Sliding bar for closure arrangements for windows and/or doors, in particular for connecting an actuating device with at least one gearing for inserting and withdrawing bolts in a multi-bolt lock, a sliding bar (1) of the sliding bar arrangement having at least one longitudinal slot (7) and a spring (8) of the sliding bar arrangement being stationarily arranged relative to the sliding bar (1), characterised in that on the lateral flanks of the longitudinal slot (7), which flanks are oriented substantially in the longitudinal direction of the sliding bar (1), are provided latching elements, which are directed toward one another and formed by elevations (10) or recesses, and in that the spring (8), which engages in the longitudinal slot (7), rests with at least one resilient leg or one resilient shoulder on at least one of the side flanks and latches behind the elevations (10) or in the recesses.
  2. Sliding bar according to claim 1, characterised in that a spacer (6) engages in the longitudinal slot (7) and is arranged on an end face housing plate (3) or on a guide strip (4) for the sliding bar (1) and produces the spacing from a cover rail or face rail (5) for a displacement of the sliding bar (1) and in that to fix its position, the spring (8) is pushed over this spacer (6) and at least partially surrounds the spacer (6).
  3. Sliding bar according to claim 1, characterised in that the spring (8) has a rectangular cross section of the spring legs and the rectangular cross section substantially coincides with respect to its height to the material thickness of the sliding bar (1).
  4. Sliding bar according to any one of claims 1 to 3, characterised in that the spring (8) is configured as a closed annular, oval or elliptical body or a body virtually following a rounded rectangular contour, is preferably made of an elastic plastics material, which on opposing legs, has bulges (9) or projections as latching elements facing the side flanks of the side slot(s) (7) in the sliding bar (1).
