Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines großkalibrigen Sprenggeschosses (1, 1') mit einer Geschoßhülle (2, 2'), die einen mit einer Sprengladung (9, 9') gefüllten Innenraum (6, 6') umschließt und ein spitzenseitig verschließbares Mundloch (5, 5') aufweist, über welches die Sprengladung (9, 9') in den Innenraum (6, 6') des Sprenggeschosses (1, 1') eingebracht wird. Die Erfindung bezieht sich ferner auf ein derartiges Sprenggeschoß (1, 1').
Um zu erreichen, daß auch bei Verwendung kunststoffgebundener Sprengladungen (9, 9') selbst bei großen Temperaturschwankungen der Sprengstoffkörper unter Vorspannung in der Geschoßhülle (2, 2') gehalten wird, schlägt die Erfindung vor, die Sprengladung (9, 9') in einer Kunststoffhülle (8) aus einem elastischen Material in dem Sprenggeschoß (1, 1') anzuordnen und zusätzliche Spannmittel (11, 11', 17, 17') vorzusehen, um das bei Temperaturschwankungen sich gegenüber der Geschoßhülle (2, 2') ändernde Volumen der Sprengladung (9, 9') auszugleichen.
