Claims (5)
- Einrichtung zum Einstellen eines ein Transportband tragenden Rahmens (1) einer Druckmaschine in Bezug zu Druckmodulen, gekennzeichnet durch wenigstens eine erste Führung (2) am Rahmen (1) zum Führen einer am Rahmen (1) angeordneten Platte (5) in waagerechter Richtung x längs zum Rahmen (1) mittels eines ersten Führungselements (4) zum Einstellen des Rahmens (1) in entsprechender Richtung, wobei senkrecht an der Platte (5) zwei Wände (13, 14) parallel zueinander angeordnet sind, die zweite Führungen (22) in senkrechter Richtung y zum Rahmen (1) aufweisen, an welchen zweite Führungselemente (15, 15') bewegbar sind, und zwischen den zweiten Führungselementen (15, 15') ein drittes Führungselement (17) angeordnet ist, welches an dritten Führungen (23) an den zweiten Führungselementen (15, 15') in Richtung z zur Plattenebene des Rahmens (1) bewegbar ist.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einrichtung in senkrechter Richtung y mittels einer Einstellschraube (10), vorzugsweise eine Mikrometerschraube, und in waagerechter Richtung x und in Richtung z zur Plattenebene durch manuelle Zieh- und Drückbewegungen entlang der Führungen (2, 22, 23) bewegbar ist.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, gekennzeichnet durch einen Passstift (11) zum Bewegen der Einrichtung in waagerechter Richtung x und in Richtung der Plattenebene z.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Führungselemente (4, 15, 15', 17) an Führungen (2, 22, 23) mit Spannvorrichtungen angeordnet sind, wobei die Führungselemente (4, 15, 15', 17) in den Führungen (2, 22, 23) spannbar sind.
- Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einrichtung durch wenigstens eine erste Feststellschraube (6) in Richtung x zum Rahmen (1), durch eine zweite Feststellschraube (9) in einer bestimmten Position bezüglich der senkrechten Richtung y zum Rahmen (1) und durch eine dritte Feststellschraube (29) bezüglich der Richtung z zur Plattenebene feststellbar ist.
