Claims (16)
- Rohrschweißvorrichtung (1), mit der ein aus einem flächigen Metallband geformtes Rohr (2) an der sich ergebenden Nahtstelle (4) verschweißt wird, die aufweist:eine ortsfest angeordnete Grundplatte (5),einen ersten Schlitten (6), der in einer Ebene, die senkrecht auf der Längsachse (3) des Rohres (2) steht, relativ zur Grundplatte (5) beweglich angeordnet ist, wobei am ersten Schlitten (6) eine erste Druckrolle (7) drehbar angeordnet ist, die das zum Rohr (2) geformte Metallband in der Nähe der Nahtstelle (4) führt, undeinen beweglich angeordneten zweiten Schlitten (8), wobei am zweiten Schlitten (8) eine zweite Druckrolle (9) drehbar angeordnet ist, die das zum Rohr (2) geformte Metallband in der Nähe der Nahtstelle (4) führt,
- Rohrschweißvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Achsen (10, 11) beider Druckrollen (7, 9) in einer gemeinsamen Ebene liegen. - Rohrschweißvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Achsen (10, 11) beider Druckrollen (7, 9) gegenüber der Horizontalen um einen Winkel geschwenkt angeordnet sind. - Rohrschweißvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
gekennzeichnet durch,
mindestens zwei weitere Druckrollen (12, 13), die jeweils das zum Rohr (2) geformte Metallband teilweise umfassen. - Rohrschweißvorrichtung nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Achsen (14, 15) der beiden weiteren Druckrollen (12, 13) parallel verlaufen. - Rohrschweißvorrichtung nach Anspruch 4 oder 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Achsen (10, 11, 14, 15) aller Druckrollen (7, 9, 12, 13) in einer gemeinsamen Ebene liegen. - Rohrschweißvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen der Grundplatte (5) und dem ersten Schlitten (6) mindestens eine horizontale Führung (16) und mindestens eine vertikale Führung (17) angeordnet ist, mit denen der erste Schlitten (6) relativ zur Grundplatte (5) bewegbar ist. - Rohrschweißvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen dem ersten Schlitten (6) und dem zweiten Schlitten (8) mindestens eine horizontale Führung (18) und mindestens eine vertikale Führung (19) angeordnet ist, mit denen der zweite Schlitten (8) relativ zum ersten Schlitten (6) bewegbar ist. - Rohrschweißvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Linearaktuatoren (20, 21, 22) für die Bewegung der Schlitten (6, 8) angeordnet sind. - Rohrschweißvorrichtung nach Anspruch 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als Linearaktuatoren (20, 21, 22) Gewindespindel-Mutter-Systeme eingesetzt sind - Rohrschweißvorrichtung nach Anspruch 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gewindespindel-Mutter-Systeme jeweils mit einer Motor-Getriebeeinheit (23, 24, 25) verbunden sind. - Rohrschweißvorrichtung nach Anspruch 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zur vertikalen Verstellung zumindest einer der Schlitten (6, 8), vorzugsweise des ersten Schlittens (6) relativ zur Grundplatte (5), zwei parallel angeordnete Gewindespindel-Mutter-Systeme (21) vorgesehen sind. - Rohrschweißvorrichtung nach Anspruch 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Antrieb der parallel angeordneten Gewindespindel-Mutter-Systeme (21) durch zwei von einem gemeinsamen Motor (23) angetriebene Getriebe (24, 25) erfolgt. - Rohrschweißvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen der Grundplatte (5) und dem ersten Schlitten (6) und/oder zwischen erstem Schlitten (6) und zweitem Schlitten (8) Positions-Einstellund Arretiermittel (27) angeordnet sind. - Rohrschweißvorrichtung nach Anspruch 14,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Positions-Einstell- und Arretiermittel (27) nur zwischen erstem Schlitten (6) und zweitem Schlitten (8) angeordnet sind, die beide Schlitten (6, 8) in vertikaler Richtung zueinander in ihrer Position einstellen und festlegen. - Rohrschweißvorrichtung nach Anspruch 14 oder 15,
gekennzeichnet durch
einen verstellbaren Keil als Einstell- und Arretiermittel (27).
