Claims (7)
- Vorrichtung zum automatischen Ausrichten des vorlaufenden Anfgngsabschnittes (1) eines von einer Vorratsrolle abgewickelten Cordbandes (5), insbesondere eines Stahlcordbandes, zum Anspleißen an das nachlaufende Ende (3) des Cordbandes der vorherigen Vorratsrolle, mit Saug- oder Magnetrollen (11,12) mit Antriebseinrichtung zum anhaftenden Befestigen des nach unten durchhängenden Anfangsabschnittes (2) des Cordbandes (5), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Antriebseinrichtung (20) reversierbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwei parallel übereinander angeordnete Saug- oder Magnetrollen (11, 12) vorgesehen sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Magnetrollen (11, 12) abwechselnd aus magnetischen und unmagnetischen Scheiben geschichtet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass vor der unteren Saug- oder Magnetrolle (11) wenigstens eine axial nach beiden Seiten gegen Federn verschiebbar gelagerte Umlenkrolle (15) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Antriebseinrichtungen (20) mehrfach umgesteuert werden um ein Ausrichten in mehreren Teilschichten zu erzielen.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Spleißleiste (13, 14) parallel zu den Magnetrollen (11, 12) zwischen diesen angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, gekennzeichnet durch Sensoren zur Erfassung der Bandendkanten (21, 26) der zu verbindenden Stahlcordbänder (3, 5).
