Definitions
- the invention relates to a day field shutdown for the deckle and connection from partial surfaces of one during processing at least partially produced flowable or creepable and later solidifying soil material Flooring, in particular for the boundary of concrete floors, with a applied soil jamming rear deckle, one of the rear Edge boundary opposite the front edge boundary for demarcation the front edge of the adjacent part surface and a vertical anchorage, the rear deck boundary with the front deckle in vertical Direction fixed and slidably connects in the horizontal direction, with the rear Deckle and the front deckle one vertical to the ground have arranged jammed edge.
- the floor panels produced in this way can be made of concrete or another, initially be made of flowable or creep material and with steel or plastic reinforcements, For example, the known structural steel mats or synthetic fiber fabric be strengthened.
- the known structural steel mats or synthetic fiber fabric be strengthened.
- the material and the associated shrinkage occurs the length contraction the sole, resulting in cracking along the daily field edge.
- this crack is then mechanically re-cut with a joint cutting machine and expanded and then filled with an elastic material.
- the two day fields are not connected.
- the so produced floors are loaded dynamically. Examples for this is the motorway construction or also the soil in industrial halls, which by Heavy duty vehicles are exposed to dynamic loads.
- Redensification of the subsurface and the day fields can be relative to each other move in point movements. Consequences of these point movements are often Edge breaks that can only be eliminated consuming.
- the object of the invention is, therefore, a largely ready-made day field stop To sharpen, taking into account unevenness of the subfloor a cost-effective and easy placement of a partial surface of an applied Flooring allows and despite the shrinkage, a flawless design of the Edges of the faces allows.
- This object is achieved according to the invention in that the rear edge boundary, the front deckle or the front and back deckle supported on at least two height-adjustable floor supports.
- the day field shutdown according to the invention is a lost one Formwork, which remains after application of the flooring in this.
- the rear boundary delimits the currently edited one Day field and forms with its upper edge at the same time a protective edge for the Edge of the surface.
- the front edge boundary in turn represents the beginning of the next partial area group; So it is with further application of the soil material to this front Concrete edge concreted.
- the front remove and rear boundary of each other.
- the resulting gap can through flexible filling material can be filled if necessary.
- the filling material can be rubber, Plastic or another common material.
- the rear edge boundary and the front edge boundary are on arranged a horizontal support beam, wherein the floor supports with this Support beams are connected directly or indirectly.
- Both the front and the front edge boundary can be worked off together by milling
- the upper edge can be machined, and it can be easily made from simple rolled profiles a flat surface can be made. This flat surface is special important, if in industrial floors a high quality of the surface texture such as flexible transport systems with low ground clearance to drive over the ground.
- the rear deckle and the front deckle must be relative to each other remain mobile to reduce the shrinkage of the material during drying and curing.
- the two boundary boundaries on arranged the horizontal support beam it is preferred only one of the two Edge boundaries associated with this support beam, so that the support beam relative remains movable to the other edge boundary.
- the other edge boundary can slidably rest on the support beam without being attached separately. So that the edge boundary does not fall down before using the daytime field shutdown, This can be done via transport locks either with the opposite Edge boundary or be connected to the support beam, before using the Then the day off is removed.
- This transport lock can be to act conventional safety screws, such as wing screws, the be arranged in the upper area of the edge boundaries.
- a further preferred embodiment of the invention uses a displaceable Attachment of the deckle to the support beam.
- the rear one is preferred Edge boundary kept movable while the front edge boundary fixed is connected to the support bracket.
- both margins can be limited be movably arranged on the support beam, which here is an attachment About oblong holes whose longitudinal axis perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the day field stop is arranged offers.
- the longitudinal extent of the slots is so held that the maximum shrinkage, preferably plus a security area, is possible.
- This embodiment offers the advantage that even the new Part surface at the front edge can dwindle, without the day field off as Whole would have to be moved.
- a separate component can be used be that three or four, at an angle to each other edge boundaries connects with each other.
- the horizontal support beam is preferably formed by a thin sheet metal strip, which may have a thickness of about 5mm. Between the floor supports and The horizontal support beam may be arranged an angle profile, which is the support beam holds. In this embodiment, for example, the angle profile is fixed to the Floor supports connected, such as by a welded joint, and the horizontal Support beam is slidably on the angle profile.
- the angle profile As the essential function of the day field adjustment in addition to the height adjustment through the ground support is the compensation of shrinkage stresses, can the angle profile also be firmly connected to the horizontal support bracket. decisive for the invention is merely that resting on the support beam front and rear edge boundaries the lateral movement due to the Shrinkage allows. In a preferred embodiment of the invention is beside the first angle profile between the support beam and the floor supports arranged second support profile, for example, the shape of an angle can have.
- Both profiles so the angle profile and the support profile are arranged so that they have two mutually parallel vertical surfaces, between which a gap remains.
- the support profile can be firmly connected to the horizontal support beam.
- the floor supports can be used both on the angle profile and, alternatively, either or additionally, act on the support profile.
- On the gap between the angle profile and the support profile may have a flow barrier in the form of a narrow sheet metal strip be inserted. This flow barrier lies with its lower edge on one Subsoil, on which the soil material is applied, on and sticks out with her upper edge into the gap.
- the gap should be sufficiently deep so that the Flow barrier does not hinder the height adjustment, but sufficiently deep in The gap can protrude, so when raising the height adjustment, the flow barrier does not slip out of the gap.
- the flow barrier is formed by a thin sheet metal strip, the small To absorb forces.
- a thin stainless steel strip can be used be, which has approximately a thickness of 1 to a few millimeters.
- the floor supports may have a footplate, with a thin footprint also below the flow barrier is arranged.
- the footprint can be a groove or have another horizontal retaining means, the lateral deflection of the lower edge of the flow barrier prevents and an additional transverse support guaranteed.
- the floor support can be connected to the T-profile that between the floor support and the lower, vertical boom of the T-profile a gap remains.
- the flow barrier between the floor support and the T-profile be plugged.
- a sufficiently fixed holding means be provided, for example, by a side to the lower part of the T-profile screwed holding plate can be formed.
- cross connectors for example in the form of so-called Heavy-duty pins, which are arranged, which the two margins with each other connect.
- these cross connectors are only in vertical direction held firmly in the edge boundaries, allow in horizontal Direction, however, a displacement of the two edge boundaries relative to each other.
- This can for example by a arranged in a sliding pin connection be realized at their respective from the front or from the rear edge restraint excellent free ends a loss prevention in Form of collar or locking pins may have.
- the hole for inserting the cross connector can during transport before Installation of the day field shutdown can be used as a transport lock by here a screw is used.
- the cross connector itself be used as a transport lock by using a threaded rod as a cross connector is used, the two-sided or one-sided with nuts on the front and rear deckle is attached.
- the nuts in this embodiment then turned up so far that they at the end the cross connector are arranged. With appropriate excess of Bore is such a sliding of the threaded rod within the bore and thus a Slipping apart of the front and the rear edge boundary due to Shrinkage possible.
- the floor supports preferably have the simplest possible and easy-to-use Height adjustment on.
- this variable-length spacer formed by a sleeve fixed to the angle profile, the support profile or connected to the horizontal support bracket.
- a welded construction offers at.
- This sleeve can be provided with an internal thread, so that of below a threaded bolt can be screwed into the sleeve.
- This threaded bolt For example, fixed, here also via a welded joint, with the Be connected foot plate. Turning the footplate will then do the desired Height adjustment.
- An even better construction of the floor support also has one with the foot plate firmly connected threaded bolt on, but here is not the sleeve with a Provided internal thread, but the threaded bolt is leaving a Game inserted without positive locking in the sleeve.
- On the threaded bolt below the lower edge of the sleeve is screwed onto a bearing element, on the upper Edge of the sleeve is supported.
- a rotation of the bearing element, approximately from a simple nut can be formed, thus causing a training or driving the Threaded bolt into the sleeve and thus a height adjustment of the floor support.
- the day field shutdown is in a preferred embodiment on both sides provided with a plurality of juxtaposed brackets, which the front deckle and the back deckle fixed to the ground material connect.
- These brackets can for example be U-shaped and attached with an upper free end to the front and rear deckle be.
- the connection is a welded joint, but they are other common fixings possible.
- the headband In the lower area are the headband, for example, with its lower free end connected to the angle profile or the support profile.
- the headband may have a thickness of a few millimeters and about be made the usual reinforcing materials.
- the headband is preferred at the same time used as a support for possible reinforcements of the soil and fulfilled such a double function. It can also be used with the soil during application of the soil Arming be intertwined, so that a secure connection is made.
- fittings At the front sides of the front and the rear edge boundaries can fittings be provided with a positive mating with allow several daily field shutdowns to a row or over an angle. In this way, a certain alignment is automatically effected, and a Slipping the day field shutdown relative to each other in the shrinkage direction is locked out.
- the fittings can also be used on any other Components of the day field shutdown are arranged, so it is for example possible that a footplate of the floor supports at the end of the day field shutdown is arranged. This foot plate can then form fit in a foot plate of a intervene adjacent day field stop.
- the floor supports are arranged alternately, so that they alternately once under the front edge boundary and once under the rear edge boundary are arranged.
- the arranged under the front edge boundary lower angle profile can with the profile forming the front edge boundary as well we firmly connect the support profile to the rear deckle. The only important thing is that a transverse force absorption with sufficient horizontal Displacement is available. This can be in addition to the heavy-duty pins be formed by the vertical support beam about that on the lower angle profile and the support beam rests and again the front and rear edge boundary wearing.
- the support beam may be formed smaller than the angle profiles, so that to both Longitudinal sides first and second fasteners can be inserted about a connection of the components above the support bracket with the components is possible below the support bracket.
- These fasteners can be about be formed by simple round bars, over which the two component pairs under inclusion the support profile and the required clearance are welded together can.
- the flow barrier is fixed to the floor supports connected. It can lean against the vertical floor supports or be arranged free-standing. The upper part of the day field shutdown is then formed so that seen from the direction of flow during the entire Verstell Schles a vertical surface, such as the surface of the support profile is arranged parallel to the flow barrier. The flow barrier can then be narrower Sheet metal strip be formed, due to the flow pressure against the vertical Surface of the support profile is pressed. In accordance with stable design The flow barrier can also be dispensed with the upper plant.
- FIG. 1 shows a day field shutoff in a perspective view, which delimits a first area of a partial area 1 of a floor covering.
- the rear edge limitation 3 to recognize, which the end edge of the limited applied soil material 2.
- the front edge boundary 4 which serves as a pressure edge for the next part of the surface 1 of the soil serves and anchoring bracket 12, on which the reinforcement can rest and effect a positive connection with the soil material 2.
- FIG. 2 shows the diurnal shutdown of FIG. 1 in a schematic side view shown.
- the day field shutdown is from the front edge boundary. 4 and the rear deckle 3, which rest on the support beam 6.
- the support beam 6 in turn lies on an angle section arranged in the left part 7 and provided with the same cross section supporting profile 10.
- the transverse extent of the support beam 6 is slightly less than the common transverse extent of angle 7 and support profile 10 on the one hand and also with also with an angle profile designed front and rear edge boundaries 3, 4 on the other. In this way, an overhang of the results on both sides lower and upper leg of the rear edge boundary 3 and the front deckle 4 in the upper area or the upper Leg of the angle section 7 and the support profile 10th
- a round profile is inserted, which is an intrusion prevented by concrete mass in this gap and between the functional parts. in the Right area is this round profile via welded joints with the front Edge boundary 4 and the support profile 10 connected. That's the way it is Support profile 10 and the front edge boundary 4 firmly connected to each other while the support bracket 6 is movably arranged between these two components.
- the opposite round profile is only plugged into the gap, so that the mobility of the rear edge boundary 3 is not limited by this is.
- the rear edge boundary 3 and the front edge boundary 4 congruent bores, in which a cross connector 11 is inserted. This additionally connects the two boundary boundaries 3, 4, without obstructing their displaceability relative to each other in the horizontal direction.
- the angle section 7 and here also the support section 10 is provided with floor supports 5 with a Setting device connected, which stand up on foot plates 14.
- the floor supports 5 are of a sleeve 5 ', a threaded bolt inserted into the sleeve 5 "and a screwed onto the threaded bolt bearing element 5" ', wherein the threaded bolt 5 "and the bearing element 5 '' 'here the adjustment form.
- the threaded bolt 5 ' is rotatably connected to the base plate 14, so that a rotation of the bearing member 5 "', which is formed here as an ordinary mother is a displacement of the sleeve 5 'relative to the base plate 14 and the threaded bolt This causes a height adjustment depending on the direction of rotation of the bearing element 5 '' 'a. Due to the low pitch of the thread of the threaded bolt 5 ", a relatively fine adjustment of the height can be effected and the upper edge of the front deckle 4 and the rear deckle 3 are adjusted exactly.
- a gap 8 is arranged, in a flow barrier 9 is inserted in the form of a narrow sheet metal strip.
- This flow barrier 9 does not cause soil material below the front deckle 4 and the rear deckle 3 can flow through.
- the depth of the Gap 8 ensures a large range of adjustability of the floor supports 5, without the one hand, the flow barrier 9 from the gap 8 by booting the Angle profile 7 and the support section 10 slips out or on the other hand to the upper Edge of the gap 8 abuts.
- FIG. 3 shows the day field shutdown shown in FIG. 2 and described above shown in section in a side view.
- the two edge boundaries 3, 4 are with side connectors 17 provided in combination with one on the opposite Side arranged, corresponding docking coupling a form-fitting nesting enable the daytime field shutdowns to a series.
