Claims (12)

  1. Rouleau de dressage avec un revêtement de grains de diamant à liant adapté pour le dressage de meules diamantées à liant céramique, métallique ou à base de résine synthétique, dans lequel le revêtement (14, 14a) est constitué d'au moins une couche, le revêtement (14, 14a) étant constitué d'au moins deux couches et dans chaque couche des grains de diamant individuels d'une classe de grosseur limitée sont disposés dans un plan perpendiculaire à l'axe de rotation du rouleau de dressage (10, 50) selon un schéma de placement prédéfini, caractérisé en ce que les grains de diamant de l'une des couches sont situés dans des interstices entre les grains de diamant de l'autre couche et dépassent partiellement dans l'autre couche de telle manière que la géométrie de surface périphérique du rouleau de dressage (10, 50) reste approximativement constante lors de la progression de l'usure.
  2. Rouleau de dressage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'un revêtement à deux couches présente approximativement une largeur de 1,5 fois la grosseur du grain.
  3. Rouleau de dressage selon l'une des revendications 1 à 2, caractérisé en ce que la grosseur des grains de diamant est choisie de telle manière qu'un rayon prédéfini est obtenu aux bords du revêtement indépendamment de la progression de l'usure.
  4. Rouleau de dressage selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que le schéma de placement présente au moins une spirale autour de l'axe de rotation du rouleau de dressage, sur laquelle les diamants sont placés.
  5. Rouleau de dressage selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que le schéma de placement présente plusieurs spirales (30) de géométrie identique avec un centre commun, dont les diamètres les plus grands sont espacés dans la direction circonférentielle selon un écart angulaire identique et le long desquelles des grains de diamant (32) sont placés, le centre se trouvant sur l'axe de rotation du rouleau de dressage.
  6. Rouleau de dressage selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce qu'il est constitué de plaquettes (54) individuelles, de préférence rectangulaires ou trapézoïdales qui sont disposées les unes derrière les autres dans la direction circonférentielle du rouleau de dressage, chaque plaquette présentant les au moins deux couches qui sont disposées dans un plan perpendiculaire à l'axe de rotation du rouleau de dressage.
  7. Rouleau de dressage selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que les plaquettes (54) sont tenues dans une matrice (56) métallique en un matériau pouvant être meulé facilement.
  8. Rouleau de dressage selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que le matériau est constitué de cobalt fritté.
  9. Rouleau de dressage selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce qu'un liant galvanique ou fritté avec une teneur élevée en tungstène est prévu pour les grains de diamant.
  10. Rouleau de dressage selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que la granulométrie est égale ou inférieure à 0,3 mm.
  11. Rouleau de dressage selon l'une des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé en ce que la longueur du revêtement abrasif est de 5 à 10 mm dans le sens du mouvement d'avance.
  12. Procédé de fabrication d'un rouleau de dressage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par les étapes suivantes consistant à :
    - placer les grains de diamant selon le schéma de placement prédéfini sur un support avec une couche de colle pour fabriquer une couche,
    - ajouter de la poudre de liant,
    - empiler le nombre souhaité de couches en un empilement avec un décalage relatif ou angulaire des couches,
    - densifier à froid l'empilement de couches,
    - fritter.
