Abstract
Description
Claims (7)
- Druckgastanksystem (1) mit mindestens zwei Gasbehältern (2, 3, 4), wobei die Gasbehälter (2, 3, 4) ein Bodenteil (18, 19, 20) und ein Entnahmeteil (14, 15, 16) und den Entnahmeteilen (14, 15, 16) zugeordnete Öffnungen (7, 8, 9) aufweisen, mit einer die Entnahmeteile (14, 15, 16) miteinander verbindenden Verbindungsschiene (6), wobei die Öffnungen (7, 8, 9) mit einem in der Verbindungsschiene (6) verlaufenden Gaskanal (10) in Strömungsverbindung stehen, und wobei die Gasbehälter (2, 3, 4) mit einer Stützschiene (5) mechanisch verbunden sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an einem ersten Gaskanalausgang (12) der Verbindungsschiene (6) ein allen Gasbehältern (2, 3, 4) gemeinsames Absperrventil (11) angeordnet ist, dass die Entnahmeteile (14, 15, 16) ohne Zwischenschaltung von Rohrleitungen mit der Verbindungsschiene (6) verbunden sind, und dass die Stützschiene (5) und die Verbindungsschiene (6) einen Halterahmen für die Gasbehälter (2, 3, 4) bilden. - Druckgastanksystem nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Verbindungsschiene (6) eine Schmelzsicherung (17) an einem zweiten Gaskanalausgang (13) zugeordnet ist, welche eine gemeinsame Schmelzsicherung (17) der Gasbehälter (2, 3, 4) bildet. - Druckgastanksystem nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gasbehälter (2, 3, 4) parallel zueinander angeordnet sind. - Druckgastanksystem nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stützschiene (5) im Bereich der Bodenteile (18, 19, 20) der Gasbehälter (2, 3, 4) angeordnet ist. - Druckgastanksystem nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Materialstärke und Länge der Verbindungsschiene (6) so aufeinander abgestimmt sind, dass die Verbindungsschiene (6) und die Anbindung an die Gasbehälter (2, 3, 4) mindestens dieselbe mechanische Stabilität und Stoßfestigkeit aufweist wie ein einzelner Gasbehälter (2, 3, 4) mit gleichem Volumen. - Druckgastanksystem nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verbindungsschiene (6) aus einem gegossenen Metallteil mit integriertem Gaskanal (10) gebildet ist. - Druckgastanksystem nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an und/oder zwischen Stützschiene (5) und Verbindungsschiene (6) Streben angeordnet sind, welche gleiche oder größere Stoß-, Scher- und Torsionskräfte aufnehmen als auf die formschlüssigen Verbindungen der Gasbehälter (2, 3, 4) mit der Verbindungsschiene (6) und/oder der Stützschiene (5) einwirken.
