Abstract
Description
Außerdem ist möglich, durch Anomalien der Bogenseitenkante bedingte Messwerte bei einer Mittelwertbildung auszuschließen.
Danach wird der mit der Vorderkante an den Vordermarken 2 anliegende auszurichtende Bogen 7 von der Bogenbeschleunigungsvorrichtung 3 erfasst und vom Anlegtisch 1 abgezogen, wobei die Vordermarken 2 in eine Position unter den Anlegtisch 1 geführt werden. Ist die Bogenbeschleunigungsvorrichtung 3 als Schwinganlage 4 ausgebildet, wird der auszurichtende Bogen 7 von dem Bogenhaltesystem 28 geklemmt und nachfolgend vom Anlegtisch 1 abgezogen. In der ersten Phase des Abziehens, in der die Vorderkante des auszurichtenden Bogens 7 einen Weg s zurücklegt, wobei s etwa 2 bis 10 mm betragen kann, wird die Ist-Lage der Seitenkante des in der Bewegung befindlichen auszurichtenden Bogens 7 von der Messeinrichtung 10 bzw. der Reflexzeile 15 in einer Folge von Messungen erfasst und die generierten weiteren Ist-Signale der Auswerteinheit 18 zugeführt. In der Auswerteinheit 18 wird von dem ersten Ist-Signal und den weiteren Ist-Signalen eines Messzyklus ein Mittelwert gebildet, wobei die Ist-Werte, die eine vorgegebene Toleranz überschreiten, also Ist-Werte, die durch Anomalien der Seitenkante initiiert wurden, ausgeblendet werden und damit keine Berücksichtigung finden. Dieser Ist-Mittelwert gibt die Lage der Seitenkante des auszurichtenden Bogens 7 wieder und wird mit dem in der Auswerteinheit 18 abgelegten Soll-Wert verglichen.
Während des Transports des auszurichtenden Bogens 7 zur Trommel 5 wird der Folgebogen 8 mit seiner Vorderkante gegen die am Anlegtisch 1 positionierten Vordermarken 2 transportiert, ausgerichtet und zur Ruhe gebracht. Anschließend wird durch die Messeinrichtung 10/Reflexzeile 15 die Ist-Lage der Seitenkante des Folgebogens 8 erfasst und analog eine Folge von Messungen zu Beginn des Abziehens realisiert.

Claims (5)
- Vorrichtung zum Ausrichten von Bogen nach einer Seitenkante, bei der die Ist-Lage eines auszurichten , an Vordermarken angelegten Bogens auf einem Anlegtisch von einer Messeinrichtung erfasst und durch eine Bogenbeschleunigungsvorrichtung an ein Greifersystem einer Trommel übergeben wird, wobei das Greifersystem zur Realisierung einer Soll-Lage in axialer Richtung verschiebbar angeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zusätzlich zum Erfassen der Ist-Lage der Seitenkante des an den Vordermarken (2) angelegten auszurichtenden Bogens (7) ein Erfassen der Ist-Lage der Seitenkante in einer Folge von Messungen durch die Messeinrichtung (10) erfolgt, während der auszurichtende Bogen (7), geführt durch die Bogenbeschleunigungsvorrichtung (3) einen Weg (s) zurücklegt, wobei die Messeinrichtung (10) mit einer Auswerteinheit (18) verbunden ist zur Bildung eines Ist-Mittelwertes aus der Summe der ermittelten Ist-Werte.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bildung des Ist-Mittelwertes unter Berücksichtigung der innerhalb eines Toleranzbereichs liegenden Ist-Werte erfolgt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die durch Anomalien der Seitenkante generierten Ist-Werte bei der Bildung des Ist-Mittelwertes keine Berücksichtigung finden.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Weg (s) etwa 2 bis 10 mm beträgt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei Abweichungen des Ist-Mittelwertes von einem in die Auswerteinheit (18) eingebbaren Soll-Wert ein Stellsignal generierbar ist zum Ansteuern eines das Greifersystem (6) in axialer Richtung verbringenden Stellelement (19).
