Claims (6)

  1. Injecteur de carburant (1), notamment pour une injection directe de carburant dans la chambre de combustion d'un moteur à combustion interne à allumage commandé et à mélange comprimé, comprenant un induit (20) qui coopère avec une bobine magnétique (10) et une aiguille de soupape (3) reliée à l'induit (20) et portant l'obturateur de soupape (4) qui, conjointement avec une surface de siège de soupape (6), forme un siège d'étanchéité, l'aiguille (3) traversant l'induit (20) et un prolongement (15) formé sur l'induit (20),
    caractérisé en ce que
    dans le prolongement (15) de l'induit (20), un alésage (34) en recouvrement avec un alésage (35) dans l'aiguille de soupape (3), comporte un axe (32) disposé de manière à laisser un jeu axial de pré-course (30) entre l'induit (20) et l'aiguille de soupape (3), et un évidement (8) de l'aiguille de soupape (3) comporte un ressort de pré-course (22) sollicite en précontrainte par une douille (21) de réglage insérée dans l'évidement (8).
  2. Injecteur de carburant selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le ressort de pré-course (22) s'appuie contre l'axe (32).
  3. Injecteur de carburant selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le prolongement (15) est fabriqué d'une seule pièce avec l'induit (20).
  4. Injecteur de carburant selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'axe (32) présente un épaulement (38).
  5. Injecteur de carburant selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'axe (32) est en un matériau durci.
  6. Injecteur de carburant selon la revendication 4,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'axe (32) peut être inséré dans les alésages (34, 35) de telle sorte que le jeu de pré-course (30) soit ajusté par l'épaulement (38).
