So sind die Mittags- und Abendessen morgens bzw. nachmittags vorzubereiten und mittags bzw. abends a la carte fertigzustellen, wobei für die Vorbereitung vor allem Kipppfannen (tilting pans), Friteusen (fryers), Kessel (kettles) usw. und für die Endzubereitung mehr Kocher (cookers) und Backplatten (griddle plates) erforderlich sind.
