Claims (5)
- Darstellung von arabischen Buchstaben, Zahlen und Zeichen in einem Display für ein Kraftfahrzeug, wobei das Display in Felder aufgeteilt und in jedem dieser Felder ein Buchstabe, eine Zahl oder ein Zeichen aufleuchtbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in dem Display ein Feld beispielsweise 8 x 16 Pixel hat und beispielsweise 96 Felder in dieser Feldgröße in einem Rechner mit Buchstaben, Zahlen und Zeichen hinterlegt sind, hauptsächlich durch die Gestaltung von Buchstaben (Design, Fig. 1, 6) und Buchstabenteilen (Fig. 6), durch inverse Ligatur (für die Darstellung eines Buchstabens benötigt man zwei Felder, Fig. 6) und teilweise mehrfache Einsetzbarkeit der Buchstaben an den unterschiedlichen Stellen eines Wortes, die Buchstaben des arabischen Alphabetes, das beispielsweise in UT Cairo ca. 110 Buchstaben aufweist, mit beispielsweise 82 Buchstaben nachgebildet darstellbar sind, so dass mit den genannten hinterlegbaren 96 Feldern noch die Zahlen 0 bis 9 und einige weitere Zeichen darstellbar sind und dass die Buchstaben die für die gute Lesbarkeit von Wörtern erforderlichen, waagrechten Verbindungslinien enthalten (Fig. 1 und Fig. 4).
- Darstellung von arabischen Buchstaben nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass viele Buchstaben durch ihre Ausgestaltung an mindestens zwei Stellen eines Wortes und/oder isoliert einsetzbar sind.
- Darstellung von arabischen Buchstaben nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei der inversen Ligatur ähnliche Teile eines Buchstabens mit Teilen anderer Buchstaben auch zur Bildung dieser anderen Buchstaben verwendet sind.
- Darstellung von arabischen Buchstaben nach Anspruch 1. dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Codepage (MAN Codepage) zusätzlich zu einem Standard-Buchstabensatz, wie z. B. dem IBM Standard-Buchstabensatz, verwendet ist.
- Darstellung von arabischen Buchstaben nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 4. dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei Verwendung einer anderen Feldgröße und/oder einer anderen Anzahl der Pixel im Feld, die Buchstaben ähnlich darstellbar sind.
