Claims (7)
- Saugrohr einer Brennkraftmaschine mit einem Flansch zur Befestigung, insbesondere einem Zylinderkopfflansch, der zur Aufnahme von Befestigungsmitteln (26) mit mindestens einem Durchgang (15) versehen ist, in den ein Einsatz (14a) aus einem steiferen Material als das Material des Flansches eingebracht ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Durchgang (15) und der Einsatz (14a) zum Rand des Flansches hin offen ausgeführt sind, derart, dass sich eines der Befestigungsmittel (26) von der Seite her in den Durchgang einführen lässt.
- Saugrohr nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Querschnitt des Einsatzes im wesentlichen u-förmig ist, wobei die offene Seite des u's zum Rand des Flansches hin ausgerichtet ist.
- Saugrohr nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, wobei der Flansch ein Zylinderkopfflansch (13) ist, in den mehrere Saugkanäle (12) für die Verbrennungsluft integriert sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mehrere Einsätze (14a, b) entlang der einen Längsseite (17) des Zylinderkopfflansches angeordnet sind.
- Einsatz (14a) zur Verstärkung eines Flanschbauteils mit einer Durchführung (16) für ein Befestigungsmittel (26), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Durchführung (16) des Einsatzes (14a) zum Rand hin offen ausgeführt ist, derart, dass sich eines der Befestigungsmittel (26) von der Seite her in die Durchführung einführen lässt.
- Einsatz (14a) nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dieser Mittel zur Erzeugung eines Formschlusses mit dem Flanschbauteil aufweist.
- Einsatz nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel zur Erzeugung eines Formschlusses aus einem umlaufenden Wulst (20) bestehen, welcher entsprechend des Einsatzes (14a) nach einer Seite offen ausgeführt ist.
- Verfahren zur Montage eines Saugrohres nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dieses mit dem mindestens einen offenen Einsatz (14a) seitwärts auf ein im Einbauort vormontiertes Befestigungsmittel (26), insbesondere eine Schraube, geschoben wird, und anschließend mit Hilfe des Befestigungsmittels fixiert wird.
