Claims (15)
- Procédé de fabrication d'un rouleau de dressage (1) composé d'un corps discoïdal de base (2) et d'une rainure (3) prévue dans une face latérale dudit corps de base (2), et agencée selon un tracé périphérique annulaire, avec une garniture de dressage (4) comportant une pluralité de corps de dressage (5) se présentant, par exemple, comme des diamants ou des matériaux similaires, caractérisé par les étapes opératoires suivantes :- les corps de dressage (5) sont insérés dans la rainure (3) avec répartition le long de cette dernière, ou bien dispersés, et verrouillés dans leur position au moyen d'un adhésif et/ou par des procédés galvaniques,- les espaces libres (6), séparant mutuellement les corps de dressage (5) et situés entre lesdits corps de dressage (5) et les parois adjacentes (7) de la rainure, sont comblés à l'aide d'une matrice pulvérulente (8) fluable ou déversable en vrac,- les espaces interstitiels, situés dans la matrice pulvérulente (8), sont emplis d'un matériau fluide d'imprégnation (9), notamment d'une brasure, et- la garniture de dressage (4) produite à partir des corps de dressage (5), de la matrice pulvérulente (8) et du matériau d'imprégnation (9) solidifié, est au moins partiellement mise à nu par enlèvement de matière du corps de base (2) dans la région de la paroi extérieure (7) de la rainure et/ou du fond de ladite rainure et/ou de la face latérale supérieure dudit corps de base (2).
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que le rouleau de dressage (1) est amené à une forme souhaitée par enlèvement additionnel de matière sur le corps de base (2) et/ou sur la garniture de dressage (4).
- Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé par le fait que, avant d'être emplie du matériau d'imprégnation (9), la matrice pulvérulente (8) est compactée notamment par secouage, battage, centrifugation et/ou imposition de vibrations.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé par l'utilisation, en tant que matériau d'imprégnation (9), d'une brasure standard et, notamment, d'une brasure non activée à base de cuivre.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé par le fait que la matrice pulvérulente et/ou le matériau d'imprégnation (9) renferme(nt) un adjuvant accroissant la résistance à l'usure de la garniture de dressage et/ou la liaison, et notamment constitué de poudres ou de granulats de carbure, de nitrure, d'oxyde et/ou de céramique.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé par l'utilisation, en tant qu'adhésif, d'un adhésif à un ou deux composant(s) présentant, notamment, une longue durée de traitement.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé par le fait qu'au moins quelques corps de dressage (5) sont orientés, au moins en partie, perpendiculairement à l'axe de rotation du rouleau de dressage (1).
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé par le fait qu'au moins quelques corps de dressage (5) sont orientés, au moins en partie, parallèlement à l'axe de rotation du rouleau de dressage (1).
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé par le fait qu'au moins quelques corps de dressage (5) sont orientés, au moins en partie, à l'oblique vis-à-vis de l'axe de rotation du rouleau de dressage (1).
- Rouleau de dressage (1) composé d'un corps discoïdal de base (2) et d'une dépouille (3a) prévue dans une face latérale dudit corps de base, et agencée selon un tracé périphérique annulaire, avec une garniture de dressage (4) comportant une pluralité de corps de dressage (5) se présentant, par exemple, comme des diamants ou des matériaux similaires, ledit rouleau étant notamment fabriqué d'après l'un des procédés selon les revendications 1 à 9, sachant que lesdits corps de dressage (5) sont agencés de manière à porter directement, au moins en partie, contre une paroi (7a) de la dépouille (3a) et/ou contre le fond (10a) de ladite dépouille (3a), caractérisé par le fait que les espaces libres (6), séparant mutuellement les corps de dressage (5) et situés entre lesdits corps de dressage (5) et une paroi adjacente (7a) et/ou le fond (10a), sont comblés à l'aide d'une matrice pulvérulente (8) fluable et/ou déversable en vrac ; et les espaces interstitiels, situés dans ladite matrice pulvérulente (8), sont emplis d'un matériau fluide d'imprégnation (9) se présentant, notamment, comme une brasure.
- Rouleau de dressage (1) selon la revendication 10, caractérisé par le fait que le matériau d'infiltration (9) est une brasure standard, en particulier une brasure non activée à base de cuivre.
- Rouleau de dressage (1) selon la revendication 10 ou 11, caractérisé par le fait que la matrice pulvérulente et/ou le matériau d'imprégnation (9) renferme(nt) un adjuvant accroissant la résistance à l'usure de la garniture de dressage et/ou la liaison, et notamment constitué de poudres ou de granulats de carbure, de nitrure, d'oxyde et/ou de céramique.
- Rouleau de dressage (1) selon l'une des revendications 10 à 12, caractérisé par le fait qu'au moins quelques corps de dressage (5) sont orientés, au moins en partie, perpendiculairement à l'axe de rotation dudit rouleau de dressage (1).
- Rouleau de dressage (1) selon l'une des revendications 10 à 13, caractérisé par le fait qu'au moins quelques corps de dressage (5) sont orientés, au moins en partie, parallèlement à l'axe de rotation dudit rouleau de dressage (1).
- Rouleau de dressage (1) selon l'une des revendications 10 à 14, caractérisé par le fait qu'au moins quelques corps de dressage (5) sont orientés, au moins en partie, à l'oblique vis-à-vis de l'axe de rotation dudit rouleau de dressage (1).
