Claims (12)
- Verbundelement, insbesondere Wandelement (1) für ein Gebäude, mit einem Ständerwerk (4), Außen-(2) und Innenschalung (3), wobei sowohl die Außen-(2) als auch die Innenschalungen (3) aus Blockbohlen (2a bis 2i und 3a bis 3k) bestehen, die eine Doppelblockwand bilden, deren Ständerwerk aus Stielen (4) besteht, welche im wesentlichen senkrecht zur Längserstreckung der Blockbohlen (2a bis 2i und 3a bis 3k) sowie senkrecht zum Boden des zu errichtenden Hauses verlaufen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zumindest in eine der aus übereinander geschichteten Blockbohlen (2a bis 2i und 3a bis 3k) bestehenden Innen-(3) oder Außenschalungen (2) der Doppelblockwand (1) wenigstens eine im wesentlichen senkrecht zu deren Längserstreckung verlaufende Nut (12) eingearbeitet ist, in welche wenigstens ein Flachstahl (13) eingebracht ist.
- Verbundelement, insbesondere Wandelement (1) für ein Gebäude, mit einem Ständerwerk (4), Außen-(2) und Innenschalung (3) mit dazwischen befindlichem Isoliermaterial (5,6,7), wobei sowohl die Außen-(2) als auch die Innenschalungen (3) aus Blockbohlen (2a bis 2i und 3a bis 3k) bestehen, die eine Doppelblockwand bilden, deren Ständerwerk aus Stielen (4) besteht, welche im wesentlichen senkrecht zur Längserstreckung der Blockbohlen (2a bis 2i und 3a bis 3k) sowie senkrecht zum Boden des zu errichtenden Hauses verlaufen, und bereits werksseitig durch Verbindungselemente wie Nägel (8,9) und/oder Schrauben mit den Blockbohlen (2a bis 2i und 3a bis 3k) verbunden sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zumindest in eine der aus übereinander geschichteten Blockbohlen (2a bis 2i und 3a bis 3k) bestehenden Innen-(3) oder Außenschalungen (2) der Doppelblockwand (1) wenigstens eine im wesentlichen senkrecht zu deren Längserstreckung verlaufende Nut (12) eingearbeitet ist, in welche wenigstens ein Flachstahl (13) eingebracht ist.
- Verbundelement nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Doppelblockwand (1) mit dem aus Stielen (4) bestehendem Ständerwerk durch die beidseitig angeordneten Blockbohlen (2a bis 2i und 3a bis 3k) nach Art eines selbsttragenden Elementes versteift wird, wobei der eingebrachte Flachstahl (13) die Eigensteifigkeit der Wand (1) nach Art einer Scheibenwirkung verbessert.
- Verbundelement nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verbindung der Stiele (4) mit den Blockbohlen (2a bis 2i) der Außenschalung (2) durch Nägel (8) erfolgt, die sich in einer horizontalen Ebene - welche senkrecht zu den Außenbohlen (2a bis 2i) verläuft - in einem spitzen Winkel zu sich selbst wechselseitig schräg durch die Stiele (4) bis in die außenliegenden Blockbohlen (2a bis 2i) erstrecken, ohne diese vollständig zu durchdringen.
- Verbundelement nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich die Nägel (8) innerhalb der Doppelblockwand (1) kreuzen.
- Verbundelement nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verbindung der Stiele (4) mit den Blockbohlen (3a bis 3k) von deren Schmalseite her durch Nägel (9) erfolgt, welche in einer Ebene verlaufen, die sich schräg zu den Blockbohlen (3a bis 3k) und schräg zu den Stielen (4) erstreckt, wobei die Nägel (9) im wesentlichen parallel zu sich selbst und im wesentlichen senkrecht zur Richtung der Längserstreckung der Blockbohlen (3a bis 3i) verlaufen.
- Verbundelement nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Blockbohlen (2a bis 2i und 3a bis 3k) an ihren langen Schmalseiten über Nuten (10) und Federn (11) verfügen, wobei diese Nuten (10) und Federn (11) als Doppelnut und Doppelfeder ausgebildet sein können.
- Verbundelement nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Isolierung von außen nach innen betrachtet durch eine diffusionsoffene Windsperre (5), Mineralwolle (6) und eine Spezialpappe als Dampfbremse (7) gebildet wird.
- Verbundelement nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Flachstahl (13) rechteckigen Querschnitt aufweist und der Güte von ST 37 entspricht.
- Verbundelement nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in die Doppelblockwand (1) mehrere Flachstähle (13) eingebracht sind.
- Verbundelement nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sowohl in der Innenschalung (3) als auch in der Außenschalung (2) jeweils wenigstens ein Flachstahl (13) eingebracht ist.
- Verbundelement nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der wenigstens eine Flachstahl (13) sich über die gesamte Höhe der Doppelblockwand (1) erstreckt.
