Claims (6)

  1. Automatische Plattenbiegevorrichtung zum Bilden bestimmter Winkelbiegungen auf den Einsatzblechen (1), einen Biegemechanismus umfassend, der aus einem Schneidenhalter (2) besteht, welcher gegenüber einer Blockierungsvorrichtung der zu biegenden Bleche (1) angeordnet ist, wobei der Schneidenhalter (2) in eine Übertragungsvorrichtung, die sein Verschieben in Richtung der Blockierungsvorrichtung der Bleche (1) gewährleistet und in eine frei beweglich gelagerte Kippvorrichtung eingebunden ist, die ihm das Biegen der Bleche (1) ermöglichen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schneidenhalter (2) mit einem Fühler (9) ausgerüstet ist, der auf einem Zylinder (10) angeordnet ist und ihn in Kontakt mit den gebogenen Blechen (1) bringen soll, wobei die Plattenbiegemaschine derart gestaltet ist, daß der Fühler beim Kontakt der gebogenen Bleche mittels des Zylinders (10) in eine erste Meßposition gebracht wird und daß der Fühler (9) dann beim Kontakt der äußersten Zone des gebogenen Teils der Bleche mittels der Kippvorrichtung des Schneidenhalters in eine zweite Meßposition gebracht wird, um den Biegungswinkel zu messen.
  2. Automatische Plattenbiegevorrichtung nach dem ersten Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Blockierungsvorrichtung der Bleche (1) einen fest angebrachten unteren Teil (3) und einen oberen Niederhalter (5) umfaßt, der sich vertikal gegen den fest angebrachten unteren Teil (3) derart verschiebt, daß die zu biegenden Bleche (1) zwischen den beiden blockiert sind.
  3. Automatische Plattenbiegevorrichtung nach dem ersten und zweiten Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Niederhalter (5) aus zwei Endblöcken und einem Mittelblock besteht, wobei der Mittelblock durch Blöcke verschiedener Länge ausgetauscht werden kann, um die Längsdimension des Niederhalters (5) gemäß der Breite der Einsatzbleche (1) anzupassen.
  4. Automatische Plattenbiegevorrichtung nach den vorhergehenden drei Ansprüchen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schneidenhalter (2) mit einem Schlitten (13) ausgerüstet ist, der das automatische Austauschen des Mittelblocks des Niederhalters (5) ermöglicht, wobei der Schlitten den auszutauschenden Block zu einem Aufnahmemagazin führt und von demselben Magazin einen anderen Block geeigneter Länge zurückführt, um ihn in den Niederhalter (5) einzubinden.
  5. Automatische Plattenbiegevorrichtung nach den vorhergehenden vier Ansprüchen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schlitten (13) zum Austauschen des Mittenblocks des Niederhalters (5) einem unabhängigen Antriebszylinder (14) zugeordnet ist oder der dem eigenen Zylinder (10) des Fühlers (9) zugeordnet ist, damit der Zylinder (10) ebenfalls den zuvor erwähnten Schlitten (13) antreibt.
  6. Automatische Plattenbiegevorrichtung nach dem ersten Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schneidenhalter (2) frei beweglich auf einem Schlitten (6), der durch einen Zylinder (7) angetrieben wird, gelagert ist, wobei der Schneidenhalter (2) ferner mit einem zweiten Zylinder (8), der sein Kippen veranlaßt, verbunden ist.
