Claims (5)

- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que les éléments de guidage (4, 15, 15', 17) sont disposés sur des guidages (2, 22, 23) par des dispositifs de serrage, les éléments de guidage (4, 15, 15', 17) pouvant être serrés dans les guidages (2, 22, 23).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif peut être immobilisé par au moins une première vis d'immobilisation (6) dans le sens x par rapport au châssis (1), par une deuxième vis d'immobilisation (9) dans une position donnée par rapport au sens perpendiculaire y par rapport au châssis (1) et par une troisième vis d'immobilisation (29) par rapport au sens z par rapport au plan de la plaque.
