und das Holz- bzw. Brettschichtholzteil sowie den darin eingesetzten Metall- bzw. Stahlanker an einander eng benachbart gegenüberliegenden, parallel zu einer Hauptlastrichtung erstreckten Holz- und Metallflächen durchsetzen, und wobei Anker und Dübel mit dem Holzteil zusätzlich durch Verguss von Kleber fest verbunden sind.
- Verbindung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ausnehmung bzw. Aussparung (2) ein geringes Übermaß gegenüber dem Querschnitt des in der Aussparung aufgenommenen Abschnittes des Metall- bzw. Stahlankers (3) aufweist und die einander gegenüberliegenden Holz- und Metallflächen einen mit dem Kleber ausgegossenen Spaltraum begrenzen. - Verbindung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Metallflächen quer zur Hauptlastrichtung geriffelt sind. - Verbindung nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Metall- bzw. Stahlanker innerhalb der Ausnehmung bzw. Aussparung auch durch Kraftschluß festgehalten ist. - Verbindung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Zwei-Komponenten-Kleber vorgesehen ist. - Verbindung nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Epoxid- und/oder Melaminharz als Kleber vorgesehen ist. - Verbindung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dübel (4) aus gleichem oder ähnlichem Metall wie die Metallanker (3) bestehen.
