Claims (11)
- Wellpappe-Anlage zur Herstellung von Wellpappe mita) einer ersten Produktions-Einrichtung zur Erzeugung einer ersten Wellpappe-Bahn (28),b) mindestens einer zweiten Produktions-Einrichtung zur Erzeugung einer mindestens zweiten Wellpappe-Bahn (29), gekennzeichnet durchc) eine entlang einer Arbeits-Richtung (11) den Produktions-Einrichtungen nachgeordnete Zusammenführ-Einrichtung zum nicht-verklebenden Zusammenführen der ersten Wellpappe-Bahn (28) und der mindestens zweiten Wellpappe-Bahn (29) undd) mindestens eine der Zusammenführ-Einrichtung nachgeordnete Bearbeitungs-Einrichtung (30, 35; 30, 35') zur gemeinsamen Bearbeitung der aufeinanderliegenden ersten Wellpappe-Bahn (28) und mindestens zweiten Wellpappe-Bahn (29).
- Wellpappe-Anlage gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die erste Produktions-Einrichtung und/oder die zweite Produktions-Einrichtung eine Einrichtung (1, 14) zur Herstellung einseitig kaschierter Wellpappe (9, 15) aufweist.
- Wellpappe-Anlage gemäß Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die erste Produktions-Einrichtung und/oder die zweite Produktions-Einrichtung Abroll-Einrichtungen (12, 16) für eine erste Deckbahn (13) bzw. eine zweite Deckbahn (17) aufweisen.
- Wellpappe-Anlage gemäß Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die erste Produktions-Einrichtung und/oder die zweite Produktions-Einrichtung ein Leimwerk (20) zur Beleimung der mindestens einen einseitig kaschierten Wellpappe-Bahn (9, 15) aufweisen.
- Wellpappe-Anlage gemäß Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zusammenführ-Einrichtung als Heiz-Vorrichtung (23) zum Zusammenführen, Aneinanderdrücken und Miteinanderverbinden mindestens einer einseitig kaschierten Wellpappe-Bahn (9, 15) und einer Deckbahn (13, 17) ausgebildet ist.
- Wellpappe-Anlage gemäß Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Heiz-Vorrichtung (23) zum nicht-verklebenden Zusammenführen der ersten Wellpappe-Bahn (28) und der mindestens zweiten Wellpappe-Bahn (29) ausgebildet ist.
- Wellpappe-Anlage gemäß einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bearbeitungs-Einrichtung (30, 35; 30, 35') eine Längsschneide-Einrichtung (32) zum gemeinsamen Längsschneiden der ersten Wellpappe-Bahn (28) und der mindestens zweiten Wellpappe-Bahn (29) aufweist.
- Wellpappe-Anlage gemäß einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bearbeitungs-Einrichtung (30, 35; 30, 35') eine Rill-Einrichtung (31) zum gemeinsamen Rillen der ersten Wellpappe-Bahn (28) und der mindestens zweiten Wellpappe-Bahn (29) aufweist.
- Wellpappe-Anlage gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bearbeitungs-Einrichtung (30, 35) eine Querschneide-Einrichtung (35) zum gemeinsamen Querschneiden der ersten Wellpappe-Bahn (28) und der mindestens zweiten Wellpappe-Bahn (29) aufweist.
- Wellpappe-Anlage gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bearbeitungs-Einrichtung (30, 35') eine Querschneide-Einrichtung (35') zum separaten Querschneiden der ersten Wellpappe-Bahn (28) und der mindestens zweiten Wellpappe-Bahn (29) aufweist.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung von Wellpappe- umfassend die folgenden Schritte:a) Erzeugung mindestens zweier Wellpappe-Bahnen (28, 29), gekennzeichnet durchb) nicht-verklebendes Zusammenführen der mindestens zwei Wellpappe-Bahnen (28, 29) undc) gemeinsames Bearbeiten der mindestens zwei aufeinanderliegenden Wellpappe-Bahnen (28, 29).
