Description
Ursachen dafür sind beispielsweise innere Spannungen im Profil oder eine ungenügende Symmetrie im Anschliffwinkel des Messers. Die Messerauslenkung führt dazu, daß die Schnittqualität bzw. der Schnittwinkel und der gerade Verlauf des Schnittes in vielen Fällen für die Produktionsanforderungen nicht ausreichend sind. Dies hat zur Folge, daß der Einsatz der Messertrennung bei der Herstellung von extrudierten Bauprofilen in vielen Fällen ausgeschlossen wird.

Claims (4)
- Vorrichtung zum Trennen von strangförmigen Hohlkammerprofilen (6) aus thermoplastischen Werkstoffen, insbesondere Fenster- und Türrahmenprofilen, mit einem Messer (1) zum Trennen des Profils (6), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Messer (1) in einem stabilen Rahmen vorgespannt ist und die Vorspannung des Messers (1) mindestens 4 % der Zugspannungsgrenze des Messerstahls entspricht und daß der Rahmen seitlich geführt ist und bei der Schnittbewegung parallel mit dem Messer (1) läuft.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Rahmen rechteckig und allseitig geschlossen ausgebildet ist und gleichzeitig zur Vorspannung des Messers (1) dient und seitlich geführt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Führung zur Schnittbewegung frei ist von Messerspannkräften.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Messer (1) in einer scherenförmigen Vorrichtung eingespannt ist, so daß der Spannrahmen nach unten in Schneidrichtung offen ist und die Scherenarme seitlich geführt sind.
