Claims (22)
- Fluidtechnische Anordnung mit mindestens einem fluidtechnischen Aktuator (10), der mittels einer Ventilanordnung (12) über zumindest eine erste und eine zweite Fluidleitung (13, 14) durch Fluidkraft betätigbar ist, wobei an dem Aktuator (10) zumindest eine zum Anschluss an ein Steuermodul (39, 61) vorgesehene elektrische Komponente (37, 38, 46) angeordnet ist, wobei die Ventilanordnung (12) und der Aktuator (10) über eine erste, über die erste Fluidleitung (13) geführte elektrische Verbindungsleitung (28) und eine zweite elektrische Verbindungsleitung (29) miteinander verbunden sind, über die die Ventilanordnung (12) den Aktuator (10) durch Bereitstellen einer Spannung (UV) mit elektrischer Energie versorgen kann, und wobei dem Aktuator (10) und der Ventilanordnung (12) jeweils Signalgeber- und/oder Signalerfassungsmittel (41, 44) zum Aufbau einer Signalverbindung (SV) zwischen der mindestens einen elektrischen Komponente (37, 38, 46) und dem Steuermodul (39, 61) über die erste und die zweite elektrische Verbindungsleitung (28, 29) zugeordnet sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zweite elektrische Verbindungsleitung (29) über die zweite Fluidleitung (14) oder über ein gemeinsames Massepotential (MP) zwischen dem Aktuator (10) und der Ventilanordnung (12) geführt ist, so dass die elektrische Energieversorgung und die Signalübertragung über einen einzigen gemeinsamen über die erste und die zweite elektrische Verbindungsleitung (28, 29) führenden Stromkreis realisiert sind.
- Fluidtechnische Anordnung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens eine elektrische Komponente ein Sensor (37, 38) zur Erfassung zumindest eines Betriebszustandes des Aktuators (10) ist.
- Fluidtechnische Anordnung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Signalgeber- und/oder Signalerfassungsmittel (41) des Aktuators (10) als Kommunikationsmittel einen Modulator zum Aufmodulieren von Meldesignalen auf die Spannung (UV) enthalten, und dass die.der Ventilanordnung (12) zugeordneten Signalgeber- und/oder Signalerfassungsmittel (44) einen Demodulator zum Demodulieren der Meldesignale aus der Spannung (UV) enthalten.
- Fluidtechnische Anordnung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens eine elektrische Komponente ein elektrisches Stellglied und/oder ein Anzeigeelement (46) ist.
- Fluidtechnische Anordnung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die der Ventilanordnung (12) zugeordneten Signalgeber- und/oder Signalerfassungsmittel (44) als Kommunikationsmittel einen Modulator zum Einspeisen von Steuersignalen durch Modulation auf die Spannung (UV) oder durch Modulation der Spannung (UV) enthalten, und dass die Signalgeber- und/oder Signalerfassungsmittel (41) des Aktuators (10) einen Demodulator zum Demodulieren der Steuersignale aus der Spannung (UV) enthalten.
- Fluidtechnische Anordnung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die der Ventilanordnung (12) zugeordneten Signalgeber- und/oder Signalerfassungsmittel (44) einen Bestandteil der Ventilanordnung (12) bilden.
- Fluidtechnische Anordnung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die der Ventilanordnung (12) zugeordneten Signalgeber- und/oder Signalerfassungsmittel (41, 44) eine zur Kommunikation zwischen der Ventilanordnung (12) und dem Steuermodul (39, 61) vorgesehene Bus-Schnittstelle aufweisen.
- Fluidtechnische Anordnung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Aktuator (10) und/oder die Ventilanordnung (12) zum Anschließen der ersten und/oder der zweiten Fluidleitung (13, 14) insbesondere als Steckanschlussmittel ausgestaltete Anschlussmittel (15, 16, 17, 18) aufweisen, bei denen zweckmäßigerweise mit einer einzigen Betätigungshandlung sowohl eine fluidische als auch eine elektrische Verbindung (28, 29) hergestellt wird.
- Fluidtechnische Anordnung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ventilanordnung (12) zumindest ein Ventil (19) enthält und dass die erste und /oder die zweite Fluidleitung (13, 14) unmittelbar mit dem mindestens einen Ventil (19) oder mit zu dem Ventil (19) führenden Kanälen (20, 21) der Ventilanordnung (12) verbunden sind.
- Fluidtechnische Anordnung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die der Ventilanordnung (12) zugeordneten Signalgeber- und/oder Signalerfassungsmittel (41, 44) an dem oder in dem Ventil (19) vorgesehen sind.
- Fluidtechnische Anordnung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ventilanordnung (12) ein Einzelventil oder eine Mehrfachventilanordnung umfasst.
- Fluidtechnische Anordnung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste und/oder die zweite Fluidleitung (13, 14) als flexible Schlauchleitungen ausgeführt sind.
- Fluidtechnische Anordnung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ventilanordnung als vorzugsweise aus Modulen (11a, 11b) aufgebaute Ventilbatterie (60) aufgebaut ist.
- Fluidtechnische Anordnung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Steuermodul (39) einen Bestandteil der Ventilanordnung (12) bildet.
- Fluidtechnische Anordnung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste und/oder die zweite Fluidleitung (13, 14) paarweise an eine gemeinsame Seite des Aktuators (10) angeschlossen sind.
- Fluidtechnische Anordnung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die mindestens eine elektrische Komponente (37, 38, 46) drahtlos mit dem Signalgeber- und/oder Signalerfassungsmitteln (41, 44) des Aktuators (10) kommuniziert.
- Fluidtechnische Anordnung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ventilanordnung (12) und der Aktuator (10) Daten auf der Signalverbindung (SV) seriell, insbesondere mit Hilfe eines Feldbus-Protokolles, oder mit sonstigen digitalen Signalfolgen übertragen.
- Fluidtechnische Anordnung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste und/oder die zweite Fluidleitung (13, 14) jeweils nur einen einzigen elektrischen Leiter (28, 29) aufweisen.
- Fluidtechnische Anordnung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Signalgebermittel (41, 44) zur Signalgabe einen unterschiedlichen, vorzugsweise eingeprägten Stromfluss auf der Signalverbindung (SV) einstellen.
- Fluidtechnische Anordnung nach Anspruch 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Signalgebermittel (41, 44) zumindest eine Stromdiode und/oder einen Transistor und/oder einen Widerstand mit einem vorbestimmten Stromführungspotential umfassen.
- Aktuator für eine fluidtechnische Anordnung, der mittels einer Ventilanordnung (12) über mindestens eine erste und eine zweite Fluidleitung (13, 14) durch Fluidkraft betätigbar ist, an dem zumindest eine zum Anschluss an ein Steuermodul (39, 61) vorgesehene elektrische Komponente (37, 38, 46) angeordnet ist, wobei der Aktuator (10) Anschlussmittel (17, 18) für eine erste, über die erste Fluidleitung (13) geführte elektrische Verbindungsleitung (28) und eine zweite elektrische Verbindungsleitung (28, 29) und Signalgeber und/oder Signalerfassungsmittel (41) zum Aufbau einer Signalverbindung (SV) zwischen der mindestens einen elektrischen Komponente (37, 38, 46) und dem Steuermodul (39, 61) über die erste und die zweite elektrische Verbindungsleitung (28, 29) aufweist, über die die Ventilanordnung (12) den Aktuator (10) durch Bereitstellen einer Spannung (UV) mit elektrischer Energie versorgen kann, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zweite elektrische Verbindungsleitung (29) über die zweite Fluidleitung (14) oder über ein gemeinsames Massepotential (MP) zwischen dem Aktuator (10) und der Ventilanordnung (12) geführt ist, so dass die elektrische Energieversorgung und die Signalübertragung über einen einzigen gemeinsamen über die erste und die zweite elektrische Verbindungsleitung (28, 29) führenden Stromkreis realisiert sind.
- Ventilanordnung für die fluidtechnische Anordnung mit mindestens einem fluidtechnischen Aktuator (10), der mittels der Ventilanordnung (12) über zumindest eine erste und eine zweite Fluidleitung (13, 14) durch Fluidkraft betätigbar ist und an dem zumindest eine zum Anschluss an ein Steuermodul (39, 61) vorgesehene elektrische Komponente (37, 38, 46) angeordnet ist, wobei die Ventilanordnung (12) Anschlussmittel (15, 16) für eine erste, über die erste Fluidleitung (13) geführte elektrische Verbindungsleitung (28) und eine zweite elektrische Verbindungsleitung (28, 29) mit dem Aktuator (10) aufweist, über die die Ventilanordnung (12) den Aktuator (10) durch Bereitstellen einer Spannung (UV) mit elektrischer Energie versorgen kann, wobei die Ventilanordnung (12) Signalgeber- und/oder Signalerfassungsmittel (44) zum Aufbau einer Signalverbindung (SV) zwischen der mindestens einen elektrischen Komponente (37, 38, 46) und dem Steuermodul (39, 61) über die erste und die zweite Verbindungsleitung (28, 29) aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zweite elektrische Verbindungsleitung (29) über die zweite Fluidleitung (14) oder über ein gemeinsames Massepotential (MP) zwischen dem Aktuator (10) und der Ventilanordnung (12) geführt ist, so dass die elektrische Energieversorgung und die Signalübertragung über einen einzigen gemeinsamen über die erste und zweite elektrische Verbindungsleitung (28, 29) führenden Stromkreis realisiert sind.
