Claims (18)
- Verfahren zum Einwirken auf ein sich in einer in einem Maschinentakt arbeitenden Maschine der tabakverarbeitenden Industrie befindenden Produkt (4) in Abhängigkeit von zuvor dem Produkt (4) zugeordneter Information (30) über das Produkt (4), mit den Schritten:die Information (30) über das Produkt (4) wird synchron zum Maschinentakt erfasst,die Information (30) wird asynchron zum Maschinentakt dem Produkt (4) zugeordnet,in Abhängigkeit von der dem Produkt (4) zugeordneten Information (30) wird ein Einwirken auf das Produkt (4) synchron zu dem Maschinentakt vorgenommen.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
wobei die Information (30) sensorisch an dem Produkt (4) erfasst wird. - Verfahren nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
wobei die erfasste Information (30) mit einem zum Zeitpunkt des Erfassens ermittelten Wert eines maschinentaktsynchronen Zählers verknüpft wird. - Verfahren nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
wobei das Paar aus Information (30) und Zählerwert asynchron zum Maschinentakt ausgelesen und der Zuordnung zur Verfügung gestellt wird. - Verfahren nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
wobei die Zuordnung der Information (30) zu dem entsprechenden Produkt (4) anhand des mit ihr verknüpften Zählerwertes vorgenommen wird. - Verfahren nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
wobei anhand der aktuellen Maschinengeschwindigkeit, des ermittelten Zählerwertes, einer vorgegebenen Position der Erfassung und einer vorgegebenen Position der Einwirkung ein Zeitpunkt des Beginns der Einwirkung bestimmt wird. - Verfahren nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
wobei der Zeitpunkt der Einwirkung nur bestimmt wird, wenn ein Einwirken in Abhängigkeit von der dem Produkt (4) zugeordneten Information (30) als notwendig festgestellt wird. - Verfahren nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
wobei eine Auslesetaktung des Auslesens, bevorzugt mindestens zweimal, langsamer ist als der Maschinentakt. - Verfahren nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
wobei mehrere Paare aus Information (30) und Zählerwert gleichzeitig ausgelesen und der Zuordnung zur Verfügung gestellt werden. - Verfahren nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
wobei die Dauer des Einwirkens vorgegeben und unter Einbeziehung des bestimmten Zeitpunktes des Beginns des Einwirkens gesteuert wird. - Verfahren nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
wobei die vorgegebene Position des Erfassens und die vorgegebene Position des Einwirkens durch zugeordnete Werte eines maschinentaktsynchronen Zählers definiert sind. - Verfahren nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
wobei die Zuordnung der Zählerwerte zu den Positionen mittels Kalibration geschieht. - Verfahren nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
wobei die Zuordnung zu den Produkten (4) vorgenommen wird, indem zunächst der der Erfassungsposition zugeordnete Zählerwert von dem erfassten Zählerwert des Produktes (4) abgezogen und dann mit dem ganzzahligen Vielfachen eines dem Abstand zweier Produkte (4) in der Maschine entsprechenden Zählerwert verglichen wird, wobei das so ermittelte Vielfache einer Nummer des Produktes (4) entspricht. - Verfahren nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
wobei beim Vergleichen eine, bevorzugt asymmetrische, Toleranz (26, 28) vorgegeben wird, innerhalb derer das Vielfache als Nummer (N) des Produktes (4) mit der zu dem Zählerwert zum Zeitpunkt der Erfassung ermittelten Information (30) verknüpft wird. - Vorrichtung zum Einwirken auf ein sich in einer in einem Maschinentakt arbeitenden Maschine der tabakverarbeitenden Industrie befindenden Produkt (4) in Abhängigkeit von zuvor dem Produkt (4) zugeordneter Information (30) über das Produkt (4), mit:einem Sensor (2) zum Erfassen der Information (30) über das Produkt (4) synchron zum Maschinentakt,einer Steuerung (14) zum Zuordnen der Information (30) asynchron zum Maschinentakt zu dem Produkt (4),einem Aktor (6) zum Einwirken auf das Produkt (4) synchron zu dem Maschinentakt in Abhängigkeit von der dem Produkt (4) zugeordneten Information (30).
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 15,
mit einem Verknüpfer (10) zum Verknüpfen der erfassten Information (30) mit einem zum Zeitpunkt des Erfassens ermittelten Wert eines maschinentaktsynchronen Zählers. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 15 oder 16,
mit einem Bus (11) zum Auslesen des Paars aus Information (30) und Zählerwert asynchron zum Maschinentakt und um der die Zuordnung ausführenden Steuerung (14) das Paar zur Verfügung zu stellen. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 17,
wobei der Bus (11) gleichzeitig mehrere Paare aus Information (30) und Zählerwert auslesen und der Zuordnung zur Verfügung stellen kann.
