Abstract

"PROCESSO PARA IMPREGNAçãO DE MATERIAL TêXTIL". O processo serve para a contínua impregnação de material têxtil, especialmente úmido, em um compartimento de impregnação contendo o banho de impregnação, através do qual o material têxtil é conduzido, sendo que o banho de impregnação contém como agente de impregnação uma lixívia, especialmente lixívia de soda, ou uma lixívia, especialmente lixívia de soda, e adicionalmente um agente de branqueamento de ação oxidativa, especialmente peróxido de hidrogênio, sendo que uma parte do banho de impregnação é derivado, especialmente continuamente, através de um bypass (2, 2a), filtrado e aduzido a um ou vários sensores (17, 21) para determinação da concentração do agente de impregnação. A parte derivada do banho de impregnação é aquecida antes da filtração. Obtém-se uma dosagem posterior do agente de impregnação contínua, sem panes e precisa.
