Claims (9)
- Verfahren zum kontinuierlichen Imprägnieren von, insbesondere nassem, Textilgut in einem die Imprägnierflotte enthaltenden Imprägnierabteil (1), durch welches das Textilgut hindurchgeführt wird, wobei die Imprägnierflotte als Imprägniermittel eine Lauge, insbesondere Natronlauge, oder eine Lauge, insbesondere Natronlauge, und zusätzlich ein oxidativ wirkendes Bleichmittel, insbesondere Wasserstoffperoxid, enthält, wobei man einen Teil der Imprägnierflotte, insbesondere kontinuierlich, über einen Bypass (2, 2a) abzweigt, filtriert und einem oder mehreren Sensoren (17, 21) zur Bestimmung der Konzentration des Imprägniermittels zuführt,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man den abgezweigten Teil der Imprägnierflotte vor der Filtration aufheizt. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man den abgezweigten Teil der Imprägnierflotte vor der Filtration auf eine Temperatur im Bereich von 30 bis 60 °C und insbesondere auf etwa 40 °C aufheizt. - Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
gekennzeichnet durch
eine zyklische automatische Spülung (29, 30, 31) der Filtration (4, 5), insbesondere mit aufgeheiztem Brauchwasser. - Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man zur Bestimmung der Konzentration des Imprägniermittels amperometrisch und/oder potentiometrisch arbeitende Sensoren (17, 21) einsetzt und zur Berechnung der Konzentration eine Zwei-Punkt-Kalibrierung verwendet. - Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man eine für den Wasserstoffperoxid-Sensor (17) erforderliche Probenaufbereitung durchführt, insbesondere eine Verdünnung bzw. pH-Wert-Einstellung (9a, 9b) des abzweigten Teils der Imprägnierflotte vornimmt. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man die Probe galvanisch vom übrigen Teil der Imprägnierflotte trennt (16, 20), bevor man sie dem Sensor (17, 21) zuleitet. - Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man bei einer Unterbrechung der Konzentrationsbestimmung (Analyse) einen Standby-Betrieb (35, 36) der Sensoren (17, 21) fährt. - Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man eine regelmäßige Reinigung (32, 33, 34) des Referenzsystems (22) des Natronlauge-Sensors (21) durchführt. - Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die den gemessenen Konzentrationen entsprechenden Signale der Sensoren (17, 21) einer Regeleinrichtung zum Nachdosieren des Imprägniermittels zugeführt werden.
