Abstract
Description
Solche Transportbehältnisse werden bei professionellen Bluttransporten weitgehend ohne Komplikationen eingesetzt. Eine Schwachstelle im Transportsystem ist allerdings die Umladung der Produkte. Dabei werden die Blutprodukte in nur kurzzeitig isolierende Transportbehälter umgeladen und dem Empfänger übergeben. Die Einhaltung der Kühlkette ist in diesem Fall zumeist nicht überprüfbar und die Zeiträume, in denen die vorgeschriebenen Temperaturen eingehalten werden, sind sehr kurz.

Claims (19)
- System zum Transport von Gütern bei gleichbleibenden Temperaturen, insbesondere von Blutprodukten, Antikörpern, Zellen, bzw. biotechnologisch hergestellter Pharma-Produkte, mit einem Behälter, der die Güter umfaßt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Behälter mit einer Doppelwandung ausgebildet ist und in die Doppelwandung ein Temperiermedium gefüllt ist, das bei den gleichbleibenden Temperaturen einen Phasenübergang aufweist.
- System gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Behälter aus zwei komplementären, jeweils doppelwandigen Zellen gebildet ist, die sich an Längsseiten über mindestens eine Verschnappung verbinden lassen.
- System gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Behälter aus zwei komplementären, jeweils doppelwandigen Zellen und einem ebenfalls komplementären, doppelwandigen Ring gebildet ist, die sich an Längsseiten über Verschnappungen verbinden lassen.
- System gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Behälter mit Paraffin oder in Trägermaterialien immobilisiertes Paraffin als Temperiermedium gefüllt ist.
- System gemäß Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Paraffin zwischen 2° C und 8° C oder 20° C und 24° C einen Phasenübergang zwischen flüssig und fest aufweist.
- System gemäß Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß oberhalb 0° C n-Kohlenwasserstoffketten verwendet werden, nämlich n-Paraffine, die der Summenformel CnH2n+2 genügen.
- System gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Behälter mit einer wässrigen Salzlösung oder einem Ethanol-Wassergemisch als Temperiermedium gefüllt ist, das zwischen - 20° C und - 40° C einen Phasenübergang zwischen flüssig und fest aufweist.
- System gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Behälter mit einer Buthandiol-Wassermischung als Temperiermedium gefüllt ist, die zwischen 20° C und 24° C einen Phasenübergang zwischen flüssig und fest aufweist.
- System gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Doppelwandung transparent ist, insbesondere mit transparentem Kunststoff gefertigt ist.
- System gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Doppelwandung aus diffusionsdichten Kunststoffen, wie Polyamid, z. B. Kevlar, oder aus Metallen wie Aluminium, Stahl oder Gusseisen gefertigt ist.
- System gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Doppelwandung nach aussen arretierende Verbindungselemente aufweist.
- System gemäß Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Behälter aus zwei komplementären, jeweils doppelwandigen Zellen an den Längsseiten mit Verschnappung versiegeloder verplombbar ist.
- System gemäß Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Behälter aus zwei komplementären, jeweils doppelwandigen Zellen und dem ebenfalls komplementären doppelwandigen Ring an den Längsseiten mit Verschnappung versiegeloder verplombbar ist.
- System gemäß Anspruch 11 oder 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Behälter mindestens eine Öse aufweist zum verplomben.
- System gemäß Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Behälter aus zwei komplementären, jeweils doppelwandigen Zellen an den Längsseiten mit Nut und Feder versehen ist.
- System gemäß Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Behälter aus zwei komplementären, jeweils doppelwandigen Zellen und dem ebenfalls komplementären doppelwandigen Ring an den Längsseiten mit Nut und Feder versehen ist.
- System gemäß Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die komplementären, jeweils doppelwandigen Zellen und/oder der ebenfalls komplementäre doppelwandige Ring über ein Scharnier schwenkbar miteinander verbunden sind.
- System gemäß Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Behälter mit einem Tragegriff versehen ist.
- System gemäß Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Behälter aus zwei oder drei komplementären, jeweils doppelwandigen Zellen einen für die Aufnahme der Güter vorgesehenen Hohlraum (3) umschließt, der mit einem Thermometer, insbesondere einem Klebestreifenthermometer, einem Flüssigkristallthermometer und/oder elektronisch auslesbarem Temperaturaufzeichnungsgerät ausgestattet ist.
