Claims (7)
- Vorrichtung zum spanlosen Trennen von Kunststoffprofilen mit einem quer zum Profil geführten Messer, das einen eine Schneide (9) aufweisenden Schneidabschnitt (24) und einen Halteabschnitt (23) aufweist, wobei sich der Schneidabschnitt (24) im Wesentlichen parallel zu der Schneide (9) erstreckt und eine größere Dicke (D) aufweist als der Halteabschnitt (23), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schneidabschnitt (24) zwei zueinander und zu der Messerebene parallele Führungsflächen (8) aufweist und dass die Schneide (9) von zwei Übergangsbereichen (7) begrenzt ist, die im Querschnitt bogenförmig ausgebildet sind und tangential in jeweils eine Führungsfläche (8) übergehen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schneidenwinkel (β) zwischen 45° und 120°, vorzugsweise zwischen 60° und 90° beträgt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Übergangsbereiche (7) im Wesentlichen kreiszylindrisch ausgebildet sind, mit einem Radius (R), der zwischen dem 20-fachen und dem 100-fachen der Dicke (D) des Messers (1) im Bereich der Führungsflächen (8) liegt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Breite (A2) des Übergangsbereiches (7) zwischen dem 5-fachen und dem 10-fachen der Dicke (D) des Messers im Bereich der Führungsflächen (8) entspricht.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dicke (d) des Halteabschnitts (23) zwischen 10% und 20% kleiner ist als die Dicke (D) des Messers (1) im Bereich der Führungsflächen (8).
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Breite (A1) der Führungsflächen (8) zwischen dem einfachen und dem 5-fachen der Dicke (D) des Messers (1) im Bereich der Führungsflächen (8) entspricht.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Messer (1) vorgespannt und dass die Vorspannung sowohl in der Richtung der Schneide (9) als auch in einer dazu geneigten Richtung erfolgt.
