Definitions
- the invention relates to a shoe with foot massaging effect, which comprises a sole with a heel, if applicable, and an upper.
- shoes have an insole with a smooth structure.
- the insole is at least in sections, e.g. in the area of the heel and / or the ball of the foot, provided with a padding of low height to enable a "softer" walk of the wearer of the shoe.
- footwear which are also referred to as bathing shoes or mules. These are usually characterized by the fact that the shoe is attached to the foot of the wearer by means of a strap or web that runs over the instep of the foot. Such shoes are often made of injection-molded or foamed plastic and are often made in one piece. Furthermore, there are such footwear in multi-part form, the sole consisting, for example, of leather or wood and a nub-like structure applied to this sole, for example by gluing. Due to the pimpled structure, the sole of the wearer's foot is massaged through the pimples, which results in a pleasantly high blood circulation in the wearer's feet.
- Shoes with smooth insoles are disadvantageous in that they have no massaging effect on the wearer's feet at all.
- Shoes with pimple-like, foot-massaging structures always have the problem that the pimple spaces fill with dirt particles and the sweat that is released from the foot gets into these spaces.
- the substance that forms between dirt and sweat between the knobs ultimately leads to an unpleasant smell and possibly to foot diseases caused by fungal bacteria, among other things.
- the object is achieved in that a cushion containing a massage element and / or medicinally active ingredients is provided in the inside of the shoe, which has a flexible base plate adapted to the shape of the sole on the underside and an elastic protective fleece firmly connected to the upper side.
- the sole of the human foot is divided into different reflex zones.
- the one containing the massage element and / or medical agents Cushion ensures a permanent massage of the sole of the wearer's foot while the shoe is being worn.
- the permanent massage of the sole of the foot therefore positively stimulates their well-being. This is achieved in particular by the foot circulation massage, which promotes blood circulation.
- the elastic protective fleece arranged on the upper side of the massage element and / or the medicinal active ingredients and firmly connected to the flexible base plate prevents foot sweat and dirt from penetrating into the cushion, which results in odor-free use of the shoe.
- a cap dispensing medicinal active substances is preferably arranged in the inside of the shoe in the tip of the shoe.
- the medicinal active ingredient can thus act on the toes of the shoe wearer.
- the medicinal active ingredient can, for example, exert an antiperspirant function and / or a heat function.
- the cap containing the medicinal active ingredients can be inserted by the manufacturer during manufacture or subsequently into the inside of the shoe.
- the massage element is designed as a multiplicity of knobs which are arranged on the base plate in rows which are even or offset from one another.
- a large number of regularly or irregularly arranged pimples enables a particularly effective massage of the sole of the foot, since the pimpled heads are easily pressed into the sole of the foot by their point supports and the massage effect is generated by the foot rolling when it is running.
- the knobs are formed in one piece with the base plate.
- the base plate and the knobs can be manufactured in a simple manner, for example by injection molding. Are expedient the knobs are hemispherical, the curves of which are directed towards the inside of the shoe.
- the massage element is designed as a multiplicity of balls which are arranged loosely and irregularly or in rows which are uniform or offset from one another on the base plate.
- the balls have the same mode of action as the knobs mentioned above, but the balls are more flexible in the cushion of the shoe, so that an additional rolling effect of the balls when the foot rolls off when the shoe wearer is running is achieved, which additionally has a stimulating effect on the sole of the foot.
- a different massage effect of the sole of the foot can be achieved.
- the balls are preferably embedded in an elastic material and / or connected to one another in rows by the elastic material.
- the balls are permanently held to one another without loss of the massage effect of the sole of the foot, both through the embedding in the elastic material and the connection with the elastic material, which is carried out, for example, by means of elastic webs that are connected at the ends to a ball.
- the balls can be arranged in a grape-shaped manner to each other.
- the material of the balls and the elastic material expediently have the same or different Shore hardnesses.
- the massage effect of the sole of the foot is to be influenced by an appropriate pairing of materials.
- NATURALLY The elastic material can be completely different from the material from which the balls are made, i.e. they are different materials.
- the surface of the balls is preferably provided with a sliding layer.
- the sliding layer can, for example, be applied after the balls have been manufactured or can be introduced into the material during the manufacture of the balls.
- the use of a gliding material is also suitable for the production of the balls.
- a valve device is provided in the shoulder, which is connected to the interior of the cushion filled with balls.
- the valve device is preferably designed as a one-way valve, ventilation openings being made in the upper material of the shoe. Since the balls inside the cushion move constantly while the shoe wearer is running and change their position, a constant negative pressure is created in the cushion, which permanently changes its position within the cushion while running. This can be felt by the shoe wearer as pleasant but also as unpleasant.
- the valve now allows the possibility of sucking in ambient air as a pressure medium as a pressure medium during walking and guiding it into the interior of the cushion, so that a "softer" running is felt by the shoe wearer.
- the cushion In leather step, the cushion in turn causes the load creates an overpressure, which is compensated for by the air being discharged via the ventilation openings in the upper material of the shoe.
- ambient air is therefore constantly sucked in, directed into the interior of the cushion and via the ventilation ventilation openings of the shoe derived again.
- a double massage effect is achieved, on the one hand through the balls and on the other hand through the unloaded areas of the cushion filled with compressed air.
- the flexible, expandable chamber is separated from the lower area of the heel or sole by a firm protective plate.
- the heel located below the protective plate can be renewed if necessary.
- the cushion arranged in the interior of the shoe is filled with medicinal active substances
- the cushion can be filled with medicinal active substances via a valve device arranged in the heel.
- This valve device is also designed as a one-way valve.
- a medical agent can be refilled if all or part of it has been used up in the course of time.
- an alternative medical drug may be another medical effect ⁇ chen to Errei a ⁇ be filled in the cushion.
- the protective fleece has a large number of small pores so that the medicinal active substance in the cushion can get into the inside of the shoe and thus to the sole of the foot of the shoe wearer.
- the pads are designed as inserts for loose insertion into the shoe.
- the respective shoe can then be provided with a cushion that is matched to the shoe wearer by inserting a corresponding insert into the shoe.
- the insert can also be removed at any time or exchanged for another insert.
- the cap containing the medicinal active ingredients can be inserted into the shoe tip separately or as part of a cushion formed as an insert.
- the cap is also provided with a large number of small pores.
- the insert is expediently designed with or without a footbed.
- a flexible spring band is provided all around the inner edge thereof.
- the flexible spring band enables the padding to be completely filled with balls, which are pressed somewhat into the edges of the flexible spring band when the shoe wearer is running.
- the balls have a certain amount of freedom of movement despite the complete filling of the cushion in order to produce the massage effect.
- the insert in the area of the heel can also have a valve device which is designed as an outflow valve and is connected to the interior of the insert or the chamber, so that the insert is connected to both Print medium can also be provided with a medicinal active ingredient.
- knobs of the cushion or the insert are hollow and are connected to the flexible chamber.
- the knob head of each knob is designed as a pressure cap. This configuration of the knobs improves the massage effect, with the knobs that are impressed in the sole of the foot of the shoe wearer during the load being returned to their starting position after the load.
- knobs can be combined to form several knobs. This results in more sensitive massage effects on the sole of the shoe wearer's foot.
- the base plate of the cushion preferably has recesses in which the knob bands are movably introduced.
- a motor is used in the heel of the sole which has a driver which is arranged eccentrically to the motor axis and which is movably connected to the knobbed bands.
- the motor can be switched on and off via a switch.
- an automatic start-up of the engine is also possible, for example by loading or relieving the heel of the shoe.
- the motor provides a massage effect by the knobs in the Are movable back and forth inside the pad of the shoe. This back and forth movement is ensured by the eccentric arrangement of one or more drivers to the motor axis.
- the motor is preferably also operated by means of batteries which are stored in the heel. Different massage effects are achieved by arranging the nub strips in the longitudinal or transverse direction in the shoe.
- the massage element comprises a ball thread consisting of a continuous thread with loosely arranged balls, which is inserted spirally into the cushion. This measure results in a certain guidance of the balls when the foot rolls while the shoe wearer is running, which has a positive effect on the massage effect.
- at least one further thread equipped with loose balls is expediently provided, the ends of which are fastened to the base plate or to the ball thread. In this way, practically the entire cushion is formed with balls.
- the massage element comprises adjacent rows of balls loosely lined up on a continuous thread, the ends of each thread being fixed to the base plate.
- a non-woven strip is preferably inserted in the edge regions of the cushion that are not filled by the balls. The fleece strips ensure that the balls lie tightly together.
- the massage element is designed as a spirally wound, inherently elastic tube, the outer end of which with an air outlet valve designed as an outflow valve and the inner end of which is connected to a throttled air outlet.
- an air outlet valve designed as an outflow valve and the inner end of which is connected to a throttled air outlet.
- a negative pressure is temporarily established in the tube, through which the air outlet valve opens and thus air gets into the tube interior. Due to the restricted air outlet, this air can only escape from the hose men relatively slowly.
- the hose has a massage effect on the sole of the foot.
- the air inlet valve is expediently arranged behind an opening in the erected edge of the base plate.

- FIG. 20 is a section through the representation of FIG. 19 along the line XX-XX,
- Fig. 21 is an enlarged sectional view of the detail XXI of FIG. 20 and
- FIG. 1 shows a section through a shoe 1 which has a sole 2 with a heel 14 and an upper 3.
- the sole 2 and the upper 3 are connected to one another in a manner known per se.
- Inside the shoe is 4 Provided above the sole 2 is a cushion 5 which comprises a flexible base plate 6 which is adapted to the shape of the sole 2 and forms the footbed 7.
- a plurality of knobs 8 are fastened on the base plate 6 in the direction of the shoe interior 4.
- the knobs 8 have the shape of hemispheres, the round side pointing in the direction of the inside 4 of the shoe.
- the knobs 8 are made of elastic material, so that they change their shape when loaded and return to their original shape after being relieved. As a result, the foot rolling in the shoe 1 is constantly massaged when walking through the shape-changing nubs 8 which change in shape.
- a cap 27 is inserted into the toe 26, which contains a medicinal active ingredient, e.g. against athlete's foot, included.
- the active ingredient can emerge from the cap 27 via relatively small pores in the cap.
- the cap 27 is designed in such a way that it always strives to expand. As a result, it always lies firmly on the protective fleece 9 and in the toe 26.
- the knobs 8 are arranged on the base plate 6 in rows 10 side by side or one behind the other, as a result of which the foot is pressed more between the knobs 8 and a large massage effect is achieved.
- the knobs 8 in FIG. 3 in rows 10 are offset from one another. This results in a more sensitive massage effect.
- the cushion 11 containing the balls 12 is completely sealed and has a feed 15 formed in the shoulder 14. At one end of the feed 15 is provided in the paragraph 14 externally accessible valve 17 through which this pad 11 can be provided with a pressure medium. As a result, the protective fleece 9 can bulge at an unloaded point 16, as shown in FIG. 5. Since the unloaded area 16 moves when the foot rolls in the shoe 1, a double massage effect is achieved, on the one hand by the balls 12 and on the other hand by the unloaded area 16 itself. In the upper 3 of the shoe 1, ventilation openings 40 are incorporated, which are arranged in a scale-like manner and are cut in such a way that running moisture and dirt cannot run into the shoe 1 from above.
- this cushion 11 Due to the rolling foot movement, the air located in this cushion 11 is discharged via the ventilation openings 40. This creates in this cushion 11 e negative pressure, which is compensated for by the valve 17 designed as an outflow valve, air being sucked in via the valve 17 through the supply 15 into the cushion 11.
- a chamber 18 is provided in paragraph 14 between the valve 17 and the cushion 11 containing the balls 12, only a short supply 15 being present.
- the chamber 18 is protected downwards by a protective plate 19.
- the dar under the heel 20 is renewable.
- the chamber 18 is filled with a pressure medium 21, which bulges when the protective fleece 9 is at least partially unloaded, and the pressure in the chamber 18 increases as a result of this, which expands as a result. With this sequence, the massage effect increases. Alternate air is replaced in the same manner as explained with reference to FIG. 4. If necessary, air can also be refilled into the chamber 18 manually from time to time, for example with a suitable air pump.
- the shoe 1 according to FIG. 6 has a cushion 23 containing medicinal active substances, which extends over the entire surface of the upper surface of the sole 2 which is acted upon by the foot.
- the medication cushion 23 is filled with medicinal active substances via the valve 17 present in the paragraph 14 and the feed 15.
- small pores 24 are incorporated into the protective fleece 9, via which the medicinal active substance reaches the interior 4 of the shoe.
- FIG. 8 shows an insert 25 for the shoe 1, which has a cushion 5 with knobs 8 and a cap 27. This configuration makes it possible to buy normal shoes and to achieve both a massage effect and a medical effect with the insert 25.
- the base plate 6 is connected to the protective fleece 9 via a peripheral edge 28.
- Balls 12 are introduced into the insert 25 over the entire surface.
- a circumferential spring band 29 is arranged pointing from the peripheral edge 28 in the direction of the balls 12.
- the valve 17 can be omitted, as a result of which the insert can in turn be used in a normal shoe 1.
- FIG. 11 shows an insert 25 with elastic knobs 8, a through-chamber 34 being provided between the inside 32 of the base plate 6 and the underside 33 of the knobs 8.
- the knobs 8 are hollow, their hollow 35 communicating with the passage chamber 34.
- the knob head 36 On the outside, the knob head 36 has a pressure cap 37 with which the foot region 31 comes into contact. In the area of the foot load, the knobs 8 are printed in the direction of the base plate 6 and their underside 33 comes to rest on the inside 32 of the base plate 6.
- Both a gaseous substance or a liquid can be used as the pressure medium.
- the pressure caps 37 according to FIG. 12 are designed as spring washers 38.
- the knob heads 36 jump inwards under heavy load and outwards again when the load is released. This increases the massage effect even more.
- a motor 41 is used in the paragraph 14, which is operated with associated batteries 42.
- the motor 41 can be switched on via a switch (not shown). However, it is also possible for the motor 41 to run automatically when the shoulder 14 is loaded.
- the pad 5 with knobs 8 is inserted, which is covered on the upper side with a flexible protective fleece 9.
- a driver 43 is provided, in which a driver bolt 45, which is held eccentrically to the motor axis 44, lies.
- the driver 43 is mounted transversely to the cushion 5 and thus has a play in the longitudinal direction of the shoe 1, since the driver is, as it were, placed eccentrically to the motor axis 44.
- the knobs 8 are combined to form a knobs band 46, a plurality of knobs bands 46 being arranged next to one another.
- the base plate 6 of the cushion 5 has band recesses 47 in which the knob bands 46 are movable.
- the nubs 8 of the nub bands 46 protrude with their nub head 36 elongated holes 48, the alignment of which is in the longitudinal direction of the shoe 1 and the length of which corresponds to the diameter of the nub 8 plus the play.
- the protective fleece 9 rests on the knobs 8 and is printed by the foot around the knobs 8.
- the motor 41 moves all the knob bands 46 via the driver 43, which are movable back and forth in alternating longitudinal movements and thus a massage Make an impact.
- knob tape 46 shows an alternative embodiment of a knob tape 46.
- the knob head 36 protrudes from a knob hole 50.
- bevels 51 are present in both directions of the displacement of the knob band 46, by means of which the knob head 36 is drawn into the knob cushion 5 and pressed out during the movement of the knob band 46.
- the material of the knob band 46 is elastic and shaped in such a way that the inherent elastic spring action pushes the knob head 36 out of the knob hole 50.
- the cushion 67 between the base plate 6 and the protective fleece 9 comprises balls 52 arranged next to one another, each with a centrally through hole 53 through which a thread 54 is passed.
- the thread thus holds the balls 52 together to form a ball thread 55 which is inserted into the cushion 67 in a spiral.
- Another thread 57 equipped with loose balls 52 is provided in an area that is not filled up by the ball thread 55, this thread 55 being attached to the ball thread 55 with its ends. This results in the greatest possible arrangement of the balls 52 on the base plate 6.
- the threads 54 and 57 are shown in FIGS.
- FIGS. 19 to 22 Another alternative embodiment of the shoe 1 is shown in FIGS. 19 to 22.
- a one-piece, flexible hose 60 is inserted in the peripheral edge 56 of this cushion 68. Behind an opening 61 of the peripheral edge 56 is the outer end of the hose 60, into which an air inlet valve 62 designed as a one-way valve is tightly inserted.
- the inner end of the hose 60 is connected to a throttled air outlet 63.
- a spring-loaded pressure plate 64 is present in the air inlet valve 62, the spring 65 acting on the pressure plate 64 having only a weak characteristic curve, as a result of which it can recede when a vacuum develops in the hose 60 while the hose 60 is acted upon by a foot, and thus the inlet opening 66 of the air inlet valve 62 releases.
- the air outlet 63 has a relatively small diameter outlet bore 65, which acts like a throttle.
- the air can therefore escape from the outlet bore 65 only relatively slowly, as a result of which there is always a counterpressure in the hose 60 when a foot is loaded. This results in a massage effect, particularly when the foot rolls in the shoe 1.
