Claims (6)
- Enceinte à axe vertical formant réservoir ou silo, du type formé d'une enveloppe (1) à allure tubulaire renforcée extérieurement par des ceintures (2) disposées à intervalle le long du corps tubulaire de l'enveloppe,
chaque ceinture (2) formant extérieurement un cadre (2A) polygonal continu fermé, caractérisée en ce que chaque cadre présente intérieurement un profil (2B) courbe, la section transversale de la ceinture (2) décroissant à mesure que l'on s'éloigne d'un angle du cadre pour former, à l'intérieur du cadre, un gabarit courbe continu sur lequel sont solidarisées à contact jóintif, directement ou par l'intermédiaire d'une pièce de liaison, les parois (1A) de l'enveloppe (1) tubulaire. - Enceinte selon la revendication 1,
caractérisée en ce que chaque cadre (2A) est constitué de profilés (2C) sectionnés assemblés par coupe d'onglet, chaque profilé étant constitué d'un flan (3) plat découpé, plié et assemblé d'une part à un autre profilé au droit de la coupe d'onglet, d'autre part à une tôle constitutive de la paroi (1A) de l'enveloppe directement ou par l'intermédiaire d'une pièce de liaison. - Enceinte selon la revendication 2,
caractérisée en ce que le flan (3) plat, dont est issu un profilé, présente après découpe deux bords (3A) longitudinaux concaves et deux bords (3B) latéraux trapézoïdaux, les petites bases de chaque trapèze étant reliées entre elles par des lignes (L1, L2) de pliage longitudinales parallèles prenant naissance à chaque angle de la petite base de chaque trapèze. - Enceinte selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3,
caractérisée en ce que la pièce de liaison entre cadre (2A) et parois (1A) de l'enveloppe (1) est constituée d'un plat métallique déformable présentant un rayon de courbure de forme sensiblement complémentaire au profil (2B) intérieur dudit cadre (2A). - Enceinte selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4,
caractérisée en ce que les parois (1A) de l'enveloppe sont constituées de plusieurs panneaux de tôle solidarisés par soudage au niveau de leur bord contigu, les ceintures (2) étant solidarisées aux panneaux par fixation sur la face externe des panneaux. - Procédé de fabrication d'une enceinte (1) à axe vertical formant réservoir ou silo, du type formé d'une enveloppe (1) à allure tubulaire renforcée extérieurement par des ceintures (2) disposées à intervalle le long du corps tubulaire de l'enveloppe conformément à l'une des revendications 1 à 5,
caractérisé en ce qu'on place à intervalle régulier, le long d'un gabarit, les ceintures (2) formant extérieurement un cadre (2A) polygonal présentant intérieurement un profil (2B) courbe, la section transversale de chaque ceinture (2) décroissant à mesure que l'on s'éloigne d'un angle du cadre en direction de la médiatrice de ce cadre pour former à l'intérieur du cadre un gabarit courbe continu, en ce qu'on dispose des tôles constitutives des parois (1A) de l'enveloppe sur le profil (2B) interne courbe du cadre (2A), en ce qu'on interpose, si nécessaire, entre cadre et tôle un plat de liaison de rayon de courbure correspondant au profil (2B) interne courbe du cadre (2A) et en ce qu'on solidarise, de préférence par soudage, tôle, plat de liaison et cadre (2A) pour obtenir une enceinte dont chaque ceinture (2) forme extérieurement un cadre polygonal continu fermé.
