Abstract
本发明涉及一种用于无屑切割塑料型材的设备,切割刀横向导入型材,切割刀表现为一呈现刀刃(9)的切割段(24)和一保持段(23),其中,切割段(24)基本上平行于刀刃(9)而延伸,且厚度(D)大于保持段(23)。为了使切割面达到尽可能少的变形,要求切割段呈现两个互相平行且又平行于切割刀平面的导向面(8),刀刃与两个过渡区域(7)接壤,过渡区域的横截面为弧形,并沿切向各自转到导向面(8)。
Description
(1)技术领域
本发明涉及一种无屑切割塑料型材的设备,切割刀横向导入型材,该切割刀为一呈现刀刃的切割段和一保持段,其中,切割段基本上平行于刀刃伸展,且厚度大于保持段。
(2)背景技术
在型材挤压成形过程中,由可塑性材料,如PVC,空腔型材挤压成一无接头的连续条,并利用定尺剪断装置将其剪成规定长度(例如6,000毫米)的型材条。型材的定尺剪断多数方式是应用特殊的锯切装置(例如活动圆锯)。由于有诸多缺点,例如灰尘落下,产生切屑,高噪声电平,因此选用替代的方法日益具有意义。
用于所谓无屑和几乎无噪声切割塑料型材,尤其是热塑性塑料制成的空腔型材的定尺剪断装置,很久以来已为人们所熟知;并以日益增长的规模使用于塑性型材的挤压成形。该原理以其本身为熟知的分割技术为基础,利用一相当均匀地通过被切割的型材而运动的薄刀板。该刀板有锋利的刀刃。当刀刃接触到塑料型材时,在切割边缘上形成高的局部切割压力,该压力造成塑料基体内的分子移位。对于分子移位的过程需要有一极小的时间量,因此,切割过程不能是迅猛的,而要求遵循一确定的依材料而定的最小速度。如果切割刀迅猛地进入型材,那么就会产生如脆性断裂那样的切断过程,其特征表现为碎裂毛刺,变形大以及截面不平整。
由于这种技术的缺陷,阻碍了市场对其的完全认可。除此之外,这种技术的缺陷还表现为在切割平面的范围内型材端部明显形成的局部巨大变形;切割表面范围内由于切割刀板厚度对材料的挤压,型材壁或多或少有所扩大,以及截面偏离平整面。在制造型材条时还涉及到半成品的生产,所以特别提出对型材条端头质量的特别要求,由于带有型材条端头横截面的型材条的几何质量是确定的。在自动检验型材几何特性的情形中,实施质量的检验,不可能额外要求对端头的加工。
由DE 198 05 343 A可以知道一种切割刀,这种刀所呈现的刀刃,起先截面是楔形延伸,而后逐渐变小。以这种方式使刀刃对截面的摩擦减小。其它的例如可从EP 988 941 A所知,为了能保证尽可能小厚度的切割刀具有足够的稳定性,对切割刀施以预先张紧。
DE 299 05 169 U示出了用一种多级斜棱切割刀切割型材的设备。由此可有一定的改善,但在许多应用范围内达不到足够好的截面质量。
(3)发明内容
本发明的任务在于,对上述类型的设备进行如下的改造:达到尽可能干净的截面,其中型材在截面上变形很小。为了实现在线切割,由此切割速度应尽可能大。
根据本发明上述任务通过下列方法可以解决:无屑切割塑料型材的设备,其切割刀横向导入型材,所述切割刀为一呈现刀刃的切割段和一保持段,切割段呈现两个互相平行且又平行于切割刀平面的导向面;刀刃由两个过渡区域接壤,该区域横截面形成为弧形,并沿切向各自转到各导向面。结果意外地表明,通过不同措施的结合能实现截面质量的根本提高。首先,通过不太尖的刀刃角在刀刃上对材料挤压,并达到刀的对中。对质量来说重要的是,在切割段的刀的侧面应连续地转到导向面上,通过该侧面切割刀被引导到型材上。为减小摩擦,切割刀向着导向面逐渐减小到一较薄的保持段,该保持段保证刀的结构上的稳定性。
特别有利的是,当刀刃角在45°和120°之间,较佳的为60°和90°之间。
在本发明的一个特别的优选实施方案中,所述过渡区域基本上形成圆柱体,其半径为切割刀在导向面区域厚度的20至100倍。以这种方法能实现截面特别高的质量。当过渡区域的宽度介于切割刀在导向面区域的厚度的5至10倍,导向面的宽度相应于切割刀在导向面区域的厚度的1至5倍,保持段的厚度比导向面区域的刀的厚度小10%至20%时,进一步表明了其特别的优点。用这种方法能实现以小的厚度达到刀的大的稳定性。
当切割刀预先张紧不仅沿刀刃的方向,而且沿与刀刃倾斜的方向时,是特别有利的。

(5)具体实施方式
图1示出切割刀1,它将用来切开窗框的塑料型材2。切割刀1沿箭头20的方向运动,切割刀1的刀刃9与箭头20所示的运动方向倾斜一角度α,夹角为68°。由于切割刀1的切入,型材2的切割面上产生变形,变形取决于腹板各自的位置。在腹板21处,如由图2所见,腹板基本上横向置于切割刀1的运动方向20,形成沿一个方向的材料位移。这种材料的偏移由一在切割刀1切入一侧的倒圆4和一在相对侧的毛刺5所组成。
在腹板22处,腹板基本上平行于箭头20的方向,两侧都形成毛刺6。
本发明最根本的就是尽可能保持最小的倒圆4和毛刺5,6。
图4示出了切割刀1的构造,图中按比例放大,厚度夸大。尽管切割刀1是一体制造的,但为了更好地理解起见,各个区域依次用不同的阴影线来图示。该切割刀1由刃角β约为60°的刀刃9组成。与刀刃9毗邻的是一过渡区域7,该区域基本上由圆柱体形成,其曲率半径为R。过渡区域7沿切向转到导向面8,在厚度方向上导向面被确定为切割刀1的最大伸展。切割刀1继续延伸紧接在变小的保持段23上的倒圆边缘10。依次由刀刃9、过渡区域7和导向面8所构成的部分称之为切割段24。在导向面8区域内的切割刀1的厚度D:对于厚壁型材例如为1.2mm;对于壁厚在1.5mm之内的薄壁型材例如为0.6mm。其结果,所有的尺寸由与厚度D的关系而得出。于是,所述过渡区域基本上形成圆柱体,其半径R为切割刀1在导向面8区域厚度D的20至100倍,过渡区域7的宽度A2介于切割刀在导向面8区域的厚度D的5至10倍,导向面8的宽度A1相应于切割刀1在导向面8区域的厚度D的1至5倍,保持段23的厚度d比切割刀1在导向面8区域的厚度D小10%至20%,尤其是,保持段23区域的厚度d约为厚度D的80%-85%。过渡区域的半径R约为30D。
切割段24的宽度A由导向面8的宽度A1、过渡区域7的宽度A2和真正刀刃9的宽度A3组成。
在图5中,图示了由于切割过程而引起的型材2可能的变形。特别是水平腹板21由于切割力而发生变形,如粗线21a所示。
如图6所示,可以通过将薄壁刀板1设置并预先张紧在切割设备13的张幅框架12上来进一步改善提高切割过程中薄壁刀板1的稳定性。具体由下列方法实现:将刀板1安装在四个互相分离的点14a,14b,15a,15b上,并在两个方向15a,15b上张紧。对于张紧过程,究竟是应用两个独立的张紧装置(例如预先张紧螺栓),还是应用有力平衡装置的张紧装置,这是无关紧要的。重要的是,在稳定的张幅框架12上的刀板1应张紧为一平面,以避免翘曲,而框架借助于直线性支承11垂直可移动地设置在机身13上。已知的张紧装置(例如DE 198 43 262 A1)有缺点,不是仅在两点上形成直线性的预先张紧,就是基于张幅框架执行活动的运动学的原因而产生的不确定且不均匀的平面张紧,其结果促使刀板形成轻微翘曲,由此使平整的表面切割成为不可能。
Claims (8)
1.无屑切割塑料型材的设备,其切割刀横向导入型材,所述切割刀为一呈现刀刃(9)的切割段(24)和一保持段(23),其中,切割段(24)基本平行于刀刃(9)而延伸,且厚度(D)为大于保持段(23),其特征在于,切割段(24)呈现两个互相平行且又平行于切割刀平面的导向面(8);刀刃(9)与两个过渡区域(7)接壤,过渡区域的横截面为弧形,并沿切向各自转到导向面(8)。
2.如权利要求1所述的设备,其特征在于,所述刀刃(9)有一刃角(β),该刃角(β)介于45°和120°之间。
3.如权利要求2所述的设备,其特征在于,所述刃角(β)介于60°至90°之间。
4.如权利要求1所述的设备,其特征在于,过渡区域(7)基本上形成为圆柱体,其半径(R)介于切割刀(1)在导向面(8)区域上厚度(D)的20倍和100倍之间。
5.如权利要求1所述的设备,其特征在于,过渡区域(7)的宽度(A2)相应于切割刀在导向面(8)区域的厚度(D)的5至10倍。
6.如权利要求1所述的设备,其特征在于,保持段(23)的厚度(d)比切割刀(1)在导向面(8)区域的厚度(D)小10%至20%。
7.如权利要求1至6中任何一项所述的设备,其特征在于,导向面(8)的宽度(A1)相应于切割刀(1)在导向面(8)区域的厚度(D)的1至5倍。
8.如权利要求1至4中任何一项所述的设备,其特征在于,切割刀(1)具有预先张紧的装置。
