Claims (12)
- Verfahren zur Schallemissionsminderung bei rotierenden Saugwalzen deren Innenraum in mehrere, in Umfangsrichtung begrenzte Sektoren (4,5) unterteilt ist, wobei zumindest in einem Unterdruck-Sektor (4) ein geringerer Luftdruck als in der äußeren Umgebung und in dem in Rotationsrichtung folgenden Sektor (5) herrscht, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Schallemission im Bereich der Saugwalze gemessen wird und bei Überschreiten eines vorgegebenen Schallemissions-Grenzwertes Maßnahmen zur Verminderung der Schallemission eingeleitet werden. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Schallemission im Bereich des Übergangs vom Unterdruck-Sektor (4) zum in Rotationsrichtung folgenden Sektor (5) gemessen wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
bei Überschreiten des Schallemissions-Grenzwertes ein Alarm ausgelöst wird und/oder eine Meldung an das Bedienpersonal und/oder eine Registrierung durch die Maschinensteuerung (12) oder -regelung erfolgt. - Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
bei dem auf eine Überschreitung des Schallemissions-Grenzwertes folgenden Maschinenstillstand zumindest ein, die Erhöhung der Schallemission verursachendes Element der Saugwalze ausgetauscht und/oder in seiner Position verändert und/oder gereinigt wird. - Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
bei Überschreiten des Schallemissions-Grenzwertes die Position zumindest eines, die Erhöhung der Schallemission verursachenden Elementes der Saugwalze verändert wird. - Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
bei Überschreiten des Schallemissions-Grenzwertes zumindest ein, die Erhöhung der Schallemission verursachendes Element der Saugwalze gereinigt wird. - Vorrichtung zur Durchführung des Verfahrens zur Schallemissionsminderung bei rotierenden Saugwalzen deren Innenraum in mehrere, in Umfangsrichtung begrenzte Sektoren (4, 5) unterteilt ist, wobei zumindest in einem Unterdruck-Sektor (4) ein geringerer Luftdruck als in der äußeren Umgebung und in dem in Rotationsrichtung folgenden Sektor (5) herrscht, insbesondere nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Schallemissions-Messung über wenigstens ein Mikrofon (7, 8) erfolgt. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
zumindest ein Mikrofon (8) außerhalb der Saugwalze angeordnet ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zumindest ein Mikrofon (7) innerhalb der Saugwalze, vorzugsweise in dem, dem Unterdruck-Sektor (4) folgenden Sektor (5) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung zur Durchführung des Verfahrens zur Schallemissionsminderung bei rotierenden Saugwalzen deren Innenraum in mehrere, in Umfangsrichtung begrenzte Sektoren (4, 5) unterteilt ist, wobei zumindest in einem Unterdruck-Sektor (4) ein geringerer Luftdruck als in der äußeren Umgebung und in dem in Rotationsrichtung folgenden Sektor (5) herrscht, nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6 und insbesondere nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 9, wobei zwischen dem Unterdruck-Sektor (4) und dem folgenden Sektor (5) eine Dichtleiste (2) angeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Dichtleiste (2) in ihrer Position steuerbar und/oder regelbar gestaltet ist. - Vorrichtung zur Durchführung des Verfahrens zur Schallemissionsminderung bei rotierenden Saugwalzen deren Innenraum in mehrere, in Umfangsrichtung begrenzte Sektoren (4, 5) unterteilt ist, wobei zumindest in einem Unterdruck-Sektor (4) ein geringerer Luftdruck als in der äußeren Umgebung und in dem in Rotationsrichtung folgenden Sektor (5) herrscht, nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6 und insbesondere nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 10, wobei zwischen dem Unterdruck-Sektor (4) und dem folgenden Sektor (5) eine Dichtleiste (2) angeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
der Dichtleiste (2) wenigstens eine Reinigungsvorrichtung (3) zugeordnet ist, welche vorzugsweise mit Wasser reinigt. - Anwendung des Verfahrens zur Schallemissionsminderung bei rotierenden Saugwalzen deren Innenraum in mehrere, in Umfangsrichtung begrenzte Sektoren (4,5) unterteilt ist, wobei zumindest in einem Unterdruck-Sektor (4) ein geringerer Luftdruck als in der äußeren Umgebung und in dem in Rotationsrichtung folgenden Sektor (5) herrscht, nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6 und/oder der Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Saugwalze Teil einer Maschine zur Herstellung und/oder Veredlung einer Papier-, Karton-, Tissue- oder einer anderen Faserstoffbahn (1), vorzugsweise Teil eines Formers zur Blattbildung, einer Pressenpartie zur Entwässerung und/oder einer Trockenpartie zur Trocknung der Faserstoffbahn (1) ist.
