Definitions
- the invention relates to an armored vehicle that consists of the usual parts such as drive motor, gears, wheelsets or Chain drive, a crew room and a housing, all Includes and assembles.
- a particularly important one The criterion when developing a military vehicle is its Modularity. Systems that are able to respond to a wide variety of Requirements to be adapted are not only for the user of great advantage because such a relatively small family of vehicles for very different inserts can be used. Also for the system house and the Suppliers offer such products advantageously without the possibility big change effort quickly and inexpensively special solutions to assemble from a modular system.
- a customer request that is often made to manufacturers of armored vehicles The vehicles are equipped with additional ones Armament. This extends from gun carriages for the purpose of Self-protection of low-risk vehicles, for example Transport vehicles, up to secondary armaments for rifle and Battle tanks. Due to vehicle requirements and design The hatch area is very often the place to install such armament on.
- an air-releasable armored vehicle is constructed from a chassis and a plurality of housing parts arranged thereon, wherein a housing part consists of a chassis-fixed lower part and a movable upper part, which can be inserted vertically during air transport to reduce the vehicle volume.
- DE 19619865 describes a convertible military wheeled vehicle separable modules shown that from a basic housing Inclusion of the vehicle components and a diesel mechanical be converted to a diesel-electric drive can with advantages for the height and design of the vehicle.
- From DE 19927656A1 is an armored transport vehicle known, which includes an unmanned chart tower Gun and on-board machine gun are equipped as armament by the crew is operated remotely from inside the vehicle.
- the object of the invention is to provide a device for the cultivation of various armaments and functions on a hatch or allowed a manhole in the vehicle housing without later design and manufacturing modifications to the vehicle required are.
- a multifunctional receiving ring is used, which itself as an interface for the inclusion of armament and others Assemblies, for example a hatch, are suitable.
- the same interface is observed, many different ones can be used Structures, such as observation dome or launcher system, and implement their variants quickly and inexpensively. It is In addition to the circular ring, training as an oval or rectangular ring conceivable. The attachment of the body on the In addition to the screw connection, the ring is also made using other elements conceivable.
- the receiving ring can be used in conjunction with a Panel breakthrough on a vehicle or tower roof and others suitable surfaces can be installed.
- the advantages of the invention are that the most varied Have the superstructure mounted on a multifunctional mounting ring, if the same interface is observed.
- the vehicle crew can therefore be used between two or more different depending on the application Select superstructures, for example a hatch and MG armament, and mount it on just one vehicle in a short time or exchange.
- Figure 3 shows the receiving ring 6, which is mounted on a roof plate 1 is. It surrounds an opening 6a in the roof panel and has screw holes 7 on the circumference for fastening superstructures such as a hatch.
