Definitions
- the invention relates to plastic bags and pouches or a plastic-like base material for the Inclusion of valuables, generally as a security bag are known and where the attempt is unjustified Access to the contents of the security bag too get, optically by integrated security components is made visible.
- the security bags trigger an acoustic warning signal when unauthorized removal from the special protection areas of the user, and a tamper-proof proof of originality prevents the security bags from being exchanged for copies of the bags or original security bags stolen from the manufacturer, which means that parts of the content are no longer removed can be demonstrated.
- the preferred adhesives are pressure sensitive adhesives with high adhesion and cohesion properties, their binding energy through a corona pretreatment in the area of Closing tabs of the foil pouch is reinforced.
- the specification of the pressure sensitive adhesive is in the DIN standards 16920, 16921 and 30646 and characterized by that because of their chemical composition are not fixed adhesives.
- EP 0 591 326 explains how this is decisive Disadvantage, i.e. that by exposure to heat or cold Closure parts of security bags coated with pressure sensitive adhesive fixed, invisible opening and reclosing becomes.
- Known irreversible display means consistently on the closure side of the closure parts applied by means of known application methods and then directly overlaying a layer of pressure sensitive adhesive applied without a neutral interface between the free surface of the display means and the pressure sensitive adhesive layer is introduced so that two chemically non-resistant Substances that each have their own characteristics of a safety function wear, make a direct connection.
- This irreversible display means will be accordingly your given task as a thin layer application under the pressure sensitive adhesive layer of the closure parts of the security bags used.
- Neutralization indicators i.e. organic dyes used depending on the pH, i.e. of the hydronium ion concentration in the display means, one show irreversible color change when certain Temperatures are exceeded or fallen below.
- EP 0 591 326 further discloses that a second display means reacting with irreversible color change also as a thin layer application under the pressure sensitive adhesive layer the closure parts of the described security bags is introduced, or at least in the area of Security bag is applied, the closure of the Security bag from the adhesive-coated closure part is directly superimposed so that in both cases also a combination of two chemically non-resistant substances.
- This second display means takes the irreversible color change then before if by cold-acting measures the closure part thus prepared is tried, the security bag to open, extract parts of the content and bring about a re-closure that is not visible afterwards.
- the measures affecting the cold are only effective if the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer of the closure part of the security bag influenced by temperatures between -20 ° C and -30 ° C which makes the PSA layer a crystalline, glass-like structure and thereby the binding energy of the pressure sensitive adhesive has been eliminated.
- EP 0 591 326 Another disadvantage of EP 0 591 326 is that the irreversible display means in each described configuration a direct connection with the pressure sensitive adhesive the surfaces, and thus the connection of two chemically non-resistant substances from manufacture or at the latest when the security bag is closed.
- the security bag for example from transparent film material Type LDPE and is corona-pretreated on both sides to meet the required Liability of applied printing inks, the pressure sensitive adhesive application and the intended securing elements guarantee. Furthermore, the transparent film material used heat sealable.
- one to 40 mm section of the cut sheet material, on which a neutralization indicator reacts irreversibly the color change function at temperatures above + 60 ° C is applied transversely in the middle and at the same time above or an anti-theft device below the neutralization indicator as a thin, self-adhesive strip label is applied across the length of the flat-lying film material folded inwards by 180 degrees and sealed at the edges, so that this sub-area overlaps as a double track first closure part of the security bag is formed is, the neutralization indicator and theft protection Tamper-proof inside of the first Closure part come to rest, so not freely accessible sit on the surface.
- the anti-theft device then acts unaffected by this Arrangement a frequency-bound optical or acoustic Alarm triggered when the closed security bag by one installed in the exit area of shelters Passage gate is worn without the Supervisory staff a deactivation, i.e. defusing the Alarm function.
- the opposite section of the first Closure part of the film material a 40 mm wide second closure part formed by two 10 mm wide colored coding strips with underlaid letters or Number combination as a thin layer of protective lacquer firmly adhered to the film material so that between the two coding strips a 20 mm wide transparent Foil window is retained, which means that later Closure of the security bag by assembly of the first closure part with the second closure part applied in the middle and inside of the first closure part Neutralization indicator is visible.
- the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is admixed before application chemically resistant and microscopic code particles pretreated, the code particles emerging from put together up to 10 layers of paint that are not each other touch, and each color of the code particles a certain one Numerical value is assigned, whereby a code number is formed becomes.
- the first 40 mm long rear upper section forms that forms the first closure part and the front upper section the second closure part, which at the corner points of the upper Completion of the sealing of the edge areas of the security bag V-shaped can be unfolded and so enable access to the filling opening of the safety bag.
- the end closure of the security bag is made by removing the silicone-coated cover strip from the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer the second closure part is withdrawn and this closure part pressed against the first closure part is, whereby a firmly adhering connection of the closure parts is made.
- the inside of the double lane layout of the first Locking part arranged neutralization indicator can no direct connection to the surface of the pressure sensitive adhesive of the second closure part, so that the function of the indicator agent remains unaffected.
- the neutralization indicator is through the film window between the two coding strips of the second closure part visible.
- the security bag of the invention is also distinguished characterized in that due to the separation of Neutralization indicator and the pressure sensitive adhesive layer at Closure of the security bag, the adhesive strength of the pressure sensitive adhesive between the corona-pretreated surface of the first closure part and the surface adhering to it of the pressure sensitive adhesive of the second closure part is unaffected as a security function for the closure area of security bags is preserved, and not by foreign substances, Triggering of molecular components through oxidation processes or by a temperature-related migration of acidic Proportions of chemically non-resistant substances is.
- the security bag from a material-reinforced and translucent Made of polyethylene or polypropylene film, the film is corona-pretreated on both sides and is heat sealable.
- These security bags are preferred for taking medium-heavy to heavy valuables, such as. Cash money with a gross weight up to maximum 8 kilograms.
- the basic shape of these safety bags is from the fit superimposed rear and front body parts of the Formed film material and has edge seals. 40 mm below an upper fold line is in the front part of the bag body a slot-shaped filling opening is attached, the right and left through the outer edge seal both film materials is finally limited.
- the neutralization indicator is on the inside above or below the filling opening on the front part of the bag applied.
- a separate and made of the same film material 60 mm long flat closure part is in the area above the filling opening on the front part of the bag applied by gluing so that a pressure-sensitive adhesive and provided with a silicone-coated cover strip 20 mm wide film strip when the security bag is closed the filling opening overlaid 20 mm, whereby this is folded back by 180 degrees before the security bag is closed is, making the filler opening freely accessible and this 20 mm wide film strip as a closure flap is being used.
- the separate closure part is attached to the Front part of the bag body and the pressure sensitive adhesive application as well with two 10 mm wide, fully colored coding strips Mistake.
- the basic shape of the security bag can be prior to connection with the separate closure part on the inside as well an anti-theft device in the vicinity of the applied neutralization indicator be equipped, and both securing elements cannot touch the adhesive surface of the closure part or the associated closure tab take up.
- Another advantage of the invention is that in Area of application of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer to the closure parts or the closure flap of the security bag a recess in the length and width that can be freely selected Pressure sensitive adhesive layer is made, and that in this recess a neutralization indicator is applied directly can be, before or after closing the security bag a superimposed connection on the surfaces two chemically non-resistant substances, such as a neutralization indicator and pressure sensitive adhesive, definitely avoided becomes.
- a limit value indicator is used before closing the security bag in the area the locking parts or locking tab are attached so that in addition to the neutralization indicator already applied and theft protection also by the Foil window is visible and through this arrangement
- the safety bag is not closed by external influences can be manipulated.
- the limit indicator in the activated Condition can be at normal ambient temperatures placed in the security bag, and its irreversible display function is only triggered when the temperature falls below a specified limit value by 1 ° C becomes.
- a limit indicator with a fixed limit temperature lower limit from e.g. -10 ° C reacts irreversibly at -11 ° C, by a red signal field in the center of the Limit indicator appears.
- Limit indicators to control lower temperature limits and irreversible evidence of falling short a given limit temperature are for temperatures available down to -50 ° C.
- the manufacturer of the security bags is through the technical design and arrangement of the securing elements regarding its statutory product liability relieved.
- Both selected embodiments are one Safety bag for the admission of light to medium weight Valuables and a material-reinforced safety bag for the inclusion of moderate to heavy Valuables.
- FIG. 1 and Fig. 2 shows a flexible sheet material as a flat lay Foil sheet 1 made of PE or PP transparent film used, the width laterally through rip edges 7.7a and in length by an upper and lower boundary edge 6.6a is limited (see dashed line in Fig. 1).
- the film web 1 is then around the upper fold-in line 5 Folded 180 degrees inward so that the neutralization indicator 10 and the anti-theft device 11 within the at this point there are double-formed film web 1 (see solid representation in Fig. 1).
- a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 13 is applied, which with an admixture of originality particles 23 and immediately afterwards a peelable cover strip 14 applied to the freely accessible pressure sensitive adhesive layer 13 as long as the safety bag 17 is not yet to be closed definitively, whereby a second closure part 8a of the security bag 17 made is.
