Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Anordnung zur Sicherung eines an Teleskopschienen (2) ausgezogenen Einschubes (3) in einem Rack (4) mittels einer Arretierung (1), die unterhalb der Teleskopschienen (2) angebracht ist und die Gewichtskraft des Einschubes (3) die auf die Teleskopschienen (2) wirkt auf das Rack (4) umlenkt. <IMAGE>

Description

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Anordnung zur Sicherung eines an Teleskopschienen ausgezogenen Einschubs in einem Rack.
Normalerweise werden Einschübe in einem Rack an Teleskopschienen aufgehängt, an denen sie dann aus dem Rack herausgezogen werden können. Es ist bekannt, daß bei manchen Teleskopschienen Vorrichtungen vorgesehen sind, durch welche ein zu leichtes Einschieben verhindert wird.
Das Problem bei derartigen Racks ist, dass eine Kraft senkrecht zur Ausziehrichtung auf die Teleskopschienen wirkt. Das kann zu einer Federwirkung, Durchbiegung oder in extremen Fällen zu einem Bruch der Teleskopschiene führen.
Ein weiterer Nachteil ist, daß, falls ein Einschub zu schwer ist oder mehrere Einschübe gleichzeitig ausgezogen sind, das Rack nach vorne kippen kann, wobei beim Kippvorgang von unten her die einzelnen herausstehenden Einschübe in das Rack hineingedrückt werden, bis es komplett nach vorne umgefallen ist. Dadurch können sowohl Rack als auch Einschübe beschädigt werden.
Der Erfindung liegt daher die Aufgabe zugrunde, die Teleskopschienen von der Gewichtskraft der Einschübe zu entlasten und einen sicheren Schutz vor dem kompletten Umkippen des Racks zu gewährleisten.
Die Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, daß im ausgezogenen Zustand ein Einschub mit einer Arretierung unterhalb der Teleskopschienen, an denen der Einschub aufgehängt ist, festgelegt ist.
Da die Arretierung unterhalb der Teleskopschienen angreift, findet eine Kräfteverteilung statt, so daß die vertikalen Gewichtskräfte auf das Rack umgelenkt sind und die Teleskopschienen nur noch auf Zug in ihrer Ausziehrichtung belastet sind.
Ein Vorteil der Arretierung besteht darin, daß der ausgezogene Einschub auch seitlich stabilisiert ist. Die seitliche Fixierung und Stabilisierung im ausgezogenen Zustand des Einschubes ist insbesondere beim seitlichen Modultausch von Bedeutung, da hier große Belastungen auf den Einschub und die Teleskopschienen wirken.
Ebenso von Vorteil ist, daß bei eingerasteter Arretierung ein Kippen nach vorne nur noch so weit möglich ist, bis die vordere Unterkante des ausgezogenen Einschubs den Boden berührt.
Eine bestmögliche Kräfteumleitung wird erzielt, indem die Teleskopschienen an der oberen Hälfte des Einschubs befestigt sind, und die Arretierung ganz unten an der Rückseite des Einschubs angreift.
Durch die Arretierung ergibt sich auch eine seitliche Führung und Stabilität im eingeschobenen Zustand. Insbesondere beim Transport werden dadurch zu große Kräfte auf die Teleskopschienen vermieden.
Die Erfindung wird nachfolgend an einem Ausführungsbeispiel anhand der Zeichnungen näher erläutert.

Figur 1 zeigt eine Seitenansicht eines Racks 4 mit einem an Teleskopschienen 2 ausgezogenen Einschub 3 und einer erfindungsgemäßen Arretierung 1.
Figur 2 zeigt einen Schnitt durch die Anordnung von Figur 1, mit der Arretierung 1 und einer Führungsschiene 9.
An der Rückseite des Einschubs 3, die zum Rack 4 zeigt, ist an der Unterseite eine Halterung 5 befestigt, welche über ein Drehgelenk 6 mit einem Arretierstab 10 verbunden ist.
An der dem Drehgelenk 6 gegenüberliegenden Seite des Arretierstabes 10 befindet sich ein Arretierknopf 8, der in einen Führungsschlitz 11 der Führungsschiene 9 eingreift und in diesem geführt wird.
Die Führungsschiene 9 besteht aus einer Metallschiene, in die der Führungsschlitz 11 so eingefräst ist, daß bei vollständig ausgezogenem Einschub 3 der Arretierknopf 8 einrastet.
Bei vollständig eingeschobenem Einschub 3 klappt der Arretierstab 10 wegen der Biegung des Führungsschlitzes 11 nach oben, so daß der Einschub 3 trotz Arretierung 1 vollständig im Rack 4 versenkt ist, bei gleichen Aussenmaßen wie ein Rack ohne Arretierung 1.
Zwischen Arretierknopf 8 und Drehgelenk 6 ist eine Entriegelung 7 angebracht, die auf Zug den Arretierstab 10 so nach oben bewegt, daß der Arretierknopf 8 aus seiner eingerasteten Stellung ausrastet und in dem Führungsschlitz 11 frei beweglich ist.
Figur 3 zeigt eine Ansicht gemäß Figur 2 mit halb eingeschobenem Einschub 3, die die Beweglichkeit des Arretierstabes zeigt.

Claims (13)

  1. Anordnung zur Sicherung eines an Teleskopschienen (2) ausgezogenen Einschubes (3) in einem Rack (4),
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im ausgezogenen Zustand der Einschub (3) mit einer Arretierung (1) unterhalb der Teleskopschienen (2) festgelegt ist.
  2. Anordnung nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass durch die Arretierung (1) die Gewichtskraft des Einschubes (3) auf das Rack (4) umgelenkt ist.
  3. Anordnung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in arretiertem Zustand die Teleskopschienen (2) von der vertikal wirkenden Gewichtskraft entlastet und nur noch auf Zug belastet sind.
  4. Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Arretierung (1) eine Halterung (5) an der Rückseite des Einschubes (3) aufweist.
  5. Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Seite eines Arretierstabes (10) über ein Drehgelenk (6) mit der Halterung (5) drehbar verbunden ist.
  6. Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die andere Seite des Arretierstabes (10) einen Arretierknopf (8) aufweist, der in eine Führungsschiene (9) eingreift..
  7. Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Führungsschiene (9) aus einer Metallschiene mit Führungsschlitz (11) gebildet ist.
  8. Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass am vorderen Ende des Führungsschlitzes (11) eine Aussparung (12) ausgebildet ist.
  9. Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an der Arretierung (1) eine Entriegelung (7) ausgebildet ist.
  10. Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Arretierung (1) den Einschub (3) seitlich festlegt.
  11. Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Einschub (3) mit eingerasteter Arretierung (1) eine Stütze gegen ein Umkippen des Racks (4) nach vorne ist.
  12. Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    der Einschub (3) im eingeschobenen Zustand so arretiert ist, daß beim Transport eine seitliche Führung und Stabilität gegeben ist.
  13. Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Einschub (3) im ausgezogenen Zustand so arretiert ist, daß bei seitlich auftretenden Kräften eine seitliche Fixierung und Stabilität gegeben ist.
