Claims (5)

  1. Broyeur centrifuge (10) avec un rotor de broyeur centrifuge (14), qui est logé dans un boítier de broyeur centrifuge (12) de façon à pouvoir tourner autour d'un axe de rotation (X) dans un sens de rotation de travail (R) et présente exactement deux chambres centrifuges (22),
    dans lequel une ailette centrifuge (24) est attribuée à chacune des chambres centrifuges (22), ailette le long de laquelle la matière à broyer (18) se déplace pendant le fonctionnement du broyeur centrifuge (10) sous l'effet de forces centrifuges depuis une arrivée de matière à broyer (18) intérieure radialement vers une arête d'arrachage (30) extérieure radialement, au niveau de laquelle elle sort du rotor du broyeur centrifuge (14),
    dans lequel chaque ailette centrifuge (24) comprend une paroi d'ailette (28) avec une arête d'extrémité (28b) intérieure radialement et une arête d'extrémité (28a) extérieure radialement ainsi qu'une unité d'usure (42/44), fixée de façon adjacente à l'arête d'extrémité (28a) extérieure radialement de la paroi d'ailette (28), unité sur laquelle est disposée l'arête d'arrachage (30),
    dans lequel la paroi d'ailette (28) est conçue de façon incurvée et sa surface supérieure (28c) concave est dirigée vers la matière à broyer (16) se déplaçant le long de la paroi et

    caractérisé en ce que l'arête d'extrémité (28b) intérieure radialement de chaque paroi d'ailette (28) est disposée à une distance radiale (d) de l'axe de rotation (X), qui représente au moins environ 30 %, de préférence au moins environ 40 %, de la distance radiale de l'arête d'arrachage (30) de l'ailette centrifuge (24) à l'axe de rotation (X).
  3. Broyeur centrifuge selon l'une des revendications 1 à 2,
    caractérisé en ce que les surfaces (28d) convexes des parois d'ailette (28) forment la surface extérieure du rotor du broyeur centrifuge (14).
  4. Broyeur centrifuge selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3,
    caractérisé en ce qu'à proximité de l'arête d'arrachage (30), au-dessus et/ou au-dessous de l'ouverture de sortie de l'ouverture correspondante de la matière à broyer (52) du rotor du moulin broyeur (14), sont prévus des éléments de choc (50) avec des surfaces de choc (50a) dirigées de préférence sensiblement perpendiculairement au sens périphérique, lesquelles sont fabriquées de préférence dans un matériau présentant une faible usure.
  5. Broyeur centrifuge selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4,
    caractérisé en ce que des éléments d'usure (46) sont prévus sur les arêtes d'extrémité (28b) intérieures radialement des parois d'ailette (28).
