Abstract
Description
Bei dem bekannten Rollladenstab, der mit einem längs einer seiner Schmalseite verlaufenden, eine Vielzahl von kreisförmigen Öffnungen versehenen Steg, der mit einer Querleiste versehen ist und mit einem Schlitz längs der dem Steg gegenüberliegenden anderen Schmalseite, der mit dem Steg und der Querleiste des benachbarten Profilkörpers in Eingriff bringbar ist, soll einen ausreichenden Insektenschutz mit guten Lüftungs- und Lichtdurchtrittseigenschafen verbinden.
Dies soll dadurch gelöst werden, dass die Achse der Öffnungen zur Senkrechten auf die Ebene, welche durch den Steg gebildet ist, einen Winkel von 10° bis 20° einschließt und dass die Öffnungen an ihrer engsten Durchtrittsstelle einen Durchmesser von zwischen 1,0 und 2,0 mm aufweisen.
Weiterhin sollen die Öffnungen konisch ausgebildet sein. In weiteren Ausführungen sind die Öffnungen in übereinander liegenden Reihen bzw. zueinander versetzt angeordnet.
Ein weiterer Nachteil wird darin gesehen, das die Öffnungen bei dem bekannten Rollladen durch Luftbelastungen wie Staub, insbesondere Blütenstaub zugesetzt werden und somit verschlossen sind.
Auch die bei diesem Rollladen beschriebenen Geometrien und Positionen der kreisrunden Öffnungen erweisen sich als nachteilig, da das Einbringen von konisch ausgebildeten kreisrunden Öffnungen den Herstellungsaufwand eines derartigen Rollladenprofils unnötig erhöht und damit den Roll-Laden verteuert.
Das Einbringen von kreisförmigen Öffnungen, bei denen sich der Konus gegen die äußere Breitseite des Rollladenstabes verjüngt, ist in einer derartigen Ausführung nicht fertigbar. Das Einbringen von kreisförmigen Öffnungen, deren Achsen in einem bestimmten Winkel zum Steg ausgebildet sind, führt zu erheblichen fertigungstechnischen Problemen, da insbesondere im Bereich der unteren Reihe der kreisförmigen Öffnungen die Schmalseite des Rollladenprofils durch das Gegenlager stark beansprucht wird und es hier zu einer Vorschädigung besagter Schmalseite sowie des Steges führt. Durch die schräg eingebrachten Öffnungen im Steg werden die Lüftungs- und Lichtdurchtrittseigenschaften noch einmal erheblich verschlechtert, da die Schrägen der kreisförmigen Öffnungen parallel zueinander ausgebildet für den Betrachter und Nutzer derartiger Rollladenprofile den Querschnitt an sich reduzieren.
In den Unteransprüchen werden bevorzugte Ausführungsformen beschrieben.
Durch die Öffnungen 4 des erfindungsgemäßen Rolladenprofils1 ist nicht nur ein steuerbarer, sondern auch ein höherer Lüftungs- und Lichtdurchtritt in die entsprechenden Räume möglich. Damit wird ein positiver Einfluss auf das Wohlbefinden der in den Räumen wohnenden Menschen, als auch auf das Wachstum und den Schutz von an den Gebäudeöffnungen positionierten Zimmerpflanzen erreicht.
Das erfindungsgemäße Rollladenprofil 1 kann sowohl aus einem polymeren als auch aus einem metallischen Werkstoff hergestellt werden.
Claims (8)
- Rollladenstab (1) mit einem längs an seiner Schmalseite (6) verlaufenden, einer Vielzahl von Öffnungen (4) aufweisenden Steg (2), der mit einer Querleiste (3) versehen ist und mit einem Schlitz (5) längs der dem Steg (2) gegenüberliegenden anderen Schmalseite (7) der mit dem Steg (2) und der Querleiste (3) eines benachbarten Rollladenprofils (10) in Eingriff bringbar ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Öffnungen (4) im Steg (2) des Rollladenprofils (1) orthogonal zur Querleiste (3) eine größere Abmessung aufweisen als parallel zur Querleiste (3), dass der Abstand der Öffnungen (4) im Steg (2) des Rollladenprofils (1) in etwa ihrer Breite entspricht, dass die Achsen (41, 42) der Öffnungen (4) orthogonal zum Steg (2) angeordnet sind und der Abstand etwa der doppelten Wandstärke des Steges (2) entspricht. - Rollladenprofil nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Öffnungen (4) als Langlöcher ausgebildet sind.
- Rollladenprofil nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Öffnungen (4) oval ausgebildet sind.
- Rollladenprofil nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Öffnungen (4) mehreckig ausgebildet sind.
- Rollladenprofil nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Öffnungen (4) schmetterlingsförmig ausgebildet sind.
- Rollladenprofil nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Öffnungen (4) als Buchstaben, Zahlen und dgl. ausgebildet sind.
- Rollladenprofil nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Abstand der Achsen (41, 42) in etwa der Breite der Öffnungen (4) entspricht.
- Rollladenprofil nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Öffnungen (4) alternierend angeordnet sind.
