Claims (8)

  1. Verfahren zur Bildung eines Dekors an einer Glas- oder Fussbodenplatte, das zum Erzielen eines Bilds mit speziellen Lichteffekten bestimmt ist, welche Lichteffekte mit dem Durchgang des Lichts durch ein mindestens semitransparentes Plattenmaterial mit einem ersten Musterdekor an der ersten vorderen Seite und einem zweiten, von dem ersten Musterdekor abweichenden und davon entfernten Musterdekor an der zweiten hinteren Seite erreicht werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an den spezifischen entgegenliegenden Oberflächen der vorderen und hinteren Seiten der Glassplatte ein System von dekorativen Elementen mit verminderter Transparenz oder Undurchsichtigkeit erreicht wird, welches System ein Dekor in der Form mindestens eines Segments bildet, welches Segment aus angeordneten durchsichtigen, mit einer Farbe oder Glastinte und/oder mit dem Glaswarmwalzen und/oder mit dem Glasschleifen erzielten Zeichen und Spalten an jeder Seite der Platte besteht, wobei die Dekorfarbe oder -tinte weiter nach der Art des Dekorationsmaterials zum Erreichen von spezifischen mechanischen Eigenschaften angepasst und endlich ein Formieren und eine Kalibrierung der Platte durchgeführt wird.
  2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Dekor an der hinteren Seite der Platte durch das Anbringen einer Folie mit einem System von gedruckten Dekorationselementen an die hintere Seite der Platte hergestellt wird.
  3. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das System von dekorativen Elementen mit verminderter Transparenz oder Undurchsichtigkeit durch das Auffinden von Abweichungen der Lichteffekte der Grundmusteranordnung dieser Elemente im Vergleich mit dem verlangten Endlichteffekt und durch das Ausführen von Korrektionen der Abweichungen durch die Änderung von mindestens einer Charakteristik mindestens eines Segments an einer Seite der Platte bestimmt wird, wobei diese Charakteristiken die Anzahl, die Abmessungen und die Dichte der transparenten Zeichen und Spalten, die Orientierung der Segmente und deren Farbalternativen enthalten.
  4. Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die dekorativen Elemente durch das Verwenden von aufbrennbaren Farben oder Tinten hergestellt werden, welche Farbe oder Tinte durch das Drucken, Spritzen, Anbringen der Farbe oder Tinte in vertiefte Bereiche der Platte oder durch die Verwendung einer Aufbrennetikette erreicht wird.
  5. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die dekorativen Elemente durch das Ausfüllen der vertieften, mit Walzen oder Schleifen hergestellten Bereichen der Platte mit einer aufbrennbaren Farbe oder Tinte erreicht werden.
  6. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine aufbrennbare Farbe oder Tinte, insbesondere Glasstinte, Keramiktinte, Metalltinte oder Emaille verwendet wird.
  7. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine unaufbrennbare Farbe oder Tinte, insbesondere eine Farbe oder Tinte auf der Basis von Harz, von Emaillen, von mit UV-Strahlen gehärteten oder chemisch vernetzten Farben verwendet wird.
  8. Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die verwendete dekorative Farbe oder Tinte mit Aufbrennen, Trocknen oder Aushärten anschliessend modifiziert wird.
