Claims (10)
- Modul zur temporären Lagerung einer Folge von flachen Druckprodukten (10) mit einer ersten Trägerelementfolge (12) auf einem ersten Transportelement (14), welches einer ersten Seitenwand (110) des Moduls zugeordnet ist, und mit einer zweiten Trägerelementfolge (16) auf einem zweiten Transportelement (18), welches einer der ersten Seitenwand (110) gegenüberliegenden zweiten Seitenwand (112) des Moduls zugeordnet ist, wobei die Transportelemente (14,18) relativ zu den Seitenwänden (110,112) und korreliert zueinander bewegbar sind, für die formschlüssige, wenigstens teilweise Unterstützung der Unterseite (114) eines in das Modul geladenen Druckproduktes (10) durch die Oberseite (24) eines ersten Trägerelementes der ersten Trägerelementfolge (12) und durch die Oberseite (210) eines zweiten Trägerelementes der zweiten Trägerelementfolge (16),
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Oberseite (116) des geladenen Druckproduktes (10) durch die Unterseite (216) eines dritten Trägerelementes (214) der ersten Trägerelementfolge (12) und durch die Unterseite (220) eines vierten Trägerelementes (218) der zweiten Trägerelementfolge (16) formschlüssig kontaktiert wird, so dass die Unterseite (114) des Druckproduktes (10) auf die Oberseiten (24,210) des ersten und zweiten Trägerelementes niedergehalten wird. - Modul zur temporären Lagerung einer Folge von flachen Druckprodukten (10) gemäß Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass von den Unterseiten (216,220) des dritten und der vierten Trägerelementes (214,218) beim Niederhalten eine Kraftwirkung derart auf das geladene Druckprodukt (10) ausgeübt wird, dass dieses jeweils durch das erste und dritte Trägerelement (22, 214) und durch das zweite und vierte Trägerelement (28,218) ergriffen wird. - Modul zur temporären Lagerung einer Folge von flachen Druckprodukten (10) gemäß Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste und das zweite Transportelement (14,18) jeweils vom Riementeil und die zugeordneten Trägerelemente von den Zähnen eines ersten und eines zweiten Zahnriemens gebildet werden. - Modul zur temporären Lagerung einer Folge von flachen Druckprodukten (10) gemäß Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste Zahnriemen (14) eine erste und eine zweite Umlenkrolle (118) und der zweite Zahnriemen (18) eine dritte und eine vierte Umlenkrolle (118) teilweise umschließen, wobei die Pfade der Zahnriemen (14,18) wenigstens abschnittsweise im wesentlichen parallel zueinander und im wesentlichen parallel zu den Seitenwänden (110,112) verlaufen. - Modul zur temporären Lagerung einer Folge von flachen Druckprodukten (10) gemäß Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Abstand (36) der ersten zu der zweiten Umlenkrolle (118) und der Abstand (310) der dritten und vierten Umlenkrolle (118) korreliert zueinander in Richtung des abschnittsweisen Parallelverlaufs der Zahnriemen (14,18) veränderbar sind. - Modul zur temporären Lagerung einer Folge von flachen Druckprodukten (10) gemäß einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Abstand (130) der ersten zur zweiten Seitenwand (110,112) veränderbar ist. - Modul zur temporären Lagerung einer Folge von flachen Druckprodukten (10) gemäß einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens ein Aktuator (128) für die Erzeugung der Relativbewegung zwischen Transportelementen (14,18) und Seitenwänden (110,112) vorgesehen sind. - Modul zur temporären Lagerung einer Folge von flachen Druckprodukten (10) gemäß einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet dass ohne geladene Druckprodukte der Abstand (130) der ersten Seitenwand (110) zur zweiten Seitenwand (112) derart reduzierbar ist, dass wenigstens eine Teilfläche (42) der erste Seitenwand (110) mit einer Teilfläche (44) der zweiten Seitenwand (112) und/oder die Zähne des ersten Zahnriemens (12) mit den Zähnen des zweiten Zahnriemens (16) in Formschluss gebracht werden können. - Druckproduktweiterverarbeitungseinrichtung mit einem Anleger (54),
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Anleger (54) ein Modul (52) zur temporären Lagerung einer Folge von flachen Druckprodukten (10) gemäß einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche aufweist. - Druckproduktweiterverarbeitungseinrichtung gemäß Anspruch 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Druckproduktweiterverarbeitungseinrichtung ein Sammelhefter, ein Klebebinder, eine Fadensiegelmaschine, eine Falzmaschine oder eine Versandraumanlage ist.
