Claims (9)

  1. Procédé pour produire des lignes de marquage des routes (7) avec des renflements en relief (23) transversaux ou obliques par rapport à l'axe longitudinal des lignes, les lignes de marquage (7) étant produites lors d'un mouvement dans le sens des lignes, à partir d'un matériau de marquage tout d'abord coulant qui durcit et à l'aide d'un dispositif de poussée (12) déplaçable pour l'essentiel verticalement, caractérisé en ce que
    - dans une première étape du procédé, tout d'abord, une couche plane de matériau de marquage (7') est appliquée avec une épaisseur constante sur la chaussée (8) et

Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la hauteur des renflements, suivant un excédent de matériau de marquage qui s'accumule devant le dispositif de poussée (12), subit une modification telle que l'excédent (24) ne va pas au-delà ou ne tombe pas en dessous d'une limite supérieure et inférieure de quantité excédentaire.
  3. Dispositif pour produire des lignes de marquage des routes (7) avec des renflements en relief (23) transversaux ou obliques par rapport à l'axe longitudinal des lignes à l'aide d'un dispositif de poussée (12) déplaçable pour l'essentiel verticalement,
    caractérisé par
    - un dispositif de distribution (9.1) qui applique une couche plane de matériau de marquage (7') avec une épaisseur constante sur la chaussée (8),
    - un dispositif de formation de renflements (9.2) qui, vu dans le sens de la marche du dispositif, est derrière le dispositif de distribution (9.1) à une distance de celui-ci et qui comporte deux patins (10a, 10b) glissant sur la chaussée (8) à côté des bords de la couche plane de matériau de marquage (7') appliquée préalablement et le dispositif de poussée (12) qui est déplaçable pour l'essentiel verticalement entre les patins (10a, 10b) et lequel permet de pousser le matériau de marquage pour l'amasser en renflements (23) lors d'un déplacement dans le sens des lignes et
    - des pompes (1, 2) dont est équipé le dispositif de distribution (9.1) de matériau de marquage, qui produit la couche plane de matériau de marquage (7').
  4. Dispositif selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce qu'est prévu un dispositif de coulissement actionnable à distance pour le dispositif de poussée (12).
  5. Dispositif selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de coulissement pour le dispositif de poussée (12) est équipé d'une butée supérieure (16) qui peut être déplacée par le personnel de service depuis un poste de manoeuvre du dispositif et qui influence la hauteur des renflements (23).
  6. Dispositif selon la revendication 4 ou 5, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de coulissement pour le dispositif de poussée (12) et/ou la butée supérieure (16) est/sont constitués par respectivement une unité piston-cylindre actionnable pneumatiquement.
  7. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 3 à 6, caractérisé en ce qu'il est équipé d'au moins une barre de traction (25) par l'intermédiaire de laquelle le dispositif de formation de renflements (9.2) est assemblé ou peut être assemblé au dispositif de distribution (9.1), la barre de traction (25) pouvant pivoter en ses points d'assemblage au dispositif de distribution (9.1) et au dispositif de formation de renflements (9.2) autour de respectivement un axe horizontal transversal par rapport au sens des lignes.
  8. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 3 à 7, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de poussée (12) comporte une ou plusieurs nervures verticales (12') sur son côté orienté dans le sens du mouvement.
  9. Dispositif selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de poussée (12) est oblique par rapport à l'axe longitudinal des lignes et en ce que la nervure ou les nervures (12') sont parallèles aux patins (10a, 10b).
