Claims (24)
- Verfahren zum Betreiben einer Maschine der tabakverarbeitenden Industrie, wobei wenigstens ein Hüllstreifen (10), der zum Umhüllen eines Strangs (12) aus rauchbarem Material oder Filtermaterial vorgesehen ist, auf seinem Förderweg von einem Hüllstreifenvorrat (17) zu einer Formateinrichtung (19, 20) der Maschine in wenigstens einer vorgebbaren Position (14) fixiert wird, um anschließend von der vorgebbaren Position (14) weitergefördert zu werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schritt des Fixierens beim Anhalten wenigstens eines Teils der Maschine durchgeführt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 und/oder 2 dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schritt des Weiterförderns während oder nach dem Anfahren wenigstens eines Teils der Maschine geschieht.
- Verfahren nach einem oder mehreren Ansprüchen 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der wenigstens eine Hüllstreifen (10) in der Maschine, insbesondere in einer Zuführvorrichtung (1), fixiert wird.
- Verfahren nach einem oder mehreren Ansprüchen 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der stromabwärts angeordnete Teil (10') des wenigstens einen Hüllstreifen (10) beim oder nach dem Fixieren abgetrennt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der stromabwärts angeordnete Teil (10') des Hüllstreifens (10) aus dem Förderweg entfernt wird, bevor der fixierte Teil (10'') des Hüllstreifens (10) weitergefördert wird.
- Verfahren zur Wiederinbetriebnahme einer Strangmaschine, wobei wenigstens ein Hüllstreifen (10) zu wenigstens einem Strang (12) aus rauchbarem Material oder Filtermaterial der tabakverarbeitenden Industrie zugeführt wird, wobei mittels eines Strangförderers (18) der Strang (12) herangefördert und auf wenigstens ein den wenigstens einen Hüllstreifen (10) förderndes Förderelement (19) zugeführt wird, wobei Strang (12) und Hüllstreifen (10) zu einem Format (20) zum fortlaufenden Umhüllen des Stranges (12) mit dem Hüllstreifen (10) gefördert werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Zuführen des wenigstens einen Hüllstreifens (10) automatisch geschieht.
- Verfahren nach einem oder mehreren Ansprüchen 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Zuführen mittels einer in Zuführrichtung strömenden Transportluft (21) geschieht.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 7 und/oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das automatische Zuführen nach einem Lösen eines den wenigstens eine Hüllstreifen (10) fixierenden Fixiermittels (13, 14, 16) und damit einem Freigeben des wenigstens einen Hüllstreifens (10) geschieht.
- Verfahren zum automatischen Anfahren einer Strangmaschine, insbesondere einer Zigarettenstrangmaschine oder einer Filterstrangmaschine, umfassend ein Verfahren nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 7 bis 9.
- Verfahren zum Entleeren einer Strangmaschine, insbesondere einer Zigarettenstrangmaschine oder Filterstrangmaschine, wobei ein in einer Zuführvorrichtung (1) sich befindender Hüllstreifen (10) zum Umhüllen eines Strangs (12) aus rauchbarem Material oder Filtermaterial der tabakverarbeitenden Industrie wenigstens teilweise entfernt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Hüllstreifen (10) in der Zuführvorrichtung (1) abgetrennt wird und daß ein Teil des Hüllstreifens (10) in der Zuführvorrichtung (1) fixiert wird, während der andere abgetrennte Teil aus der Zuführvorrichtung (1) entfernt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 6 oder 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Fixieren mechanisch, insbesondere mittels eines Fixiermittels (13, 14, 16) geschieht.
- Verfahren nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, 11 oder 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Fixieren mittels Saugluft (15) geschieht.
- Verfahren nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 6 oder 11 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Abtrennen ein Abschneiden ist.
- Verfahren zum Betrieb einer Strangmaschine, wobei zunächst ein Verfahren zum Entleeren der Strangmaschine nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 11 bis 14 Verwendung findet, und wobei anschließend zur Wiederinbetriebnahme der Strangmaschine ein Verfahren nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 7 bis 10 Verwendung findet.
- Vorrichtung zum Zuführen wenigstens eines Hüllstreifens (10) zu einem Zuführelement (11), das den wenigstens einen Hüllstreifen (10) zu einem Strang (12) aus rauchbarem Material oder Filtermaterial der tabakverarbeitenden Industrie zuführt, wobei die Vorrichtung ein den wenigstens einen Hüllstreifen (10) zerteilendes Trennelement (13) umfaßt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Fixiermittel (13, 14, 16) vorgesehen ist, mittels dem ein Ende des zerteilten Hüllstreifens (10) fixierbar ist.
- Zuführvorrichtung nach Anspruch 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß je Hüllstreifen (10) ein Trennelement (13) vorgesehen ist.
- Zuführvorrichtung nach Anspruch 16 und/oder 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Trennelement (13) ein Messer ist.
- Zuführvorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 16 bis 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Fixiermittel (13, 14, 16) in dem Trennelement (13) umfaßt ist.
- Zuführvorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 16 bis 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Fixiermittel (13, 14, 16) ein mechanisches Element ist.
- Zuführvorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 16 bis 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Fixiermittel (13, 14, 16) mittels Saugluft (15) das eine Ende des zerteilten Hüllstreifens (10) fixiert.
- Zuführvorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 16 bis 21, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Fixiermittel (14, 16) stromaufwärts zum Trennelement (13) angeordnet ist.
- Anordnung zum Zuführen wenigstens eines Hüllstreifens (10) von wenigstens einem Hüllstreifenvorrat (17) zu wenigstens einem Strang (12) aus rauchbarem Material oder Filtermaterial der tabakverarbeitenden Industrie mit wenigstens einem Strangförderer (18) zum Heranfördern und Übergeben des Stranges (12) auf wenigstens ein den wenigstens einen Hüllstreifen (10) förderndes Förderelement (19), das Strang- (12) und Hüllstreifen (10) zu einem Format (20) zum fortlaufenden Umhüllen des Stranges (12) mit dem Hüllstreifen (10) fördert, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen dem wenigstens einen Hüllstreifenvorrat (17) und dem Förderelement (19) eine Vorrichtung (1) nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 16 bis 22 vorgesehen ist.
- Strangmaschine, insbesondere Filterstrangmaschine oder Zigarettenstrangmaschine, mit wenigstens einer Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 16 bis 22, oder mit einer Anordnung nach Anspruch 23.
