Claims (12)
- Austragungsvorrichtung für Zentrifugen mit einem Austragungsbauteil (4) mit einer Austragungsfläche zum Austragen von Produkten gekennzeichnet durch eine Reinigungsvorrichtung mit einem Reinigungselement (5), das mindestens einen Teil der Austragungsfläche abreinigt.
- Austragungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeinet, daß die Reinigungsvorrichtung ein Abstreifelement aufweist.
- Austragungsvorrichtung für Zentrifugen nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Abstreifelement als ein bewegliches Blatt oder eine bewegliche Platte oder ein beweglicher Stab ausgebildet ist.
- Austragungsvorrichtung für Zentrifugen nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Abstreifelement als ein um eine Achse rotierendes Blatt oder eine um eine Achse rotierende Platte oder um eine Achse rotierender Stab ausgebildet ist.
- Austragungsvorrichtung für Zentrifugen nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein oder mehrere Reinigungselemente (5) durch Schwenken, Drehen, oder Schieben über die Austragungsfläche bewegbar sind.
- Austragungsvorrichtung für Zentrifugen nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein oder mehrere Reinigungselemente (5) um eine Mittelachse eines rohrförmigen Austragungsbauteil (4) rotierend konzentrisch oder exzentrisch angebracht sind.
- Austragungsvorrichtung für Zentrifugen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schwenkachse eines oder mehrerer Reinigungselemente (5) quer zur Längsachse oder Transportrichtung des Austragungsbauteils (4) angeordnet ist.
- Austragungsvorrichtung für Zentrifugen nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Reinigungselemente (5) in den Produktaustrag nicht beeinträchtigende Ruhestellungen gebracht werden können.
- Austragungsvorrichtung für Zentrifugen nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Reinigungselemente (5) so angeordnet sind, daß nur die Stellen gereinigt werden, an denen Ablagerungen (7) erwartet werden.
- Austragungsvorrichtung für Zentrifugen nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an einem oder mehreren Reinigungselementen (8) eine oder mehrere Düsen für einen Gasstrom angebracht sind.
- Austragungsvorrichtung für Zentrifugen nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Reinigungselemente (5, 8) so angeordnet sind, daß der normale Produktionsstrom nicht gestört wird.
- Zentrifuge mit einer Austragungsvorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche.
