Claims (8)

  1. Procédé de production d'un décor d'une plaque en verre destinée à la création des revêtements et carrelages, ledit décor servant à l'engendrement d'un image avec des effets lumineux particuliers dûs au passage de la lumière par la matière du moins partiellement transparente de la plaque comportant le premier décor plan à dessins sur sa face et le deuxième décor plan à dessins sur son côté derrière distinct dudit premier décor et distant de lui, caractérisé en ce que les surfaces prévues des côtés opposés de la plaque sont munis d'un système des éléments décoratifs opaques ou de la transparence réduite formant ainsi le décor caractéristique sous forme du moins d'un segment des fentes et des caractères arrangés, lesdits éléments décoratifs sont produits au moins sur la face de la plaque par le colorant et/ou par la lamination à chaud et/ou par le doucissage du verre, le colorant étant traité selon la nature de la matière décorative en vue de l'obtention des propriétés mécaniques exigées, et finallement, on termine par le façonage et le calibrage de la plaque.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le décor est crée par la fixation sur le côté derrière de la plaque, d'une feuille imprimée d'un systém des éléments décoratifs.
  3. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le systém des élements décoratifs opaques ou de la transparence réduite est determiné par la vérification des écarts de l'effect lumineux du projet de base de l'arrangement desdits éléments par rapport à l'effect lumineux résultant et ensuite par la correction des écarts en changeant du moins de l'un des paramètres du moins de l'un segment sur l'un des côtés de la plaque, lesdits paramètres renfermant le nombre, grandeur et densité des caractères et des fentes, l'orientation du segment et la variante de couleurs.
  4. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que des éléments décoratifs sont produits en appliquant le colorant apte à être traité à chaud, ledit colorant est appliqué par la technique telle que l'impression, vernissage, remplissage des fentes ou sous forme de décalque.
  5. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que des éléments décoratifs sont produits en remplissant des creux, formés par le laminage ou la taillerie, par le colorant apte à être traité à chaud.
  6. Procédé selon des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que l'on utilise les colorants apte à être traité à chaud, par exemple couleur vitrifiable, céramique, métallique ou l'émail.
  7. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que l'on utilise les colorants qui ne sont pas apte à être traité à chaud, par exemple les colorants sur la base de la résine, des émails, UV ou les colorants durcis chimiquement.
  8. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le colorant décoratif utilisé est traité par cuisson ou séchage ou durcissement en vue de l'obtention des propriétés mécaniques spécifiques.
