Claims (5)
- Schleudermühle (10) mit einem Schleudermühlenrotor (14), der in einem Schleudermühlengehäuse (12) um eine Drehachse (X) in einer Arbeitsdrehrichtung (R) drehbar gelagert ist und genau zwei Schleuderkammern (22) aufweist,
wobei jeder der Schleuderkammern (22) eine Schleuderschaufel (24) zugeordnet ist, längs der sich das Mahlgut (18) im Betrieb der Schleudermühle (10) aufgrund von Zentrifugalkräften von einer radial inneren Mahlgutzufuhr (18) zu einer radial äußeren Abrisskante (30) bewegt, an der es aus dem Schleudermühlenrotor (14) austritt,
wobei jede Schleuderschaufel (24) eine Schaufelwand (28) mit einer radial inneren Endkante (28b) und einer radial äußeren Endkante (28a) umfasst sowie eine an die radial äußere Endkante (28a) der Schaufelwand (28) angrenzend befestigte Verschleißeinheit (42/44), an welcher die Abrisskante (30) angeordnet ist,
wobei die Schaufelwand (28) gekrümmt ausgebildet ist und dem sich an ihr entlang bewegenden Mahlgut (16) ihre konkave Oberfläche (28c) zuweist und
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die radial innere Endkante (28b) jeder Schaufelwand (28) der beiden Schleuderschaufeln (24) dann, wenn man deren beide Abrisskanten (30) miteinander verbindet und auf dieser Verbindungslinie (V) die Mittelsenkrechte (M) bildet, jeweils ausgehend von der radial äußeren Endkante (28a) der Schaufelwand (28) in einem Winkelbereich von etwa 20° vor der Mittelsenkrechten (M) bis etwa 20° nach der Mittelsenkrechten (M) angeordnet ist. - Schleudermühle nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die radial innere Endkante (28b) jeder Schaufelwand (28) in einem Radialabstand (d) von der Drehachse (X) angeordnet ist, der mindestens etwa 30%, vorzugsweise mindestens etwa 40%, des Radialabstands der Abrisskante (30) der Schleuderschaufel (24) von der Drehachse (X) beträgt. - Schleudermühle nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die konvexen Oberflächen (28d) der Schaufelwände (28) die Außenfläche des Schleudermühlenrotors (14) bilden. - Schleudermühle nach 1 bis 3 einem der Ansprüche
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Abrisskante (30) benachbart oberhalb oder/und unterhalb der zugehörigen Mahlgut-Austrittsöffnung (52) des Schleudermühlenrotors (14) Schlagelemente (50) mit vorzugsweise im Wesentlichen orthogonal zur Umfangsrichtung weisenden Schlagflächen (50a) vorgesehen sind, welche vorzugsweise aus verschleißarmen Material gefertigt sind. - Schleudermühle nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an den radial inneren Endkanten (28b) der Schaufelwände (28) Verschleißelemente (46) vorgesehen sind.
