Definitions
- the invention is directed to an artificial Christmas tree with one foot or stand, a trunk, branches and a tip.
- the branches can be used to store the trunk separated and then kept in a stacked condition so that the space requirement is minimal.
- the trunk be made from one or more tubes.
- a tube for example made of metal, has an optimal ratio between high stability on the one hand and comparatively low weight on the other hand.
- the trunk of course, also consists of several pipes that can be plugged together be so that the space requirement in the collapsed state can be further reduced can.
- a telescopically extendable tube is also conceivable, but in this way Means to fix the extended state would be required.
- the branches preferably consist of blanks of a rigid flat body, especially a metal sheet.
- the levels of the sheet branches run in assembled state of the Christmas tree vertically, so that already thin Bring sheets of about 1 mm thickness with sufficient stability.
- Slit-shaped depressions can preferably be hung on the trunk the branches can be arranged.
- the basic level of the Use branch plates in accordance with flat extensions to secure the branches with the Connect trunk.
- the branches on their trunk facing sides have one or more hooks that are used to fix the Twigs can be hooked into recesses in the trunk.
- hook-shaped elements able to engage behind the edges of the slots in the stem to thereby Avoid slipping out of the branches.
- the invention recommends that the branches each have two arranged one above the other To provide hooks with noses pointing downwards.
- the branches each have two arranged one above the other
- tilting moments of all kinds can be reliably absorbed, so that there is maximum stability.
- the invention can be further developed in that the tip and / or the foot is detachable from the stem. Since the foot is approximately perpendicular to the trunk extending area, it represents a very bulky extension of the trunk and is therefore released from this for storage. The same goes for the top, which is preferably also modeled on (small) branches and therefore protrudes radially.
- the tip consists of two crossed blanks, each with a vertical one
- the foot has a plate-like shape Top on which the trunk can be fixed in the manner of a bayonet catch is.
- a bayonet lock is on the one hand extremely easy to operate and on the other hand results in a high stability of the overall arrangement in such a case cannot solve itself.
- a tubular trunk can consist of the diameter of the tube to be dimensioned so that there is space for a lamp, especially a neon stick.
- a lamp especially a neon stick.
- Such a measure has proven itself especially when the tubular Trunk is provided with openings for the light outlet. In such a case, it follows a nice glow effect, especially with galvanized or chromed Branches leads to diverse reflections that the inventive Give Christmas tree a festive appearance.
- the invention also offers the possibility that at the top of the tube-like stem stuck to a hanging point for fixing a arranged in the tubular stem lamp is provided. such Falls the weight of the light bulb can be easily moved in via the stem tube the base can be initiated without screwing or the like. would be required.
- a lamp with an end is preferably used Connection used in the hanging embodiment in the area of Pipe underside or is arranged in the foot cavity. From there the cable can inside the stand up to its edge and then through a side Opening of the same be led outwards, in order to - if necessary after inserting a Foot switch - completed with a plug for plugging into an electrical outlet to become.
- a preferably removable underbody in particular a base plate, provided, for example screwable or otherwise be definable, so that there is a closable container in which both the branches, the tip and, if necessary, one divided into several pipe segments Trunk can accommodate so that all parts of the invention Christmas trees are kept over the summer.
- a stand can be developed by a handle to a suitcase-like container. Therefore he can pick up all the individual parts of the artificial Christmas tree at the same time, then be closed with the underbody and finally with the help of Handle can be easily transported.
- the foot can be on at least three edges plate-shaped top be folded several times. On the foot, especially on its plate-shaped top, the trunk can be in the manner of a Bayonet lock can be attached.
- the trunk comprises a plurality of pipe segments which can be plugged onto one another, into which tubular sleeves are inserted for mutual guidance at the joints are.
- the trunk or the individual segments can be of any number Christmas symbols are broken.
- a bayonet lock on the bottom The face of the lowest tube segment allows easy locking on the Stand by rotating the trunk relative to the foot.
- the branches can also in particular Wax candles are used; for this are upstanding, thorn-like Extensions are provided for attaching the candles.
- Wax candles are used; for this are upstanding, thorn-like Extensions are provided for attaching the candles.
- the upward-projecting extensions preferably approximately plate-shaped Wax drip trays with a round or slot-shaped push-through recess attachable in the middle.
- the Christmas tree 1 according to the invention comprises a base 2 with an approximately square base, from the center of which is the trunk of the Christmas tree 1 forming tube 3 rises vertically up to about Area of tree top 4. At trunk 3 are on top of each other in several levels several, in the present case four branches 5 each. At the One or more candles 6 can be attached to the top of each branch 5.
- the base 2 is from the flat blank 7 according to FIG. 2 by folding along the dashed lines 8 are formed. As a result, the free edges 9 then form downward bent areas 10 on the footprint of the base 2 the floor. Thus, the middle square plate 11 is off the floor lifted off so that the Christmas tree 1 can hardly wobble. Also results there is a cavity through which, for example, an electrical cable can be passed leaves the base 2 at a side opening 12. At the top 11 can Decorative recesses are provided in the form of incised patterns his. In the middle of the top 11 there are four curved slots 14 which each run along a common circular line, each approximately along extend a center angle of 45 ° and at equal intervals across the Scope of the circle concerned are distributed. Within this circular arranged slots 14 there is a circular opening 37 for Passing a power cable from the underside cavity of the stand 2 into the tube forming the trunk 3.
- Either a prefabricated tube or a tube can be used as tube 3 flat blank 15 according to FIG. 3, which after cutting into a Pipe shape bent and, for example, by flanging it together Longitudinal edges 16 is stabilized.
- the blank 15 are each at the level of a branch slots 17 provided in the longitudinal direction of the trunk are provided two slots in a row in a row, and about four such pairs of slots 17 are each over the circumference of the tube 3 or the width of the cut 15 distributed equidistantly. Between these branch or slot planes can further breakthroughs in the form of typical Christmas symbols such as Stars 18 or Christmas trees 19 may be provided.
- the Points run horizontally or parallel to the narrow side of the blank 15 and used in the manner of a bayonet lock in the slots 14 of the base 2 can be to the tube 3 on the base 2nd to be able to set immovably.
- these branch elements 5 approximately a triangular basic shape with a vertical, straight rear edge 20 and one of these opposite tips 21.
- the upper edge 22 has one after curved or sagging course at the bottom, and from this edge 22 approximately vertical webs 23 extend downward. They are at their lower ends Web 23 by inclined connecting struts 24 to form a approximately sawtooth-shaped course connected to one another, the tips 25 these saw teeth are each located on the rear side of a web 23.
- the branches 5 of a common level are complete with one another identical. They differ from the branches 5 other levels above all by a different scale and / or a different number of webs 23, so that the upper branches 5 are shorter than the ones below.
- the upper end of the Christmas tree 1 forms its Tip 4, which is formed from two flat blanks 28, 29.
- Each of these two Tip elements 28, 29 have approximately the shape of two triangles placed one above the other 30, 31, in particular through a vertically extending central web 32 with one another are connected.
- In the area of a central web 32a there is an upper one Slot 33, while the other central web 32b has an underside slot 34 each about the height of a triangle 30, 31. Since the slot width is about the Thickness of the blanks 28, 29, it is possible to cut the two blanks 28, 29 to cross each other, so that the legs of the triangles 30, 31 are each offset by approximately 90 °.
- each one leg of the lower triangles 31 of the two tip elements 28, 29 pick up and thereby fix the tip 4.
- one of the two has Elements 28 a downward extension 35 which in the tube 3rd can be inserted and has a through hole 36, on which a in the trunk 3rd arranged illuminant, for example a vertically aligned neon tube, attached can be.
- the power supply cable is through the central recess 37 in the base plate 11 in its cavity and from there through the side opening 12 led to the outside and ends in a plug for connection to one Power outlet.
- the light emitted by the illuminant passes through the Cutouts 18, 19 of the trunk to the outside and can be chrome-plated or galvanized surfaces of the metal branch elements 5 reflected many times to give the Christmas tree 1 according to the invention a festive shine lend before the candles 6 are lit.
- the contours in tube 3 are cut using the latest tube laser technology, so that the fits in the plug connections are highly precise.
- the whole tree has 1 no welding spot and no screw connection. It is not flammable, weatherproof and always usable.
- the tree 1 is in any size and from different steels or sheet qualities can be produced.
- FIGS. 6 to 9 for another, Christmas tree 1 'according to the invention differ in some details from the first embodiment.
- identical parts have corresponding parts Get reference numerals.
- the stand 2 ' is designed such that it functions as a suitcase can be in which then the remaining components of the Christmas tree 1 'can be accommodated.
- the tab 10 'on the fourth side of the foot part 2' is shorter or narrower than the distance between two associated with each other Bending lines 8 'of the remaining three tabs 10'.
- a gripping recess 12 ' is provided, for example such that the edge 9' in this Area assumes a concave curve.
- This gripping recess 12 ' can with the Christmas tree 1 'set up at the same time as the passage of one Power supply cable can be used in the base 2 '.
- a band Flat handle 38 is provided, which is provided in two slots 39 provided in one simply bent area 10 '(between the two fold lines 8') can be inserted and there with two barbs 40 on each End 41 can be anchored.
- the insertion of this handle 38 is one Notch 42 proximal to barb 40 facilitates. Because these notches are arranged at diagonally opposite corners of the handle 38, the Handle 38 to be wound in and the material inherent elasticity ensures that the then relaxed handle 38 can not solve the slots 39 by themselves.
- the trunk 3 'is stowed in the foot part case 2' can be, it is made of several, detachable tube segments 43 composed, the length of which is the same or shorter than an edge length of the foot part case 2 '.
- the mutually facing end faces 44 of the Pipe segments approximately complementary extensions or recesses 45th have that can interlock.
- These extensions and recesses 45 can also have a hook shape like a bayonet catch.
- stem segments 43 can have no radial clearance in the region of an abutment 44, one preferably arranged inside the tube Sleeve 46 may be provided.
- This can be fixed to a pipe segment 43 e.g. glued or screwed using interlocking threaded elements.
- the second pipe segment 43 can also be screwed onto the sleeve; in this case, the end faces 44 of the abutting pipe segments 43 but just be designed.
- the sleeve 46 is hollow, so that it is one in the trunk bulbs to be inserted can be penetrated.
- Fig. 8 shows that the branches 5 'compared to the first embodiment Have undergone a modification due to lack of space. So missing between the top edge 22 'and the lower edge 24' in any case in that facing away from the branch tip 21 ' Area any connecting webs, so that within the flat cut Free space remains in which a smaller branch 5 'is inserted for storage can. Following this principle, several branches 5 ′ in different sizes can be formed stored on a common level and therefore comfortably within the footrest case 2 'can be stowed.
- branches 5 'with a different outline can also be used according to this principle are produced, for example with an approximately sawtooth-shaped upper or outer edge 22 'and a straight or only slightly curved lower edge 24', approximately from the Basic shape of a tip element 28 ', 29' halved by a vertical center line.
