Claims (13)
- Abdeckung für einen Kupplungskopf (12), insbesondere für einen Kupplungskopf einer automatischen Mittelkupplung bzw. Mittelpufferkupplung eines Waggons bei einem mehrgliedrigen Schienenfahrzeug, gekennzeichnet durch eine Haube (6) zum Schutz des Kupplungskopfes (12), wobei die Haube (6) aus einem Arbeits- oder Entkupplungszustand, in welchem die Haube (6) in im wesentlichen senkrechter Lage vor dem Kupplungskopf (12) angeordnet ist, in einen Ruheoder Kupplungszustand oberhalb der Kupplung (11) verschwenkbar ist.
- Kupplungskopfabdeckung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet , dass zum Verschwenken der Haube (6) eine Gelenkanordnung (7, B, C, D) vorgesehen ist, die einerseits mit der Haube (6) und andererseits mit der Kupplung (11) oder mit einem auf der Kupplung (11) angeordneten Rahmen (9) verbunden ist. - Kupplungskopfabdeckung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet , dass die Gelenkanordnung (7, B, C, D) ein Dreigelenk mit drei Drehpunkten (B, C, D) und einem Gelenkarm (7) ist. - Kupplungskopfabdeckung nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Gelenkarm (7) mit einem Ende an der Kupplung (11) oder an dem auf der Kupplung (11) angeordneten Rahmen (9) angelenkt ist und damit den Drehpunkt (C) bildet, und mit seinem anderen Ende an der Haube (6), wodurch der Drehpunkt (B) gebildet ist, und dass der Drehpunkt (D) durch Anlenken einer Betätigungsvorrichtung (1, 1') an dem im Arbeits- oder in Kupplungszustand oberen Ende der Haube (6) gebildet ist. - Kupplungskopfabdeckung nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet , dass die Betätigungsvorrichtung (1, 1') eine Kolben-/Zylinderanordnung ist, die mit ihrem freien Ende an der Kupplung (11) befestigt ist. - Kupplungskopfabdeckung nach Anspruch 4 oder 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet , dass die Kolben-/Zylinderanordnung (1, 1') mittels einer Zylinderaufnahme (2) an der Kupplung (11) montiert ist. - Kupplungskopfabdeckung nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet , dass die Haube (6) am Drehpunkt (D) beidseitig eine Rolle (4) aufweist, die beim Verschwenken der Haube (6) jeweils in einer Führungsschiene (3) zwangsgeführt ist. - Kupplungskopfabdeckung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet , dass der Rahmen (9) schwenkbar mit dem Kupplungskopf (12) verbunden ist und damit zu dessen beiden Seiten ein Drehpunkt (A) bildet. - Kupplungskopfabdeckung nach Anspruch 8,
gekennzeichnet durch wenigstens eine Zugfeder (8) zwischen dem Kupplungskopf (12) und dem Rahmen (9), die beim Verschwenken der Haube (6) aus dem Arbeits- oder Entkupplungszustand in den Ruhe- oder Kupplungszustand durch die Kraft der Betätigungsvorrichtung (1, 1') gespannt wird. - Kupplungskopfabdeckung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
gekennzeichnet durch eine Dichtung (10) zwischen dem stirnseitigen Rand des Rahmens (9) und dem Rand der Haube (6), der in dem Arbeits- oder Entkupplungszustand der Haube (6) dem Rand des Rahmens (9) gegenüberliegend zur Anlage kommt. - Kupplungskopfabdeckung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
gekennzeichnet durch eine elastische Bespannung (13) zwischen dem Rahmen (9) und der Waggonverkleidung. - Verfahren zum Verschwenken einer Kupplungskopfabdeckung nach Anspruch 9 oder 10 oder 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet , dass der Rahmen (9) beim Verschwenken der Haube (6) aus dem Arbeits- oder Entkupplungszustand in den Ruhe- oder Kupplungszustand um einige Winkelgrade mit verschwenkt und nach erfolgtem Kupplungsvorgang wieder zurückgeschwenkt wird, woraufhin die Dichtung (10) am stirnseitigen Rand des Rahmens (9) dann an der Dichtung des angekuppelten Waggons anliegt. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet , dass das Rückschwenken des Rahmens (9) durch die Federkraft der gespannten Zugfeder bewirkt wird, wenn die Betätigungsvorrichtung (1, 1') diese Rückschwenkbewegung frei gibt.
