Description

Die Erfindung betrifft nach dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1, eine Duschabtrennung mit mindestens einer feststehenden Trennwand und mindestens einem verschiebbaren Türelement. Dabei sind Trennwand und Türelement mit einem an einer Wand befestigten Ausleger verbunden.
Üblicher Weise wird die Stabilität z.B. bei einer sogenannten Echtglasdusche durch zusätzlich an einer feststehenden Glasscheibe oder Trennwand angebrachten Winkeln oder Stabilisatoren hergestellt. Diese Stabilisatoren werden meist nur für diesen Zweck konstruiert und eingesetzt und sind von der restlichen Konstruktion losgelöst bzw. nachträglich mit dieser verschraubt.
Bei Rahmenduschen wird dafür oft der obere Rahmen verbohrt. Diese Art und Weise des Einsatzes beruht darauf, dass im Duschkabinenbau in der Regel Strangpressprofile eingesetzt werden. Bei Einscheiben-Sicherheitsglaskonstruktionen sind zusätzliche Bohrungen in der Glasscheibe erforderlich. Eine derartige Duschabtrennung ist beispielsweise aus der Druckschrift DE 299 05 419 U1 bekannt.
Aus der EP-A-10 40 781 A2 ist eine Duschabtrennung mit festen Trennwänden und verschiebbaren Türelementen bekannt, wobei Trennwand und/oder Türelement mit einem an einer Wand befestigbaren Ausleger verbunden sind und der Ausleger eine Laufschiene zur Führung des Türelementes und ein Halteelement zum Halten und Stabilisieren der Trennwand aufweist. Das Türelement ist dabei an der Laufschiene hinter das Halteelement führbar.
Auch die DE-A-197 07 128, DE-A-37 25 543, FR-A-2 683 138, DE-A-196 43 102 und US-A-5,893,181 zeigen Duschabtrennungen, die aus feststehenden und verschiebbaren Elementen gebildet werden, die über Ausleger und Halteelemente gehalten und/oder geführt und/oder stabilisiert werden.
Die Aufgabe der Erfindung besteht darin die bekannten Konstruktionen von Duschabtrennungen zu verbessern.
Erfingdungsgemäß wird diese Aufgabe durch die Merkmale des Anspruchs 1 gelöst. Vorteilhafte Ausgestaltungen der erfindungsgemäßen Vorrichtung ergeben sich aus den zugehörigen Ansprüchen 2 bis 10.
Die Erfindung beinhaltet demnach eine Duschabtrennung mit mindestens einer feststehenden Trennwand und mindestens einem verschiebbaren Türelement, wobei Trennwand und Türelement mit einem an einer Wand befestigten Ausleger verbunden sind und der Ausleger eine Laufschiene zur Führung des Türelementes und ein Halteelement zum Halten und Stabilisieren der Trennwand aufweist. Zum Öffnen der Dusche ist das Türelement an der Laufschiene hinter das Halteelement führbar. Dazu ist der Ausleger einstückig ausgebildet und umfasst eine zum Duscheninnenraum hin gebogene Laufschiene, wobei das Halteelement tangential dazu in gerader Richtung zur Wand verläuft.
Eine weitere vorteilhafte Ausführung besteht darin, dass der Ausleger eine zum Duscheninnenraum hin gebogene Laufschiene aufweist und das Halteelement über mindestens eine Verstrebung, mit der Laufschiene in Verbindung steht.
Die Verstrebung ist dabei vorzugsweise am gebogenen Abschnitt der Laufschiene angeordnet.
Nach einem bevorzugten Merkmal der Erfindung ist das Türelement hängend am Ausleger angeordnet. Das Türelement weist dazu nach einem weiteren Merkmal Aufhängungen auf. Das Türelement ist nach einem anderen Merkmal mittels Rollen auf, in oder an der als Laufschiene des Auslegers verschiebbar.
Zur Stabilisierung der Konstruktion ist der Ausleger bevorzugt über ein an der Laufschiene vorgesehenes Wandanschlussteil mit der Wand verbunden.
Eine besonders bevorzugte Ausbildung der Erfindung besteht darin, dass die Duschabtrennung eine Eckdusche bildet, wobei zwei Ausleger im rechten Winkel zueinander angeordnet sind und jeder Ausleger eine feststehende Trennwand und ein verschiebbares Türelement aufweist, wobei die Ausleger nicht miteinander verbunden sind. Es wurde überraschend gefunden, dass bei einer erfindungsgemäßen Ausbildung des Auslegers als oberes Rahmenteil einer Duschabtrennung, dieses gleichzeitig den Stabilisator beinhalten kann. Dieser Ausleger weist gleichzeitig die Funktion einer oberen Laufschiene auf, wobei störenden Übergänge zwischen Laufschiene und Stabilisator nicht auftreten. Weiterhin kann die bewegliche Trennwand durch die Konstruktion des Auslegers weiter geöffnet werden, d.h. das sogenannte Einstiegsmaß der Duschabtrennung erhöht sich. Zusätzlich wird die Gesamtstabilität derart erhöht, dass auch auf sogenannte Eckverbinder verzichtet werden kann, was zu einer Kostenersparnis beiträgt. Auch der optische Eindruck der Duschabtrennung wird durch die offene Anordnung erheblich verbessert.
Die Erfindung soll anhand der nachfolgenden Beschreibung von bevorzugten Ausführungsbeispielen unter Bezugnahme auf die zugehörigen Figuren näher erläutert werden. Es zeigen:

Die beispielhafte Duschabtrennung nach der Figur 1 besteht aus zwei feststehenden Trennwänden 1 und zwei verschiebbaren Türelementen 2, wobei die Türelemente 2 hängend an einem Ausleger 3 befestigt sind. Die Ausleger 3 bestehen jeweils aus einem einstückigen Teil, vorzugsweise einem Gussteil, welche eine gebogene Laufschiene 3a zur Führung der Türelemente 2 aufweisen. Die feststehenden Trennwände 1 werden von einem von den Laufschienen 3a tangentenförmig abgehenden Halteelement 3b gehalten, wobei sich die an der Wand befestigten Ausleger 3 dabei auf die feststehenden Trennwände 1 abstützen.
Die Trennwände und Türen bestehen aus Einscheiben-Sicherheitsglas. Die Ausleger können aus Metall, Kunststoff oder aus deren Kompositionen bestehen. Die Türelemente 2 sind mit Aufhängungen 6 versehen, wobei die Türelemente 2 mittels Rollen 5 auf, in oder an der Laufschiene 3a des Auslegers 3 verschiebbar sind. Die Ausleger 3, bzw. die Laufschienen 3a sind über winkelausgleichende Wandanschlussteile 7 mit den Wänden verbunden. Die Wandanschlussteile 7 sind bei winkelgerechter Bausituation nicht erforderlich. Die beiden Ausleger 3 enden im vorderen Eckbereich ohne direkte Verbindung.
Aus der Figur 2 wird deutlich, dass die Positionierung der Laufrollen 5 sowohl auf als auch am Ausleger erfolgen kann. In der Draufsicht ist bei der waagerechten Trennwand 1 die Tür 2 geschlossen. Bei der senkrechten Trennwand 1 ist die Tür 2 im geöffneten Zustand dargestellt.
In der Figur 3 ist eine weitere Variante eines Auslegers dargestellt.
Der Ausleger 3 weist eine zum Duscheninnenraum hin gebogene Laufschiene 3a auf, wobei das Halteelement 3b über zwei Verstrebungen 8, 8' mit der Laufschiene 3a in Verbindung steht. Die Verstrebungen 8, 8' sind dabei bevorzugt am gebogenen Abschnitt der Laufschiene 3a angeordnet. Das Halteelement 3b ist mit Mitteln zur Aufnahme der Trennwand 1 ausgestattet, die im Fall der Figur 3 klammerartig vom Halteelement 3b abgehen, oder wie in den Figuren 1 und 2 gezeigt, im Halteelement selbst schienenartig ausgebildet sind.
Mit dem Ausleger 3 sind verschiedenste Maßsituationen durch einfaches Kürzen desselben möglich. Es können alle gewünschten Bauformen wie Runddusche, 5-Eck-Dusche, Nischendusche etc. realisiert werden. Weiterhin sind selbstverständlich auch sogenannte Schwing-, Klapp,- oder Schwenktüren einsetzbar.
Mit einem derartigen Ausleger ist man außerdem in der Lage auch unregelmäßig in verschiedenen Ebenen und Dimensionen zu arbeiten. Dabei eröffnen sich nicht nur hinsichtlich der Formgestaltung neue Möglichkeiten, die gesamte Konstruktion wird auch biegesteifer und kostengünstiger.

Claims (9)

  1. Duschabtrennung mit mindestens einer feststehenden Trennwand (1) und mindestens einem verschiebbaren Türelement (2), wobei Trennwand (1) und/oder Türelement (2) mit einem an einer Wand befestigbaren Ausleger (3) verbunden sind, wobei der Ausleger (3) eine Laufschiene (3a) zur Führung des Türelementes (2) und ein Halteelement (3b) zum Halten und Stabilisieren der Trennwand (1) aufweist, und das Türelement (2) an der Laufschiene (3a) hinter das Halteelement (3b) führbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Ausleger (3) einstückig ausgebildet ist, wobei dieser eine zum Duscheninnenraum hin gebogene Laufschiene (3a) umfasst, und das Halteelement (3b) tangential dazu in gerader Richtung zur Wand verläuft.
  2. Duschabtrennung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Halteelement (3b) über mindestens eine Verstrebung (8), mit der Laufschiene (3a) in Verbindung steht.
  3. Duschabtrennung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verstrebung (8) am gebogenen Abschnitt der Laufschiene (3a) angeordnet ist.
  4. Duschabtrennung nach einem der o.g. Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Türelement (2) hängend am Ausleger (3) angeordnet ist, wobei das Halteelement (3b) Mittel zur Aufnahme der Trennwand (1) aufweist.
  5. Duschabtrennung nach einem der o.g. Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Türelement (2) Aufhängungen (6) aufweist.
  6. Duschabtrennung nach einem der o.g. Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Türelement (2) mittels Rollen (5) an, in oder auf der Laufschiene (3a) des Auslegers (3) verschiebbar ist.
  7. Duschabtrennung nach einem der o.g. Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Ausleger (3) zur Stabilisierung über ein an der Laufschiene (3a) angeordnetes Wandanschlussteil (7) mit der Wand verbunden ist.
  8. Duschabtrennung nach einem der o.g. Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Trennwand (1) über ein Wandanschlussprofil mit der Wand in Verbindung steht.
  9. Duschabtrennung nach einem der o.g. Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Duschabtrennung eine Eckdusche bildet, wobei zwei Ausleger (3) im rechten Winkel zueinander angeordnet sind und jeder Ausleger (3) eine feststehende Trennwand (1) und ein verschiebbares Türelement (2) aufweist, wobei die Ausleger (3) nicht miteinander verbunden sind.
