Claims (19)
- Saug-Blasvorrichtung zur wahlweisen Versorgung eines Bügeltisches mit Saug- oder Blasluft mit einem eine Rotationsachse (8) aufweisenden Gebläse (1), mindestens einem zum Bügeltisch führendem Gebläsekanal (12) und mit einer Umschalteinrichtung (3) zum Umschalten von Saug- auf Blasbetrieb, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Umschalteinrichtung (3) eine Blende (5) mit mindestens zwei Löchern (10 und 11) und einem um die Gebläserotationsachse (8) drehbaren Umschaltkörper (4) umfasst, wobei der Umschaltkörper (4) mindestens zwei in die Blende (5) mündende Gebläsekanäle (12) enthält, von denen der eine Gebläsekanal (12) als ein ständig mit einer Saugseite (21) des Gebläses (1) verbundener Saugkanal (14) ausgebildet ist und der andere Gebläsekanal (12) als ein ständig mit einer Druckseite (22) des Gebläses (1) verbundener Blaskanal (13) ausgebildet ist, wobei durch Drehen des Umschaltkörpers (4) die Löcher (10 und 11) der Blende (5) wechselweise mit den Gebläsekanälen (12) in Übereinstimmung bringbar sind, um von Saug- auf Blasbetrieb und umgekehrt zu schalten.
- Saug-Blasvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Saugkanal (14) und der Blaskanal (13) derart geformt sind, dass in jeder Stellung des Umschaltkörpers (4) der Saugkanal (14) an der Saugseite (21) des Gebläses (1) anliegt und die der Druckseite (22) des Gebläses (1) zugewandte Seite des Blaskanals (13) in jeder Stellung des Umschaltkörpers (4) an der Druckseite (22) des Gebläses anliegt.
- Saug-Blasvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Saugkanal (14) und der Blaskanal (13) zumindest abschnittsweise spiralförmig und/oder schraubenförmig in dem Umschaltkörper (4) verläuft.
- Saug-Blasvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Rotationsachse (9) des Umschaltkörpers auch als Rotationsachse (8) des Gebläses (1) ausgebildet ist.
- Saug-Blasvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gehäuse (2) der Saug-Blasvorrichtung als ein rotationssymmetrischer Körper ausgebildet ist.
- Saug-Blasvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Umschaltkörper (4) eine rotationssymmetrische Außenkontur aufweist.
- Saug-Blasvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Umschaltkörper (4) eine zumindest abschnittsweise zylindrische Außenkontur aufweist, wobei der Umschaltkörper (4) innerhalb des Gehäuses (2) passend angebracht ist.
- Saug-Blasvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Umschalteinrichtung (3) oberhalb des Gebläses (1) angebracht ist, wobei das Gebläse (1) innerhalb des Gehäuses (2) angebracht ist.
- Saug-Blasvorrichtung nach einem derAnsprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Blende (5) auf dem Gehäuse (2) angebracht ist und mit dem Gehäuse bündig abschließt.
- Saug-Blasvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Bügeltisch zumindest mit einem Loch (10 oder 11) der Blende (5) verbunden ist.
- Saug-Blasvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Saug-Blasvorrichtung mindestens zwei kanalförmige Nebenanschlüsse (6 und 7) aufweist.
- Saug-Blasvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 und 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Nebenanschlüsse (6 und 7) durch Drehung des Umschaltkörpers (4) mit den Gebläsekanälen (12) verbindbar sind.
- Saug-Blasvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, 11 und 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Nebenanschlüsse (6 und 7) durch Löcher (15 und 16) im Gehäuse (2) mit den Gebläsekanälen (12) verbunden sind, wobei die Gebläsekanäle (12) Öffnungen (17 und 18) aufweisen, die bei entsprechender Schaltstellung des Umschaltkörpers (4) mit den Löchern (15 und 16) im Gehäuse (2) verbunden sind.
- Saug-Blasvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, 11 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der eine der Nebenanschlüsse (6 oder 7) bei einer Schaltstellung des Umschaltkörpers (4) jeweils mit dem Saugkanal (14) verbindbar ist und der andere gleichzeitig mit dem Blaskanal (13) verbindbar ist, oder umgekehrt bei einer anderen Schaltstellung des Umschaltkörpers (4).
- Saug-Blasvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 und 11 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Nebenanschlüsse (6 und 7) nur bei geschlossener Blendenstellung mit den Gebläsekanälen (12) durchgängig verbindbar sind.
- Saug-Blasvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1, 11 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an den Nebenanschlüssen (6 und 7) kanalförmige Schwenkarme angebracht sind.
- Saug-Blasvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1, 11 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Löcher (15 und 16) im Gehäuse derart mit den Öffnungen (17, 18, 19 und 20) in den Gebläsekanälen (12) kommunizieren, dass selbst bei offener Blende (5) das Medium durch die Nebenanschlüsse (6 und 7) saug- und/oder blasbar ist.
- Saug-Blasvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gebläsekanäle (12) zumindestens abschnittsweise durch eine Innenwandung des Gehäuses (2) und einer Außenwandung des Umschaltkörpers (4) gebildet sind.
- Saug-Blasvorrichtung nach einen der Ansprüche 1 bis 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Umschaltkörper (4) derart stufenlos verstellbar ist, dass ein Volumenstrom des Mediums aus den Löchern (10 und 11) und den Öffnungen (17, 18, 19 und 20) stufenlos einstellbar ist.
