Zudem erlaubt eine solche Konstruktion, dass die Fluidcontainer separat angesteuert und abgepumpt werden können, wodurch auch bei zeitweiligem Aussetzen einer Pumpe oder zwischenzeitigem Ersetzen eines leeren Fluidcontainers die weiteren Fluidcontainer kontinuierlich betrieben werden können.
Mit Hilfe eines Druckversorgungssystems kann der für den Betrieb der Pumpvorrichtung und der Überdruckleitungen erforderliche Druck erzeugt werden. Da Bereiche des Druckversorgungssystems jeweils für die Pumpvorrichtung und für die Überdruckleitungen verwendet werden können, reduziert dies erheblich den Platzbedarf des Cocktailzubereiters.
Dies ermöglicht es, die Pumpvorrichtung mit einem Überdruck zu betreiben. Es kann hierbei ein zentraler Überdruck eines Druckversorgungssystems verwendet werden.
Solche Membranpumpen sind mittels eines Überdruckes antreibbar und gewährleisten eine genaue und zuverlässige Pumpwirkung.
Damit steht dem Cocktailzubereiter ein Druckspeicher zu Verfügung, der die Pumpvorrichtung und/oder die Druckleitungen mit einem Überdruck versehen kann.
Diese Gase bewahren die Qualität kohlensäurefreier Fluidkomponenten. Sie besitzen den Vorteil, dass sie stark komprimiert aufbewahrt werden können, wodurch der Cocktailzubereiter bei geringem Speichervolumen über eine lange Zeit betrieben werden kann.
Somit kann die Druckregelung über die Steuervorrichtung auf die Steuerung der Auslassventile Einfluss nehmen.
Der zentrale Druckminderer kann den Anlagendruck auf einen für die Anlage optimalen Wert einstellen.
Der Druckwächter kann den Anlagendruck erfassen, mit einem in der Steuervorrichtung festgelegten Druck vergleichen und nachfolgend korrigieren. Damit kann der richtige Betriebsdruck für die Überdruckleitungen und die Pumpvorrichtung zur Verfügung gestellt werden.
Ein permanent anliegender Druck bewirkt, dass die jeweilige Getränkekomponente sofort aus der Fluidvorratseinrichtung der Auslassleitung zugeführt werden kann. Aus dem zugehörigen Ventil kann dann sofort die jeweilige Getränkekomponente ausfließen.
Mit einem solchen Filter können Festbestandteile, zum Beispiel Fremdstoffe der jeweiligen Getränkekomponente ausgefiltert werden. Dies erleichtert das weitere Fördern der fluiden Getränkekomponente in der Auslassleitung bis hin zum Ventil und verhindert ein Blockieren der Ventile.
Somit ist es einerseits möglich, ein Gefäß so zu befüllen, dass verschiedene fluide Getränkekomponenten gleichzeitig in dieses Gefäß eingelassen werden und sich darin vermischen. Andererseits ist es auch möglich, dass die Getränkekomponenten in einer zeitlich versetzten Abfolge zueinander dem Gefäß zugeführt werden. Damit kann erreicht werden, dass sich verschiedene Getränkekomponenten in dem Gefäß aufeinander schichten bzw. bestimmte farbliche und/oder geschmackliche Effekte in den Mixgetränken erzielt werden können.
Eine Mindestanzahl von 12 verschiedenen Getränkekomponenten ermöglicht es, einen Grundbedarf an Cocktailmixgetränken abzudecken. Mit 12 bis 36 Getränkekomponenten kann ein sehr breites und vielfältiges Spektrum an Cocktails hergestellt werden, während mit 18 bis 30 Getränkekomponenten nahezu alle gängigen Cocktails zusammengestellt werden können. Mit 24 Getränkekomponenten können die standardmäßig beispielsweise in einem Restaurant herzustellenden Cocktails zubereitet werden.
Eine solche Anordnung ermöglicht es, dass mehrere Getränkekomponenten auf kleinem Raum separat gemeinsam einem Gefäß zugeführt werden können. Der Auslauf kann zudem an typische zu befüllende Gefäße angepasst werden.
Es wird damit gewährleistet, dass die auf der Ringfläche angeordneten Öffnungen der Auslassleitungen in ihrer Gesamtheit ein entsprechendes Gefäß zuverlässig mit verschiedenen fluiden Getränkekomponenten befüllen können.
Ein solcher Innendurchmesser gewährleistet ein kontinuierliches Durchfließen der Auslassleitungen. Zusätzlich kann dadurch erreicht werden, dass die Fluide aus den Auslassleitungen nicht nachtropfen, was bei einem Durchmesser von etwa 4 mm auch für sehr dünnflüssige Komponenten wie Wodka erreichbar ist.
Ein solcher Mixgetränkdatensatz ermöglicht es, eine Vielzahl festeingestellter aber auch individuell programmierbarer Mixgetränke mit dem Cocktailzubereiter herstellen zu lassen, wobei das Verhältnis der verschiedenen fluiden Getränkekomponenten durch die Rezeptur vorgegeben ist und verschiedene Portionsgrößen von Mixgetränken hergestellt werden können. Dies ermöglicht eine Herstellung von Mixgetränken gleichbleibender Qualität und Quantität unabhängig davon, welcher Bediener den Cocktailzubereiter bedient und welches Mixgetränk hergestellt werden soll.

- eine zentrale Auslaufstelle der Ausführungsform von Fig. 1 in perspektivischer Ansicht und
- Fig. 3
- einen Zapfhahn der Ausführungsform von Fig. 1 in der Seitenansicht.
Claims (26)
- Cocktailzubereiter (1) mit einer Steuervorrichtung (2) zum dosierten Zusammenstellen verschiedener fluider Getränkekomponenten (A, B, C, D, E, F) aus Fluidvorratseinrichtungen, wobei die Fluidvorratseinrichtungen mit wenigstens einer Auslassleitung (3) verbunden sind, und
die Fluidvorratseinrichtungen mehrere Fluidbehälter (4) aus flexiblem Material aufweisen, wobei den flexiblen Fluidbehältern (4) eine Pumpvorrichtung (5) zum Erzeugen eines Unterdruckes in den Fluidbehältern (4) nachgeordnet ist, und
die Fluidvorratseinrichtungen mehrere stabile wiederbefüllbare Fluidcontainer (6) aufweisen, wobei die stabilen Fluidcontainer (6) mit je einer Überdruckleitung (7) zum Erzeugen eines Überdruckes in dem Fluidcontainer (6) verbunden sind, und
der wenigstens in einer der Fluidvorratseinrichtungen erzeugte Druck in Abhängigkeit von der darin befindlichen Fluidengetränkekomponente (A, B, C, D, E, F) einstellbar ist. - Cocktailzubereiter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder Fluidbehälter (4) mit einer eigenen Pumpe (35) zum Erzeugen eines Unterdruckes versehen ist.
- Cocktailzubereiter nach wenigstens einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Pumpvorrichtung (5) und die Überdruckleitungen (7) über ein gemeinsames Druckversorgungssystem (26) gespeist werden.
- Cocktailzubereiter nach wenigstens einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Pumpvorrichtung (5) mit einer antreibenden Überdruckquelle verbunden ist.
- Cocktailzubereiter nach wenigstens einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Pumpvorrichtung (5) wenigstens eine Membranpumpe aufweist.
- Cocktailzubereiter nach wenigstens einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein den Cocktailzubereiter (1) versorgender Druckgasbehälter (9) vorgesehen ist.
- Cocktailzubereiter nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Druckgasbehälter (9) Stickstoff oder Helium enthält.
- Cocktailzubereiter nach wenigstens einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Cocktailzubereiter (1) mit einer Druckregelung versehen ist.
- Cocktailzubereiter nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Druckregelung mit der Steuervorrichtung (2) verbunden ist.
- Cocktailzubereiter nach Anspruch 8 oder 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Druckregelung wenigstens einen zentralen Druckminderer (10) aufweist.
- Cocktailzubereiter nach wenigstens einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Druckregelung wenigstens einen Druckwächter (11) aufweist, der mit der Steuervorrichtung (2) verbunden ist.
- Cocktailzubereiter (1) nach wenigstens einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Cocktailzubereiter (1) ein Berührungsdisplay aufweist, mit Hilfe dessen er bedienbar und steuerbar ist und über welches neue Mixgetränkedatensätze eingebbar sind.
- Cocktailzubereiter nach wenigstens einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens ein Zwischendruckregler (12) in wenigstens einer Überdruckleitung (7, 34) vorgesehen ist.
- Cocktailzubereiter nach wenigstens einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erzeugte Druck permanent an der Fluidvorratseinrichtung anliegt.
- Cocktailzubereiter nach wenigstens einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass den Fluidvorratseinrichtungen jeweils eine Leererkennungsvorrichtung (13) zugeordnet ist.
- Cocktailzubereiter nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Leererkennungsvorrichtung (13) eine Leitfähigkeitsmessvorrichtung aufweist, welche die Leitfähigkeit des geförderten Fluids erfasst.
- Cocktailzubereiter nach wenigstens einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens einer der Fluidvorratseinrichtungen ein Filter (14) in der zugehörigen Auslassleitung (3) nachgeordnet ist.
- Cocktailzubereiter nach wenigstens einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Auslassventile (8) verschiedener Fluidvorratseinrichtungen gleichzeitig und/oder zeitlich versetzt zueinander ansteuerbar sind.
- Cocktailzubereiter nach wenigstens einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Cocktailzubereiter (1) wenigstens 12, insbesondere 12 bis 36, günstigerweise 18 bis 30, bevorzugt 24, verschiedene fluide Getränkekomponenten in separaten Fluidvorratseinrichtungen aufweist.
- Cocktailzubereiter nach wenigstens einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mehrere Auslassleitungen (3) zu einer zentralen Auslaufstelle (16) zusammengeführt sind, und dort mit ihren separaten Auslassöffnungen (17) nebeneinander gebündelt angeordnet sind.
- Cocktailzubereiter nach Anspruch 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Querschnitte der Auslassleitungen (3) an der zentralen Auslaufstelle (16) auf einer Ringfläche (23) angeordnet sind.
- Cocktailzubereiter nach wenigstens einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Enden der Auslassleitungen (3) einen Innendurchmesser von etwa 3 bis 5 mm, vorzugsweise etwa 4 mm, aufweisen.
- Cocktailzubereiter nach wenigstens einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Steuervorrichtung (2) einen Speicher (28) mit einem individuell änderbaren Mixgetränkdatensatz (30) aufweist, der Rezepturen zu verschiedenen Mixgetränken und/oder verschiedene Portionsgrößen umfasst.
- Cocktailzubereiter (1) nach wenigstens einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Auslassleitungen (3) und die Auslassventile (8) mit einem Reinigungssystem verbindbar sind, welches mit der Steuervorrichtung (2) verbindbar und an einen Druckbehälter anschließbar ist.
- Cocktailzubereiter (1) nach wenigstens einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder der flexiblen Fluidbehälter (4) und jeder der stabilen Fluidcontainer (6) mit jeweils einer eigenen separaten Auslassleitung (3) mit jeweils einem durch die Steuervorrichtung (2) gesteuerten Auslassventi (8) versehen ist.
- Cocktailzubereiter (1) nach wenigstens einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die austretenden Fluidkomponenten nach ihrem Austritt aus separaten Auslassöffnungen (17) durch einen lichten Abstand fallend ohne Stromumlenkung zu einem Aufnahmegefäß strömen.
